CeO_2和Y_2Ba_1Cu_1O_(5-δ)共同掺杂对Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)的超导电性及其晶格结构的影响

采用固相反应法成功制备出一批Y123与Y211的摩尔比为1∶0.47的混合物,并在此混合物的基础上掺入CeO2,掺入的比例x分别为0.5wt%、1.0wt%、2.0wt%、3.0wt%、4.0wt%。采用了X-射线衍射仪对样品的晶格结构进行了分析,测量结果表明:x=1.0wt%时掺杂效果最好,同时也充分说明Y123的晶格结构与其超导电性之间存在着一种内在的必然关联。并通过对其测试临界转变温度以及转变宽度,测量结果也充分验证了上述结论。     

High Efficiency and Wideband 300 GHz Frequency Doubler Based on Six Schottky Diodes

A high efficiency and wideband 300 GHz frequency doubler based on six Schottky diodes is presented in this paper. This balanced doubler features a compact and robust circuit on a 5-μm-thick, 0.36-mm-wide, and 1-mm-long GaAs membrane, fabricated by LERMA-C2N Schottky process. The conversion efficiency is mainly better than 16% across the wide bandwidth of 266–336 GHz (3 dB fractional bandwidth of 24%) when pumping with 20–60 mW input power (P _in) at the room temperature. A peak output power of 14.75 mW at 332 GHz with a 61.18 mW P _in, an excellent peak efficiency of 30.5% at 314 GHz with 43.86 mW P _in and several frequency points with outstanding efficiency of higher than 25% are delivered. This doubler served as the second stage of the 600 GHz frequency multiplier chain is designed, fabricated, and measured. The performance of this 300 GHz doubler is highlighted comparing to the state-of-art terahertz frequency doublers.     

Ni元素对激光诱导自蔓延反应合成Ti-Fe共晶合金组织性能的影响

采用激光诱导自蔓延反应合成制备了Ti-Fe-Ni三元合金。实验结果表明,当第三组元Ni含量介于12 at.%之内时,合成产物仍保持Ti70.5Fe29.5共晶合金的相组成,即是由β-Ti固溶体、TiFe和Ti2Fe金属间化合物所组成。但随着Ni含量的增加,合成产物中β-Ti固溶体的数量逐渐减少,而TiFe和Ti2Fe金属间化合物的数量逐渐增加。同时组织形态也由共晶组织逐渐转变为过共晶组织。随着Ni含量的增加,合成样品的致密度逐渐降低;由于受合成样品微观组织和致密性这两种因素的综合作用,致使Ni含量为9 at.%的合成样品具有高的硬度、强度及良好的塑性。     

中性人乳寡糖的分离及结构鉴定

以脱脂、除蛋白后的人乳为原料,联合运用阴离子交换色谱(AEC)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和多孔石墨化碳色谱(PGC)等多种分离纯化技术制备了18种中性人乳寡糖,并采用电喷雾碰撞诱导串联质谱(ESI-CIDMS/MS)技术对其结构进行了鉴定.结果表明,所制备的中性人乳寡糖主要为三至九糖,含有半乳糖(Gal)、葡萄糖(Glc)、N-乙酰葡萄糖胺(GlcNAc)和岩藻糖(Fuc).所有寡糖的还原端均含有乳糖核心(Galβ1-4Glc),非还原端均含有乳糖胺(Galβ1-3/4GlcNAc),并且Fuc以α1-2,α1-3和α1-4连接于主链的Gal,Glc和GlcNAc上.     

A New Equation between Surface Tensions and Solubility Parameters without Molar Volume Parameters Simultaneously Fitting Polymers and Solvents

Both surface tension and solubility parameter are decided by molecular interactions. There are several empirical equations describing their connection. However, at least two limitations exist for them: polymers cannot be treated and only apolar or weakly polar solvents can be fitted. We found when only the dispersive properties were considered, for 37 solvents and 22 polymers, a linear relationship exists between γ ^d and γ/δ^2/3 _d , fitted by a new equation. Compared with the previous equations, the value of the new equation is that most solvents and common polymers could be treated simultaneously. This equation will be of value for estimating the accuracy of reported surface tension data or solubility parameters of polymers.

灵巧功率集成电路中功率MOSFET电流感知方法的研究

功率器件的过流保护是提高灵巧功率集成电路可靠性的关键,采用不同的电流检测方法会有不同的误差。通过对功率MOSFET的电流检测技术的研究,对比分析了几种常用的电流感知方法,重点阐述了应用在灵巧功率集成电路中感知高压功率器件电流的SenseFET结构的工作原理,并分析了影响电流检测准确度的误差源。可以为设计高性能的电流检测过程提供参考。     

The influence of phosphate on the hydration of cement minerals studied by DTA and TG

A thermal analysis study of the effect of phosphate, in the concentration range 0.7–4.5%, on the hydration reaction of 3 CaO · SiO₂(C₃S) is reported. The results are compared with strength development of phosphate cement reported by Nurse.     

Capillary Coated with Layer-by-Layer Assembly of γ-Zirconium Phosphate/ Lysozyme Nanocomposite Film for Open Tubular Capillary Electrochromatography Chiral Separation

A new capillary coating of alternate -zirconium phosphate lysozyme fabricated for open-tubular electrochromatography enantioseparation. The chiral compounds D, L-tryptophan tested were enantiomerically resolved. The influences brought by experimental parameters, such as organic modifier, temperature, applied voltage and pH of running buffer on the performance of the column, were investigated.
