Tin sulfide nanoparticles(SnS -NPs) were prepared in aqueous solution at room temperature on the surface of activated carbon(AC) and were investigated using field-emission scanning electron mi-croscopy(FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction, reflective ultravio-let-visible spectrophotometry, and spectrofluorimetry. Calculations based on the SEM and TEM images showed that the sizes of the SnS -NPs immobilized on the AC were 30–70 nm. The prepared nanocomposite was used as a heterogeneous Lewis acid catalyst for the three-components one-pot synthesis of 4H-pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives in ethanol at 80 ℃. The reactions were efficiently performed in the presence of the prepared catalyst in short reaction times, and gave the desired products in high yields. This catalyst can be easily recovered by simple filtration and recycled up to eight consecutive times without significant loss of its efficiency.  相似文献

A symmetric helically coiled tube steam generator that operates by methane has been simulated analytically and numerically. In the analytical method, the furnace has been divided into five zones. The numerical method computes the total heat absorbed in the furnace, while the existing analytical methods compute only the radiation heat transfer. In addition, according to the numerical results, a correlation is proposed for the Nusselt number in the furnace.  相似文献

Using Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) architecture in cognitive radio (CR) secondary users improves the system performance in terms of interference cancellation and data rate enhancement but at the expense of adding complexity and cost. A solution to reduce this complexity is employing radio frequency (RF) beamforming networks at the transmitter/receiver front-ends. In this paper, we consider a MIMO secondary user equipped with such RF beamforming network. Moreover, we find the transmit/receive optimum RF beamforming network for a MIMO spatial multiplexing system. We evaluate the performance of the optimally designed RF beamforming technique over a Rician channel via computer simulations. The simulation results are assessed for different RF beamforming structures and the number of primary transmitters which cause interference on the secondary receiver.  相似文献

In this paper, the influence of temperature on the intracavity optical parametric oscillator(IOPO) is investigated by using the stimulated temperature-dependent emission cross section of laser crystal. The rate equations under plane wave approximation have been used for simulation of signal output pulse. Results show that the signal output pulse width is decreased by increasing the laser crystal temperature. Also, the signal output energy is increased by the increasing of the laser crystal temperature. The simulation results for IOPO based on Nd:YAG and Nd:YVO_4, show that the signal pulse energies are increased by 3.2 and 5.6 times respectively when the laser crystal temperature increased from 15℃ to 300℃. The presented model indicates that the temperature sensitivity of Nd:YVO_4-based IOPOs is more than that of Nd:YAG-based IOPOs which is expected from a physical point of view.  相似文献

In this work, the effects of the electric field on the optical properties of the symmetric and asymmetric double semi-parabolic quantum wells (DSPQWs) are investigated numerically for typical GaAs/AlxGa1−xAs. Optical properties are obtained using the compact density matrix approach. Our calculations for the asymmetric DSPQW show that the resonant peak values of the total refractive index change and total optical absorption coefficient are maximum for a certain value of the applied electric field, due to the anti-crossing effect. However, for the symmetric DSPQW, the resonant peak values of these optical properties decrease monotonically with increasing the applied electric field. Also, our results indicate that a larger value of the optical rectification coefficient of the symmetric DSPQW can be induced by applying a small electric field.  相似文献

Effect of adding millable polyurethane as adhesion promoter to the ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer as well as to the terpolymer modified by grafting of maleic anhydride on the adhesion between the terpolymer and polyurethane coating was studied. The results of peel test and water contact angle measurements showed that surface and bulk modification of terpolymer cause a significant improvement in its adhesion properties. The effect of the composition of the polymer blends on the loss tangent was studied to evaluate the extent of polymer compatibility and damping characteristics. Results demonstrated that modification of terpolymer with maleic anhydride can improve its compatibility with polyurethane, which was further confirmed by the results of the mechanical and morphological study.  相似文献
