Bipyridinophane‐containing conjugated polymers modulated with an intramolecular aromatic C?H/π interaction

Bipyridinophane–fluorene conjugated copolymers have been synthesized via Suzuki and Heck coupling reactions from 5,8‐dibromo‐2,11‐dithia[3]paracyclo[3](4,4′)‐2,2′‐bipyridinophane and suitable fluorene precursors. Poly[2,7‐(9,9‐dihexylfluorene)‐co‐alt‐5,8‐(2,11‐dithia[3]paracyclo[3](4,4′)‐2,2′‐bipyridinophane)] ( P7 ) exhibits large absorption and emission redshifts of 20 and 34 nm, respectively, with respect to its planar reference polymer Poly[2,7‐(9,9‐dihexylfluorene)‐co‐alt‐1,4‐(2,5‐dimethylbenzene)] ( P11 ), which bears the same polymer backbone as P7 . These spectral shifts originate from intramolecular aromatic C? H/π interactions, which are evidenced by ultraviolet–visible and ¹H NMR spectra as well as X‐ray single‐crystal structural analysis. However, the effect of the intramolecular aromatic C? H/π interactions on the spectral shift in poly[9,9‐dihexylfluorene‐2,7‐yleneethynylene‐co‐alt‐5,8‐(2,11‐dithia[3]paracyclo[3](4,4′)‐2,2′‐bipyridinophane)] ( P10 ) is much weaker. Most interestingly, the quenching behaviors of these two conjugated polymers are largely dependent on the polymer backbone. For example, the fluorescence of P7 is efficiently quenched by Cu²⁺, Co²⁺, Ni²⁺, Zn²⁺, Mn²⁺, and Ag⁺ ions. In contrast, only Cu²⁺, Co²⁺, and Ni²⁺ ions can partially quench the fluorescence of P10 , but much less efficiently than the fluorescence of P7 . The static Stern–Volmer quenching constants of Cu²⁺, Co²⁺, and Ni²⁺ ions toward P7 are of the order of 10⁶ M^?1, being 1300, 2500, and 37,300 times larger than those of P10 , respectively. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. On a nonlinear multigrid algorithm with primal relaxation for the image total variation minimisation

Digital image restoration has drawn much attention in the recent years and a lot of research has been done on effective variational partial differential equation models and their theoretical studies. However there remains an urgent need to develop fast and robust iterative solvers, as the underlying problem sizes are large. This paper proposes a fast multigrid method using primal relaxations. The basic primal relaxation is known to get stuck at a ‘local’ non-stationary minimum of the solution, which is usually believed to be ‘non-smooth’. Our idea is to utilize coarse level corrections, overcoming the deadlock of a basic primal relaxation scheme. A further refinement is to allow non-regular coarse levels to correct the solution, which helps to improve the multilevel method. Numerical experiments on both 1D and 2D images are presented.

CO_2激光对兔脑组织血脑屏障的影响

同等功率和照射时间条件下,在14只家兔大脑皮质运用伊文思蓝染料和超微结构观察方法进行血脑屏障改变的研究。结果表明:CO_2激光作用十分表浅,且激光作用后的水肿层血脑屏障改变是可逆的。     

毫米波谐波振荡器的多模Volterra级数分析

本文基于Ｖｏｌｔｅｒｒａ级数和非线性转移函数理论，提出了一种分析毫米波谐波振荡器的新方法一多模Ｖｏｌｔｅｒｒａ级数法，并给出了描述其非线性特性的决定方程，通过求解一组非线性代数方程，便可计算出谐波振荡器的振荡频和幅度。文中给出了分析实例并与谐波平衡法等进行了比较，结果表明：这种方法具有理论严密、准确性高，适用范围广等特点特别是利用一次决定方程的结果作为其它非线性数值分析方法的初始估值，可大大地节约     

Enhancement of oxide break-up by implantation of fluorine inpoly-Si emitter contacted p+-n shallow junctionformation

In this study, it is demonstrated that the incorporation of fluorine can enhance poly-Si/Si interfacial oxide break-up in the poly-Si emitter contacted p⁺-n shallow junction formation. The annealing temperature for breaking up the poly-Si/Si interfacial oxide has been found to be as low as 900°C. As a result, the junction depth of the BF₂-implanted device is much larger than that of the boron-implanted device     

Patterned uniformly orientated silicon nanocrystallite films and efficient field emission characteristics

Patterned uniformly (100)-orientated silicon nanocrystallite (SiNC) films were fabricated based on hydrogen ion implantation technique and typical electrochemical anodic etching method. The surface morphology and microstructure characteristics of the films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and atomic force microscopy. The efficient field emission with low turn-on field of about 3.2 V/μm at current density of 0.1 μA/cm² was obtained. The emission current density from the SiNC films reached 1 mA/cm² under a bias field of about 11 V/μm. The experimental results demonstrate that the SiNC films have great potential applications for flat panel displays.     

Development of a low cost microwave mixer using a broad-band substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) coupler

A low cost single-balanced mixer is designed using a newly designed 90/spl deg/ substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) 3-dB coupler, which takes the advantages of low cost, low profile, and high performance. An X-band single-balanced SIW mixer is designed and fabricated with a standard printed circuit board process. Measured conversion loss of 6.8dB and the wide-band response from 8.5 to 12GHz are presented.

在现有的TCP／IP网络中进行多媒体通信，服务质量是人们关注的重要内容。作为服务质量中的一项指标，视频平滑已成为研究和应用开发的一个热点问题。分析当前控制视频平滑的方式，提出一种基于双阈值视频平滑的控制方法。这种方法能够有效地改善视频平滑性能。
