蛙虹彩病毒cop基因的克隆表达及亚细胞定位

从蛙虹彩病毒(Rana gryliovirus,RGV)基因组中克隆了含凋亡相关结构域的新基因-cop(Caspaserecruit ment domain only protein,COP)基因的全部编码区,成功构建了重组表达载体,进行了原核表达,并在鲤鱼上皮瘤细胞(Epithelioma papulosumcyprini,EPC)中进行了亚细胞定位.序列分析表明,RGVcop基因全长288 bp,编码一个长为95 aa,分子量为10.4×103的推定蛋白.二级结构预测表明其含有5个α螺旋.同源性比对分析显示,RGVcop与其他6株虹彩病毒及人类cop相关蛋白同源性最高为94%,最低为33%.重组原核表达质粒pET28a-COP转化大肠杆菌BL21后,经IPTG诱导表达,获得一条约14×103的融合蛋白.重组真核表达质粒pEGFPN3-COP转染EPC细胞,经DAPI染色后,在荧光显微镜下观察显示重组蛋白在整个细胞中均有分布.     

Pregelation Behaviour of Coagulation Processes with the Constant-Reaction-Number Kernel

We propose an irreversible binary coagulation model with a constant-reaction-number kernel, in which, among all the possible binary coagulation reactions, only p reactions are permitted to take place at every time. By means of the generalized rate equation we investigate the kinetic behaviour of the system with the reaction rate kernel K（i;j） = （ij）^w （0 ≤w〈1/2）, at which an i-mer and a j-mer coagulate together to form a large one. It is found that for such a system there always exists a gelation transition at a finte time to, which is in contrast to the ordinary binary coagulation with the same rate kernel. Moreover, the pre-gelation behaviour of the cluster size distribution near the gelation point falls in a scaling regime and the typical cluster size grows as （to - t）-1/（1-2w）. On the other hand, our model can also provide some predictions for the evolution of the cluster distribution in multicomponent complex networks.     

g-稳定性与 R~n-稳定性的等价性

一、引言近年来,相空间理论得到了深入的发展.人们找到了一些便于应用的具体的相空间如 C_g,C_h 等,其中 C_g 是研究较多的一个空间.研究表明 C_g 具有优良的性质,但 C_g 如不附加进一步条件的话,并不是 Hale-Kato 意义下的允许空间,故[1,2]的稳定性的等价性定理并不能直接应用于 C_g.鉴于 C_g 在理论和应用上的明显的重要性,本文研究了在 C_g 和 R~n 中泛函微分方程解的稳定性的等价性问题.研究表明 C_g 在这方面也具有良好的特性.作为应用,本文还研究了 Volterra 积分微分方程周期解的存在唯一性及稳定性问题,得到了新的有趣的结果.     

地域通信网的干扰技术研究

本文在分析地域通信网结构及组成的基础上,研究了对地域通信网实施的节点破坏、末端信息封锁、局部阻塞瘫痪等对抗方法,并使用干扰地域通信网的程度、节点干扰率、末端节点封锁率和传递信息误差率等指标对干扰效果进行评估。     

四阶累积量的MUSIC算法在海流测向中的应用

针对高频地波雷达系统OSMAR2000海流测向中海流元数不易估计的问题，利用四阶谱累积量MUSIC算法的空间谱结构特点，采用试探法确定信号源数并估计信号源的位置．通过对模拟海流和实测数据的处理实验表明，利用该算法可以较准确地估计出海流元的个数和方位，并且比传统MUSIC方法获得更小的角度估计方差，有效地反演了海洋表面流信息．     

改进型迈克耳孙干涉仪

采用分光梭镜代替迈克耳孙干涉仪中的分束镜和补偿板，不仅消除了杂散光斑，且简化了仪器的结构．     

O～3岁儿童微量元素检测及纠正150例观察与体会

对西安地区150例0～3岁儿童进行了六种微量元素：钙、锌、铜、铁、镁、硒的检测，发现微量元素缺乏可导致急慢性感染、免疫力低下、小儿营养不良、贫血、发育迟缓等症状。并对小儿营养不良、喂养不当进行矫正。其中铁、钙、锌同时缺乏占50％。     

损伤断裂图型演化的统计描述

本文采用动力学演化与随机跃迁并存的模型,研究损伤断裂图型的演化规律。根据演化的终态,损伤演化可分为整体稳定(GS)和演化引起剧变(EIC)两种模式,后者联系于断裂现象。本文引入统计描述,并指出,即使微损伤的连接规律是确定性的,无序介质中断裂的出现亦应以概率分布函数描写。     

Analytical Behaviour of Solutions of Boundary Integral Equations for a Nonsmooth Region

The Dirichlet problem for Helmholtz's equation in a domain exterior to some bounded smooth boundary in two dimensionsmay be solved by means of a combined potential of the singleand double layers. In this paper, the problem arising from allowingcorner points on the boundary is investigated. The resultingnoncompact operator is effectively split into singular and compactparts. By using the Mellin transforms, the equation can be convertedinto some Cauchy-type singular integral equations. Consequently,the singular form of the solution is found in terms of r^ßat a corner with 0>ß>1. As a first step towarddeveloping new numerical methods for the problem, one typicalexample is presented to demonstrate the slow convergence ofexisting methods without any modifications. Then the mesh-gradingtechnique designed for singular equations is successfully implementedto restore the order of convergence.     

哺乳期母婴微量元素含量的干预研究

通过对陕西省西安地区营养正常的母婴进行干预试验,研究了在其饮食习惯下,哺乳期母婴体内锌、铁、钙三种必需元素的代谢情况,以及是否需要补充,给予适当的补充是否有害。
