Abstract

Thermal synthesis of sodium cyclotriphosphate (SCTP) – Na3P3O9 was investigated in the temperature range of 150 °C to 750 °C using sodium chloride (NaCl) and 85 wt% orthophosphoric acid (H3PO4) as economical starting materials. Reaction temperature had a crucial impact on the chloride elimination rate and the formation of SCTP. The best result was obtained at 600 °C with 96% of elimination of the initial chloride as hydrochloric acid and 84% of selectivity in SCTP. At lower temperatures, residual chloride contents were high. At higher temperatures (650 °C and 750 °C), SCTP was melted and transformed into glassy products.  相似文献

Abstract

Direct synthesis of sodium cyclotriphosphate, Na3P3O9 (SCTP), from sodium chloride and orthophosphoric acid as economical starting materials was investigated. Reaction conditions including the heating rate, reaction plateau time, air flow rate, and Na/P molar ratio were found to be key parameters for the elimination of chloride and for the selectivity in SCTP. High yields in SCTP (94–99%) were obtained. The results are very interesting with respect to a potential industrial application for the synthesis of SCTP from point of view of the low cost of the starting materials.  相似文献

Robust speed control of a low damped electromechanical system with backlash is studied, controlled load angular speed being not measured. The proposed control strategy combines a Luenberger observer (load angular speed and load torque disturbance estimations) and a robust CRONE controller. The observer provides estimation of the load angular speed and of the disturbance torque applied on the load. Through the computation of only three independent parameters (as many as a PID controller), the CRONE controller permits to ensure the robust speed control of the load in spite of plant parametric variations and speed observation errors. The proposed control strategy is applied to a four mass experimental test bench.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structure and function of larynges of 35 subjects with normal voices. Volunteers aged between 20 and 50 years with no history of voice disorders or laryngeal surgery, no current allergies, no formal voice training, and no hyperactive gag reflex were required to perform various vocal manoeuvres that were carried out under continuous and stroboscopic light. An assessment form was devised to record the condition and function of the larynx. The videotapes of the procedure were rated by experienced judges. The Australian Fiberscopic Profile was devised to record the relevant parameters under continuous light. Videostroboscopic ratings were carried out using the Bless (1) protocol rating. High interjudge agreement was found across the two rating profiles.  相似文献

The estimator proposed recently by Delmas and Jourdain for waste-recycling Monte Carlo achieves variance reduction optimally with respect to a control variate that is evaluated directly using the simulation data. Here, the performance of this estimator is assessed numerically for free energy calculations in generic binary alloys and is compared to those of other estimators taken from the literature. A systematic investigation with varying simulation parameters of a simplified system, the anti-ferromagnetic Ising model, is first carried out in the transmutation ensemble using path-sampling. We observe numerically that (i) the variance of the Delmas-Jourdain estimator is indeed reduced compared to that of other estimators; and that (ii) the resulting reduction is close to the maximal possible one, despite the inaccuracy in the estimated control variate. More extensive path-sampling simulations involving an FeCr alloy system described by a many-body potential additionally show that (iii) gradual transmutations accommodate the atomic frustrations; thus, alleviating the numerical ergodicity issue present in numerous alloy systems and eventually enabling the determination of phase coexistence conditions.  相似文献

An improved diastereoselective synthesis of (1R,2R,3S)-1-acetoxymethyl-2,3,4,4-tetramethylcyclopentane 1, the sex pheromone of the obscure mealybug, Pseudococcus viburni, is described. The key step was diastereoselective catalytic hydrogenation of the tetrasubstituted double bond in 2,3,4,4-tetramethyl-cyclopent-2-enone 4 to give the thermodynamically less favored cis-2,3,4,4-tetramethyl-cyclopentanone 3a.  相似文献

We consider two systems of active swimmers moving close to a solid surface, one being a living population of wild-type E.?coli and the other being an assembly of self-propelled Au-Pt rods. In both situations, we have identified two different types of motion at the surface and evaluated the fraction of the population that displayed ballistic trajectories (active swimmers) with respect to those showing randomlike behavior. We studied the effect of this complex swimming activity on the diffusivity of passive tracers also present at the surface. We found that the tracer diffusivity is enhanced with respect to standard Brownian motion and increases linearly with the activity of the fluid, defined as the product of the fraction of active swimmers and their mean velocity. This result can be understood in terms of series of elementary encounters between the active swimmers and the tracers.  相似文献

Dynamic magnetic resonance microscopy of flour dough fermentation   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Magnetic resonance microscopy was carried out at 9.4 T with a voxel volume of 117 x 117 x 500 microm(3) and temporal resolution was adjusted to 8.5 min for a dynamic follow-up of bread dough fermentation during 2 h at a constant temperature of 30 degrees C. An image analysis procedure based on gray levels mathematical morphology routines was performed to assess bubble distribution and cell wall thickness inside the imaged bread dough. The evolution of the extracted curves allows one to characterize quantitatively the amount of bubbles and their growth. Using this procedure, different bread doughs were examined to determine the impact of dough composition on the structure modification during fermentation.  相似文献
