Circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA),carrying tumor-specific sequence mutations,is a promising biomarker for classification,diagnosis and prognosis of cancers.However,there is still a great challenge in discriminating single-base difference between ctDNA and its coexisting analogue(normal circulating DNA,ncDNA)at a serum sample.A locked nucleic acid(LNA)probe combined with a-HL nanopore sensor was designed,which achieved a high signal-to-background ratio(SBR)of^8.34 × 10^3,as well as a significant discrimination capability(~12.3 times)of single-base diffe rence.The accurate discrimination strategy is label-free,convenient,selective and sensitive,which has great potential in the early diagnosis of diseases and biomedical research fields.  相似文献

A local remapping algorithm for scalar function on quadrilateral meshes is described. The remapper from a distorted grid to a rezoned grid is usually regarded as a conservative interpolation problem. The present paper introduces a pseudo time to transform the interpolation into an initial value problem on a moving grid, and construct a moving mesh method to solve it. The new feature of the algorithm is the introduction of multi- point information on each edge, which leads to the numerical flux consistent with grid node motion. During the procedure of deriving scheme, we illustrate a framework about how the algorithms on a rectangular mesh are easily generated to those on a moving mesh. The basic ideas include: (i) introducing coordinate transformation, which maps the irregular domain in physical space to a perfectly regular computational domain, and (ii) deriving finite volume methods in the physical domain, which can be viewed as a discretization of the transformed equation. The resulting scheme is second-order accurate, conservative and monotonicity preserving. Numerical examples are carried out to show the good performance of ore" schemes.  相似文献

A multi-view three-dimensional (3D) display provides a more realistic experience than a two-view 3D dis- play. Therefore, a multi-view 3D display with high brightness based on a parallax barrier is proposed. The parallax barrier in the 3D display has a gradient transmittance with enhanced frequency character- istic, which indicates that the aperture ratio of the parallax barrier can be increased, thereby improving brightness. Gradient transmittance is also helpful in reducing crosstalk. A prototype of the 3D display is developed. Experimental result shows that the 3D display has higher brightness than a conventional display. In addition, crosstalk is limited at a low level.  相似文献

Microhaplotype markers are emerging forensic genetic markers, which may supplement existing markers. Consisting of two to four SNPs with an extent of <200 bp, microhaplotype can be genotyped through massively parallel sequencing technology. Articles that have been published suggested that microhaplotype markers have good application prospect in forensics. Multiallelic haplotype loci are potentially important in certain forensic works, as the stutter and high mutation rate of short tandem repeats and the low polymorphism of single nucleotide polymorphisms may limit the power of these two kind of regular markers. In this study, we explored the potential of 11 new microhaplotype loci in kinship analysis. The results suggested that these loci have relatively high polymorphic information in different populations worldwide and relatively high system effectiveness in the kinship analysis. Microhaplotypes have potential for forensic kinshipg analysis.  相似文献

A Cu-catalyzed tandem synthesis of azole-fused pyrimido[1,2-c]quinazolines and imidazo[1,2-c]quinazolines has been developed. The reaction is based on a C–N cross-coupling/C–H functionalization reaction of 2-(2-bromophenyl)-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidines with azoles. A variety of the desired polycyclic products were obtained in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

Diluted magnetic semiconductors based on group‐IV materials are desirable for spintronic devices compatible with current silicon technology. In this work, amorphous Mn‐doped SiGe thin films are first fabricated on Ge substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering and then crystallized by rapid thermal annealing (RTA). After the RTA, the samples become ferromagnetic semiconductors, in which the Curie temperature increases with increasing Mn doping concentration and reaches 280 K with 5% Mn concentration. The data suggest that the ferromagnetism comes from the hole‐mediated process and is enhanced by the tensile strain in the SiGe crystals. Meanwhile, the Hall effect measurement up to 33 T to eliminate the influence of anomalous Hall effect reveals that the hole mobility of the annealed samples is greatly enhanced and the maximal value is ≈1000 cm2 V?1 s?1, owing to the tensile strain‐induced band structure modulation. The Mn‐doped SiGe thin films with high Curie temperature ferromagnetism and high hole mobility may provide a promising platform for semiconductor spintronics.  相似文献

Antimicrobial activity-guided isolation found a series of new compounds from Pheretima aspergillum. Novel structures were elucidated by NMR spectroscopic and HRMS analyses, whereas their absolute configurations were established by ORD and CD spectrometer. The further evaluation for antipathogens activities showed that broad-spectrum germicidal effects of novel ergosterol derivatives for compound II and III. Our data provide antimicrobial mechanistic insights by molecular docking.  相似文献
