Carbon nanodots (C-Dots) have attracted much attention in recent years due to their low cost, ready scalability, excellent chemical stability, biocompatibility and multicolor luminescence. Here, we report a facile strategy for producing highly luminescent, surface-different nitrogen-doped carbon dots (C-Dots) by using different ionic liquids (ILs). Intriguingly, the surface-different C-Dots show different selectivity for Cu2+ and Fe3+. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first example which shows that ILs are excellent precursors for producing luminescent nanomaterial used for detection of different metal ions. The resultant nitrogen-doped C-Dots are highly photoluminescent and can be used for multicolor bioimaging. Most notable, by taking different ILs as precursors, we obtain surface-different C-Dots, which can be directly used for selective detection of Cu2+ and Fe3+ without any modification. These C-Dots based sensors exhibit high sensitivity and selectivity and the sensing process can be easily accomplished with one-step rapid operation. More importantly, compared with other method using QDs, organic dyes and organic solvent, this strategy is much more eco-friendly. This work may offer a new approach for developing low cost and sensitive C-Dots-based sensors for biological and environmental applications.  相似文献

A simple, stable and sensitive electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) detector was developed. It was based on tris(2,2-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) (Ru(bpy)32+) immobilized on the surface of a Pt wire with Nepem-105D ion exchange solution. The detector was prepared by inserting a Pt wire with immobilized Ru(bpy)32+ (working electrode) into a capillary tube, followed by inserting another Pt wire (counter electrode) in this tube and sealing. ECL behavior was investigated using ofloxacin as an analyte. Under optimal conditions, stable ECL intensity was obtained. This detector has been used in HPLC-ECL for the determination of multiple target fluoroquinolone residues in milk. There is no post column reagent addition, which would dilute the analytes, potentially leading to chromatographic band-broadening. The system is very simple with low dead volume, low baseline and background noise, together with high sensitivity and stability. The as-prepared ECL detector, when was used for the determination of ofloxacin, pefloxacin, enrofloxacin and difloxacin in milk, demonstrated adequate sensitivity to allow quantification of trace FQ levels in commercial milk samples. One or more of the target FQ analytes were present at levels above the LOD of the new ECL detector in each and every one of the 22 milk samples analysed.  相似文献

A robust and photoresponsive DNA network has been designed and constructed from branched DNA and molecular glue. The molecular glue is photoswitchable and can specifically bind to G-G mismatched double-stranded DNA. The assembly process can be reversibly controlled by manipulating the wavelength of light. The approach is flexible, allowing tuning of the size, morphology as well as the cavity of the network by variation of the molar ratio and the isotropic/anisotropic character of the branched building blocks. The assembled architectures are versatile and heat tolerant. These properties should allow the use of the network in further applications.  相似文献

Nucleoside triphosphates (NTPs) can improve the oxidase‐like activity of nanoceria and the enhancement is correlated with the type of NTP. This effect is demonstrated to be as a result of the coupling of the oxidative reaction with the NTP hydrolysis reactions, as the nanoceria has both oxidase‐like and phosphatase‐like activities. The differences reflect the different dephosphorylation catalytic activities of nanoceria to the NTP used. Furthermore, based on the NTP‐promoted oxidase‐like activity of nanoceria and the differences among the different types of NTPs, series effective and high‐throughput colorimetric assays for single‐nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) typing are developed.  相似文献
