分析了青藏铁路纳赤台段荒漠地区的土壤及10种典型植物的常量元素中的K、Ca、Mg、P四种元素的含量。结果表明,(1)K、ca、Mg、P四种元素在区内各种植物中的变异系数分别为0.033、0.418、0.143、0.403,Ca和Mg元素在各种植物中的含量呈正相关;(2)区内所采集到的各种植物之问K、Mg两种元素含量变化不大;(3)随着土壤深度的增加,土壤内四种矿质元素含量呈递减趋势。  相似文献

An imidazolium‐modified hexa‐peri‐hexabenzocoronene derivative (HBC‐C11‐MIM[Cl?]) was designed and synthesized as a stabilizer to fabricate reduced graphene oxide (RGO). The resulting RGO/HBC‐C11‐MIM[Cl?] hybrid shows excellent dispersivity (5.0 mg mL?1) and stability in water. RGO/HBC‐C11‐MIM[Cl?] was comprehensively characterized by using atomic force microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and Raman spectroscopy, thus revealing that one HBC‐C11‐MIM[Cl?] group can stabilize about 178 carbon atoms on the graphene sheets. The obtained hybrid film exhibits a high conductivity of 286 S m?1. Furthermore, the HBC‐C11‐MIM[Cl?]‐modified RGO sheets can be readily dispersed in polar organic solvents upon exchange of the hydrophilic Cl? ions for hydrophobic bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl) amide (NTf2?) ions.  相似文献

The profound differences between solids and liquids notwithstanding, high-frequency vibrational energy relaxation in liquids seems to be well described by assuming that the excess energy is being transferred into discrete overtones of some fundamental intermolecular vibrations-precisely the way it is in crystalline solids. In a solid-state context, this kind of analysis can be used to justify the observation that relaxation rates fall off exponentially with the energy being transferred. Liquids, however, have a substantial degree of disorder, causing their relevant intermolecular spectra to have correspondingly diffuse band edges and large bandwidths. It is therefore not at all obvious what should become of this exponential-gap-law phenomenology. We show in this paper how near exponential-gap-law behavior can still be derived for vibrational energy relaxation in liquids. To do so, we take advantage of the simple dynamics that the high-frequency relaxation has when it is launched from an individual instantaneous configuration. Interestingly, the physically relevant region turns out not to be true asymptotic limit of our formalism, but for realistic liquid parameters the behavior in the physical regime differs only slightly from an exact exponential-gap law and is strikingly independent of the details of the intermolecular spectra.  相似文献

改性硅藻土对富营养化水体中磷的吸附行为   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以硅藻土原土为原料,通过碱洗及浸渍负载羟基氧化铁对其进行改性,利用SEM、XRD及物理吸附仪对改性硅藻土的形貌、比表面积等进行表征,并研究了改性硅藻土对富营养化水体中磷的吸附性能。结果表明,(1)改性后,硅藻土杂质元素减少,孔径明显增大,比表面积增大23倍,并有效负载了β-FeO(OH);(2)其对磷的吸附受温度及pH值的影响,温度越高,达到吸附平衡时间越短,吸附容量也越大;在pH值为4~11之间,吸附容量随pH的增大而减小;(3)拟二级反应动力学方程,能准确地描述改性硅藻土对磷的吸附,而粒内扩散,不是改性硅藻土对磷吸附的唯一控制步骤;(4)改性硅藻土在富营养化水体中对磷的吸附行为,符合Freundlich等温线方程,其吸附过程为物理吸附,吸附过程焓变(H)为39.949kJ/mol,各温度下的自由能变(G)均小于零,熵变(S)均为正值,该吸附过程是自发的吸热物理过程。  相似文献

The formation of the inclusion complex of p-sulfonatocalix[6]arene (SCX6) with different forms of vitamin B6 (VB6) was studied by using fluorescence spectroscopy. VB6 can exist in one of three forms (the acidic form, neutral zwitterionic form and basic form) depending on pH. The fluorescence intensities of acidic and basic forms of VB6 remarkably decreased in presence of SCX6. SCX6 preferred to form 1:1 inclusion complexes with acidic and basic forms of VB6 but hardly form inclusion complex with neutral zwitterionic form. According to the nonlinear curve fitting method, the inclusion constant (K) for the formation of inclusion complexes of acidic and basic forms of VB6 with SCX6 were evaluated to be 1.4?×?104 and 9?×?103 L/mol, respectively. The binding affinity of SCX6 towards acidic form is attributed to hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interaction, furthermore, additional electrostatic interaction also plays a crucial role. The possible inclusion mode was given by 1H NMR technique.  相似文献

用原位聚合方法在SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)橡胶基体中合成聚苯胺(PAn),可形成均匀复合的SIS-PAn导电橡胶膜.成膜后紧朝玻璃的膜面导电,而朝向空气的膜面却绝缘.膜中PAn的含量只有5.8%(质量分数)或An/SIS的投料比为0.2时,导电复合物膜的表面电阻和导电率即可分别达到300Ω/□和0.07S·cm~(-1)分析了制备条件,包括PAn含量、酸量、氧化剂用量、表面活性剂用量、交联剂用量和模具材料等因素对SIS-PAn复合物导电性能的影响.  相似文献

固相微萃取技术是80 年代末发展起来的一项新型的无溶剂化环境样品前处理技术, 它主要与气相色谱和高效液相色谱联用, 能快速和有效地分析环境样品中的痕量有机污染物。技术从出现至今主要在萃取装置(萃取纤维涂层)、萃取方式及后序分析仪器上有较大的发展和变化, 这使得技术的应用范围不断拓宽。通过对现有文献的总结, 本文还提出了固相微萃取技术今后的发展趋势。  相似文献

Here, we report a rapid and specific method based on high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS–MS) capable of quantifying six CYP450-specific probe substrates in human liver microsomal incubation mixtures simultaneously. These analytes were prepared by single-step extraction and detected in one run by switching polarity of electrospray ionization mode three times. Following optimization of the chromatographic conditions, the peaks were well separated, and retention times ranged between 2.0 and 8.4 min. The total run time for a single injection was within 9 min. This method was fully validated over linear range of 18.8–3,000.0 ng mL?1 for diclofenac, 0.8–3,000.0 ng mL?1 for dapson, 1.5–3,000.0 ng mL?1 for dextromethorphan, 2.0–4,000.0 ng mL?1 for omeprazole, 75.0–3,000.0 ng mL?1 for chlorzoxazone and 0.8–3,000.0 ng mL?1 for phenacetin using diazepam as internal standard. Samples were prepared by protein precipitation and analyzed on the LC–MS–MS equipped with ESI interface. For each analyte, inter- and intra-day precision (RSD%) were <15 % and accuracy was within 85–115 %. The specificity, precision, accuracy, stabilities and matrix effect were evaluated.  相似文献
