反射型磁光多层膜隔离器的频率响应及宽容性研究

通过传输矩阵法分析了材料介电常数的变化对于单缺陷结构的磁光多层膜隔离器性能的响，并提出了一种多缺陷结构的磁光多层膜结构.同单缺陷结构相比，多缺陷结构的旋转角的频谱响应带宽有很大增加，对于材料介电常数变化的宽容性得到了一个数量级的提高.同时这种多缺陷的结构对于膜层厚度的变化和入射角度也有很好的宽容性. 关键词： 光隔离器 磁光效应 一维光子晶体     

Dynamics of carriers photogenerated in a dot-in-a-well nanostructure

We review our recent results on the investigation of carrier dynamics of semiconductor nanostructures, i.e., dot-in-a-well. We introduced a technique based on the measurement of time-resolved differential photoluminescence spectra induced by subpicosecond pump and probe laser pulses. In this technique, the temporal resolution was achieved by adjusting the temporal delay between the pump and probe pulses. Using such a new technique, we measured the exciton decay times and then studied the dependences of integrated photoluminescence intensity and photoluminescence linewidth on temperature in InAs quantum dots embedded in InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells. We gave consistent interpretations to our experimental results.     

Facile fabrication and optical properties of novel Pb(OH)Cl nanotubes

Uniform Pb(OH)Cl nanotubes were synthesized for the first time through a reverse micelles system. The system was consisting of C₁₂E₉ as a surfactant, n-pentanol as a cosurfactant, hexamethylene as the continuous oil phase and lead acetate or sodium chloride solution as the dispersed aqueous phase. The obtained Pb(OH)Cl nanotubes have an average outer diameter of 60 nm, inner diameter of about 40 nm, and an length up to 3 μm as TEM picture showed. And the range of the nanotube diameter is from 50 nm to 70 nm. XRD result indicated that Pb(OH)Cl crystallized in an orthorhombic phase. Photoluminescent (PL) spectrum showed that the product emit in near ultraviolet region and visible region at 335 nm and 439 nm respectively. The experimental results show that reaction temperature have effect on the shape of Pb(OH)Cl nanotubes. A possible formation mechanism was also discussed.     

电力宽带的改进措施与拓展应用

随着互联网业务的快速增长,宽带技术应用日益广泛.本文通过对电力载波宽带技术(PLC)的进一步分析,给出了干扰的成因和对抗的措施,研究了通信新技术(如FDM、ATM等)在PLc中的作用,提出了电力宽带的拓展运用模式.     

基于改进单纯形算法的DOA估计

利用最大似然估计获得信号的来波方向，其统计性能要比其他算法优越，但由于该方法需要对多维参数进行优化，从而导致较大的计算量，针对该问题文中提出基于改进单纯形算法的来波方向（DOA）估计。首先利用阵列输出的协方差矩阵对来波方向进行粗略估计，并以该估计值为重心构造初始单纯形，由于待估计的参数都有一定的取值范围，所以文中通过定义罚函数，将有约束的优化问题转化为无约束的优化问题，最后结合罚函数和改进单纯形算法进行DOA估计，计算机仿真结果验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。     

在挠性印制板中埋嵌无源和有源元件

文章介绍了在挠性印制板中埋嵌无源和有源元件的方法。通过化学镀Ni(P)电阻可以实现薄膜电阻的埋嵌,并能保证一定的弯折性。通过对芯片进行背面减薄和倒装连接,可以实现有源芯片的埋嵌。随后还对埋嵌元件的可靠性进行了测试。     

通用数据访问模式的研究

运用面向对象的设计原则，将代理模式与工厂方法模式相结合，提出了一种新的通用数据访问模式。该模式可支持多种关系型数据库管理系统和数据驱动程序，通过将应用层与数据层隔离，大大减少了系统的耦合性，具有广泛的实际应用前量。     

无人机通信网络的研究

在现代局部战争中,可采用高空长航时无人机作为通信中继平台,实现地面站与各无人机之间的通信(测控信息和任务信息传输)。本文给出了无人机系统(UAVS)通信网仿真系统的组成,设计了通信协议模块的分层呼叫协议与路由选择协议,该软件已用于UAVS通信网仿真系统。
