A high sensitive long period fiber grating(LPFG) sensor for the detection of nitrite is proposed, which is realized by coating multiple poly(sodium 4-styrensulfonate)(PSS) and poly(diallyldimethylammonium) chloride (PDDA) layers on the fiber grating surface. The sensitivity of this LPFG sensor is maximum when the number of assembled layers is 70. The adsorption behavior of benzene and propylene in zeolite ZSM-5 was studied by Grand Canonical Monte Carlo(GCMC) simulations. It could be found that benzene and propylene molecules showed different adsorption behavior in the zeolite cavities. 对海洋藻类色素的高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(HPLC-QqQ-MS)分析方法的有效性进行了验证。该方法采用C16氨基色谱柱为固定相,以甲醇、乙腈和乙酸铵为流动相,在选择反应监测模式下对叶绿素a、叶绿素b、 β,β -胡萝卜素、叶黄素和岩藻黄素的含量进行了测定。结果表明,5种色素标准品的线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均高于0.996,回收率在82.77%~99.83%之间,日内和日间精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%(n=5);方法的检出限(LOD)在0.02~0.16 μg/L之间,定量限(LOQ)在0.06~0.54 μg/L之间。利用该方法对11种藻类中5种色素的含量进行分析,比较了赤潮异弯藻、卡罗藻、微小原甲藻、微拟球藻、蛋白核小球藻、颗石藻、定鞭金藻、中肋骨条藻、威氏海链藻和假微型海链藻之间的物种色素分布情况。该方法具有简单、灵敏度高、重复性好、回收率高等优点,适合藻类色素分析,为进行藻类生物量计算提供了分析手段。  相似文献

利用循环伏安法(-0.5~2.2 V)将4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)电聚合修饰到玻碳电极表面,制备了聚PAR膜过氧化氢(H2O2)传感器。 并采用循环伏安法和计时安培法研究了修饰电极的电化学性质和对H2O2的响应特性。 结果表明,PAR膜修饰电极在低的电位下对H2O2具有优异的电催化还原效应。 在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中(pH=8.0)用计时安培法对H2O2进行了测定(工作电位0.45 V),响应电流与其浓度在2×10-5~1.76×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=-0.999 83,检测限(S/N=3)为3 μmol/L。该修饰电极灵敏度高、稳定性好、制备简单,在H2O2的测定中对抗坏血酸、尿酸和葡萄糖有较好的抗干扰性。  相似文献

原子力显微镜(AFM)是评价亚纳米级表面粗糙度σRMS最主要的测试仪器,但其测试结果会因采样条件(采样间距、采样点数)及测量点位置变化而改变。以AFM测试超光滑光学基底随机表面为例,应用累积功率谱理论建立了确定合理采样条件的方法,避免了采样条件选取不当带来的数据丢失或冗余;通过全局优化选取测量点和局部优化选取测量点相结合,降低了样品表面区域性差异给测试结果带来的不确定性,并大大减少了获得可靠测试结果所需的测试量。上述工作为超光滑光学基底AFM测试提供了有效方案。  相似文献

A strain field calculation method based on the optimal local deformation gradient technique has been developed to calculate the ‘local’ strain tensor of cellular materials using cell-based finite element models. The local nature and accuracy of this method may be strongly dependent on the cut-off radius, which is introduced to collect the effective nodes for determining the optimal local deformation gradient of a node. Two different schemes are first analyzed to determine the suitable cut-off radius by characterizing the heterogeneous deformation of Voronoi honeycombs under uniaxial compression and we suggest that in Scheme 1, the cut-off radius defined based on the reference configuration is about 1.5 times the average cell radius; in Scheme 2, the cut-off radius defined based on the current configuration is about 0.5 times the average cell radius. Then, Scheme 3, a combined scheme of the two former schemes, is further suggested. It is demonstrated that the optimal cut-off radius in Scheme 3 characterizes the local strain reasonable well whether the compression rate is low or high. Finally, the strain field calculation method with the optimal cut-off radius is applied to reveal the evolution of the heterogeneous deformation of two different configurations of double-layer cellular cladding under a linear decaying blast load. The 2D fields and the 1D distributions of local engineering strain are calculated. These results interpret the shock wave propagation mechanisms in both claddings and provide useful understanding in the design of a double-layer cellular cladding.  相似文献

With TiO(2) nanoparticles as carrier, a supported nano-material of Au atomic cluster/TiO(2) nano-hybrid was synthesized. It was then modified onto the surface of indium tin oxide (ITO) by Nafion to act as a working electrode for exciting the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of luminol. The properties of the nano-hybrid and the modified electrode were characterized by XRD, XPS, electronic microscopy, electrochemistry and spectroscopy. The experimental results demonstrated that the modification of this nano-hybrid onto the ITO electrode efficiently intensified the ECL of luminol. It was also revealed that the ECL intensity of luminol on this modified electrode showed very sensitive responses to oxygen and hydrogen peroxide. The detection limits for dissolved oxygen and hydrogen peroxide were 2 μg L(-1) and 5.5 × 10(-12) M, respectively. Besides the discussion of the intensifying mechanism of this nano-hybrid for ECL of luminol, the developed method was also applied for monitoring dissolved oxygen and evaluating the scavenging efficiency of reactive oxygen species of the Ganoderma lucidum spore.  相似文献
