For the first time,it is experiementally verified that the index profile of K~ —Na~ ion-exchanged waveguide in CdS_xSe_(1-x)doped glass follows a second-order polynomial dis-tribution.Mode-dispersion curves have been obtained by computing simplified mode equationin WKB approximation and verified by experiment.Diffusion constant has been measured ac-curately.Technical basis is provided for the design and fabrication of all-optical switching de-vices in this kind of nonlinear waveguide. 相似文献

We have investigated the effect of negative substrate bias on microcrystalline silicon films deposited on glass and stainless steel by hot-wire chemical vapor deposition (HWCVD) to gain insight into the effect of negative substrate bias on crystallization. Structural characterization of the silicon films was performed by Raman spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the crystallinity of the films is obviously improved by applying the substrate bias, especially for films on stainless steel. At hot-wire temperature of 1800°C and negative substrate bias of ?800 V, grain size as large as 200 nm was obtained on stainless-steel substrate with crystalline fraction 9% higher than that of films deposited on glass and 15% higher than that of films deposited without substrate bias. It is deduced that the improvement of the crystallinity is mainly related to the accelerated electrons emitted from the hot wires. The differences in this improvement between different substrates are caused by the different electrical potential of the substrates. A solar cell fabricated by HWCVD with ?800 V substrate bias is demonstrated, showing an obviously higher conversion efficiency than that without substrate bias. 相似文献

炉内结渣是影响火电机组和气化工艺可靠运行的关键因素之一,准确预测灰熔点可以提前调整炉膛出口温度以避免结渣。本论文采用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)采集煤灰样中金属元素的光谱,分别建立煤灰中的金属元素的谱线强度与煤灰熔点的随机森林模型、支持向量机回归模型和线性回归模型,直接预测煤灰熔点温度。采用基于马氏距离(MD)的异常数据剔除算法和基于稀疏矩阵的基线估计与降噪算法(BEADS),对粉煤灰样的全光谱数据进行了预处理。随机森林模型对粉煤灰熔点的预测平均相对误差(MRE)为54.74%,支持向量机回归模型的预测平均相对误差为60.08%,而线性回归模型的预测平均相对误差达到了9.78%。研究结果表明,线性回归模型对煤灰熔点的预测结果更准确。 相似文献

Hydrothermal leather waste was prepared by hydrothermal method, using leather waste as the precondition and applying the adsorption of uranium (VI) in solution. The effects of pH value, adsorption time and initial concentration of uranium (VI) on the adsorption efficiency were investigated. The adsorption process was in accordance with the pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model. Kinetic and thermodynamic studies showed that the adsorption process was endothermic and spontaneous, and it reached adsorption equilibrium in 240 min. In the simulated high salinity environment, the adsorbent exhibited excellent adsorption rate on the trace of uranium (VI). The adsorbent was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, flourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and it was found that the adsorption mechanism was coordinated complex. 相似文献

In this paper, the polyketone (POK) extrusion cast film is manufactured by melt stretching method, and the evolution process of the crystal morphology and mechanical properties with the increase of melt drawing ratio (MDR) are followed. The results show that the melt stretching process produces many micro shish-kebab crystals in the POK. The length of the shish crystal and the thickness of the kebab crystal hardly increase with MDR, but the lateral length of the kebab crystal shows linear growth when MDR exceeds 40. The crystalline morphology of POK is mainly affected by melt relaxation. The molecular chain has sufficient relaxation during cooling at a low MDR (20–40). At this time, micro shish-kebab crystals are mainly randomly arranged. When MDR exceeds 40, the rapid melt stretching shortens the relaxation time of the tie chain between the neighborhood shish crystal, and the atomic force microscopy image shows a typical shish-kebab structure. This experimental result indicates that the formation of the oriented lamella structure may be related to the relaxation of the molecular chains between the micro-shish. When the length of the shish axis and the thickness of the kebab lamellae are similar, it is difficult to distinguish the two. 相似文献

The electronic properties and optical properties of single and double Au-doped phosphorene have been comparatively investigated using the first-principles plane-wave pseudopotential method based on density functional theory. The decrease from direct band gap 0.78 eV to indirect band gap 0.22 and 0.11 eV are observed in the single and double Au-doped phosphorene, respectively. The red shifts of absorbing edge occur in both doped systems, which consequently enhance the absorbing of infrared light in phosphorene. Band gap engineering can, therefore, be used to directly tune the optical absorption of phosphorene system by substitutional Au doping. 相似文献
