药用缓释辅料——羟丙基甲基纤维素的合成及其缓释性能的研究

本文研究了药物缓释材料HPMC的合成方法,探讨了碱纤维素制备,醚化剂浓度,混合醚化剂配经以及产品后处理对高粘度HPMC的影响。本文还初步对KCl,氨茶碱,硝酸异山梨醇酯等药物采用合成的HPMC作辅料,进行了缓释制剂的研究,结果表明合成的HPMC具有满意的缓释性能。     

双电层相互作用时胶体表面电位的分布及电荷密度的计算

本文以实验为基础,运用计算机数值解解出双电层相互作用时平面胶体表面电位ψ随距离X的分布,依据作者导出的双电层相互作用时胶体表面阴离子负吸附方程,计算出胶体表面外Hclmhotz面(OHP)处的表面电荷密度σ_δ;讨论了双电层相互作用程度(ψ_d/ψ_δ)对胶体表面电位分布及其表面电荷密度的影响。     

硝酸钬水合物热分解及配位性质的研究

文献报道了Ho(NO_3)_3·5H_2O和Ho(NO_3)_3·(?)H_2O的热分解行为,但Ho(NO_3)_3·5H_2O脱水机理不清,Ho(NO_3)_3·4H_2O按文献[1]不能制出。六水、三水合物的热分解及与DMF的配位作用未见报道。     

[Cr2CoO（O2CCH3）6Py3].Py簇合物的分子结构和电子结构

合成并测定了标题化合物的分子结构,Ca空间群,a=2.1933(2)nm,b=1.2447(3)nm,c=1.5912(5)nm,β=117.02(2)°,I＇=3.8679 nm~3,Z=4,最后根据I>3G(I)的2849个独立衍射点的强度数据,把结构精修到R=0.036.在晶体结构测定基础上进行了EHMO计算,以研究其簇骼成键性质,结果表明,该分子虽不存在金属-金属键,但M与μ-O之间除了σ键外,还存在四中心d-ρπ键,它是该类化合物稳定的主要因素。     

邻苯二甲酸在异丙醇-水混合溶剂中电离热力学性质的研究

The first thermodynamic dissociation constants of o-phthalic acid were determined at five temperatures from 278.15 to 318.15 K in 10, 14.93 and 20 wt% isopropanol-water solvent mixtures, by precise e. m. f. measurements of hydrogen-silver chlorld electrodes in cells without liquid junction. On the basis of Pitzer's theory, the method of polynomial approximation was used to determine the dissociation constants of H_2P and the results obtained were compared with traditional extrapolation according to the extended Debye-Huckel equation Results obtained from both methods agree within experimental error. The dependence of the first thermodynamic dissociation constant on temperature was given as a function of the thermodynamic temperature T by the empirical equation: pK_1=A_0+A_1/T+A_2/T. The thermodynamic quantities of dissociation in the mixed solvents have been calculated, and the results have been discussed.     

四（2,4—二叔戊基苯氧基）酞菁铜（Ⅱ）的合成及其LB膜

合成了标题酞菁铜衍生物,并通过元素分析,高压液相色谱,紫外光谱,红外光谱,核磁共振谱,电镜,顺磁共振谱及质谱加以确认。该化合物在稀氯仿溶液和LB膜中各以单,双分子缔合的形式存在。Z型沉积形成的单层LB膜对氨气有很高的灵敏度和选择性。     

氯代(对位取代四苯基)卟啉铁(Ⅲ)的轴向配位反应热力学及光谱研究

本文对二氯甲烷溶剂中咪唑(Im)与氯代(对位取代四苯基)卟啉铁(Ⅲ)[Fe(p-X)TPPCl,X=Cl,H,CH₃,OCH₃]的轴向配位反应(1)进行了研究.用光谱法测得了反应(1)的平衡常数,并对反应物和产Fe(p-X)TPPCl+2Im⇔[Fe(p-X)TPPIm₂]⁺Cl^-物的电子光谱、FeHTPPCl和[FeHTPPIm₂]⁺Cl^-的电子自旋共振谱和穆斯堡尔谱进行了测量.研究了取代基效应和轴向配体的影响.     

含羧基聚有机硅氧烷—PEO复合物与LiCF3SO3复合膜的离子传导性

本文研究了含羧基聚有机硅氧烷——PEO复合物与LiCF_3SO_3复合膜的离子传导性能。实验结果表明,利用PEO与含羧基聚有机硅氧烷复合的方法能进一步提高含羧基聚有机硅氧烷—Li~+固体电解质膜的离子传导性。此复合膜在室温下的离子导电率可达10~(-5)S cm~(-1)。本文还研究了复合膜中所用PEO的分子量、PEO用量,LiCF_3SO_3含量、交联剂用量及温度对复合膜离子传导性的影响。     

Investigation of shifts and interaction of signals in high-contrast transmission spectroscopy

In the recently introduced high-contrast transmission version of saturated absorption laser spectroscopy, narrow signals are obtained from dense atomic samples subject to strong pumping. A study of possible systematic shifts of the signals in this domain of rather extreme experimental conditions was performed in order to assess the validity of spectroscopic data obtained with this technique. Certain signal components were found to be slightly shifted while others were not. Further, a theoretical study of the behaviour of overlapping signals in the high-contrast regime is presented. In particular, the question of whether structures buried under the natural linewidth could be resolved is addressed.
