Tri-Gate Bulk MOSFET Design for CMOS Scaling to the End of the Roadmap

A tri-gate bulk MOSFET design utilizing a low-aspect-ratio channel is proposed to provide an evolutionary pathway for CMOS scaling to the end of the roadmap. 3-D device simulations indicate that this design offers the advantages of a multi-gate FET (reduced variability in performance and improved scalability) together with the advantages of a conventional planar MOSFET (low substrate cost and capability for dynamic threshold-voltage control).     

爆轰试验用新型射频连接器的结构设计

针对目前爆轰试验中使用的机械密封射频连接器存在的问题.设计了基于玻璃封接技术的新型密封射频连接器结构,并进行了射频反射补偿计算和强度分析.本项研究为爆轰条件下新型密封射频连接器的研制提供了设计依据.     

2,9-disubstituted 1,10-phenanthroline nickel complexes: Syntheses,characterization, and their ethylene oligomerization

Nickel complexes 1–4 ligated with 2,9-disubstituted-1,10-phenanthroline were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR spectra and elemental analysis. The molecular structure of complex 2 was confirmed by X-ray crystal diffraction analysis. Activated with methylaluminoxane (MAO), those complexes showed moderate activities for ethylene oligomerization. Published in Kinetika i Kataliz, 2007, Vol. 48, No. 5, pp. 710–714. Rhythmic growth of ring‐banded spherulites in blends of liquid crystalline methoxy‐poly(aryl ether ketone) and poly(aryl ether ether ketone)

Rhythmic growth of ring‐banded spherulites in blends of liquid crystalline methoxy‐poly(aryl ether ketone) (M‐PAEK) and poly(aryl ether ether ketone) (PEEK) has been investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized light microscopy (PLM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. The measurements reveal that the formation of the rhythmically grown ring‐banded spherulites in the M‐PAEK/PEEK blends is strongly dependent on the blend composition. In the M‐PAEK‐rich blends, upon cooling, an unusual ring‐banded spherulite is formed, which is ascribed to structural discontinuity caused by a rhythmic radial growth. For the 50:50 M‐PAEK/PEEK blend, ring‐banded spherulites and individual PEEK spherulites coexist in the system. In the blends with PEEK as the predominant component, M‐PAEK is rejected into the boundary of PEEK spherulites. The cooling rate and crystallization temperature have great effect on the phase behavior, especially the ring‐banded spherulite formation in the blends. In addition, the effects of M‐PAEK phase transition rate and phase separation rate on banded spherulite formation is discussed. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于嵌入式Linux的远程数据采集系统

以嵌入式微控制器为核心,将传感器网络收集来的数据通过无线电发射机发送到远程接收机,从而实现远程数据采集.系统的优势是充分利用了短波无线链路资源,适合于工作在无人区等场合.以ARM7为控制器,功耗小,性能稳定,维护方便;通信方式采用串口通信,连接线少,实现相对简单.系统设计主要应用嵌入式μCLinux系统设计、无线电发射、调制解调器等方面的知识,文中给出了调制解调器拨号协议、系统原理和软件流程等.     

非编码MPSK-OFDM系统判决指导的相位估计研究

本文论及非编码MPSK-OFDM系统载波跟踪中的重要部件?判决指导的相位估计器(PED)的研究.多载波系统的相位估计可以表示为各子载波相位估计的加权和.文中在分析单载波的基础上考察了符号判决错误对多载波相位估计的影响,并提出了两种改进方案,一是给出一组新的加权系数,改善了PED在较低信噪比的性能;二是由导频子载波相位估计指导其它数据子载波相位估计,获得了(-(/)M (/)M)区间上的线性无偏估计器.文中对两种改进算法进行了分析比较和仿真验证.     

用毛细管测量纯水表面张力系数的误差讨论

通过用毛细管测量纯水表面张力系数实验，得到管内径d与接触角θ的相对误差之间的关系曲线，由此说明实验测得的表面张力系数α和理论公式相比呈现一定的偏差，并简单地讨论了实验的理想状态与实际情况的差别．     

线性均衡约束最优化的一个广义投影强次可行方向法

本文讨论带线性均衡约束最优化问题,首先利用摄动技术和一个互补函数将问题等价转化为一般约束最优化问题,然后结合广义投影技术和强次可行方向法思想,建立了问题的一个新算法.算法在迭代过程中保证搜索方向不为零,从而使得每次迭代只需计算一次广义投影.在适当的条件下,证明了算法的全局收敛性,并对算法进行了初步的数值试验.     

一种有机电致发光共聚物的制备和性能

采用Suzuki方法合成了9，9-二辛基芴与萘并硒二唑的两种无规共聚物并研究了其紫外光谱、光致发光和电致发光性能。两种聚合物的电致发光波长为650～666nm，均为发饱和红光的LED材料，其电致发光外量子效率最高达到了1．05％。随着共聚物中萘并硒二唑含量的增加，共聚物的光致发光和电致发光的发射波长均有少量红移。证明了根据共轭高聚物链内能量转移原理，在聚芴链中引入不同含量的窄带隙杂环单元可实现对聚芴发光颜色的调节。     

A novel methodology for the synthesis of 1-desoxy-Δ-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) analogues

A versatile and efficient sequence was developed for the synthesis of 1-desoxy-Δ⁸-THC analogues and is demonstrated by the synthesis of sulfonamide analogues with an acetylene group at the C-2^′ position in the side chain. In this procedure the 1-desoxy-Δ⁸- THC ring structure is built first and the synthesis of the side chain is then developed.
