Ionic conductive soft materials for mimicking human skin are a promising topic since they can be thought of as a possible basis for biomimetic sensing. In pursuit of devices with a long working range and low signal delay, conductive materials with low hysteresis and good stretchability are highly demanded. To overcome the challenges of highly stretchable conductive materials with good resilience, herein a chemical design is proposed where polyrotaxanes act as topological cross-linkers to enhance the stretchability by sliding-induced reduced stress concentration while the compatible ionic liquid is introduced as a dispersant for low hysteresis. The obtained ionogels exhibit versatile properties more than low hysteresis (residual strain = 7%) and good stretchability (550%), and also anti-fatigue, biocompatibility, and good adhesion. The low hysteresis is attributed to lower energy dissipation from the well-dispersed polyrotaxanes by compatible ionic liquids. The mechanism provides a new insight in fabricating highly stretchable and low-hysteresis slide-ring materials. Furthermore, the conductivity of the ionogels and their responses to strains and temperatures are measured. Benefiting from the good conductivity and low hysteresis, the ionogel is applied to develop a wireless communication system to realize rapid human-machine interactions.  相似文献

Single crystal metal halide perovskites thin films are considered to be a promising optical, optoelectronic materials with extraordinary performance due to their low defect densities. However, it is still difficult to achieve large-scale perovskite single-crystal thin films (SCTFs) with tunable bandgap by vapor-phase deposition method. Herein, the synthesis of CsPbCl3(1–x)Br3x SCTFs with centimeter size (1 cm × 1 cm) via vapor-phase deposition is reported. The Br composition of CsPbCl3(1–x)Br3x SCTFs can be gradually tuned from x = 0 to x = 1, leading the corresponding bandgap to change from 2.29 to 2.91 eV. Additionally, an low-threshold (≈23.9 µJ cm−2) amplified spontaneous emission is achieved based on CsPbCl3(1–x)Br3x SCTFs at room temperature, and the wavelength is tuned from 432 to 547 nm by varying the Cl/Br ratio. Importantly, the high-quality CsPbCl3(1–x)Br3x SCTFs are ideal optical gain medium with high gain up to 1369.8 ± 101.2 cm−1. This study not only provides a versatile method to fabricate high quality CsPbCl3(1–x)Br3x SCTFs with different Cl/Br ratio, but also paves the way for further research of color-tunable perovskite lasing.  相似文献

本文阐述了基于STM32F103c8t6的机房温湿度监控系统的设计原理。该系统主要以STM32F103c8t6单片机为核心,以DHT11温湿度传感器作为采集系统,把实时温度、湿度数据显示在OLED屏幕上。如果温湿度数值超过设置的阈值,会通过无线通讯模块GSM800C发送信息给用户,从而对交警中心机房内的环境实行实时监控,使环境内的温湿度得到有效监控。  相似文献

该文提出一种新型局部有源忆阻器,使用标准非线性理论分析方法分析其特性,并通过直流伏安特性曲线来证明其局部有源性.此外,将局部有源忆阻器用于模拟生物突触,构建了一个局部有源忆阻突触耦合HR神经元网络.理论分析和数值仿真表明,在局部有源忆阻突触的影响下它能够产生多种放电模式和复杂的混沌行为.最后,实现了该局部有源忆阻突触耦合神经网络的模拟等效电路,并由功率模拟(PSIM)电路仿真验证了数值仿真的正确性.  相似文献

Herein, a trimetallic Ni–Co–Zn perovskite fluoride (ABF3) (denoted as KNCZF) electrode material is explored for advanced aqueous supercabatteries (ASCBs), with KNCZF and activated carbon–FeBiCu@reduced graphene oxides (AC–FeBiCu@rGO) as cathode and anode, respectively, which outperform aqueous supercapacitors (ASCs) and batteries (ABs) with AC and FeBiCu@rGO anodes because of the synergistic effect of pseudocapacitive (KNCZF), capacitive (AC), and faradaic (FeBiCu@rGO) responses. One of the important findings is that the KNCZF shows a typical bulk phase conversion mechanism for charge storage in the alkaline media with the transition of ABF3 perovskite nanocrystals into amorphous metal oxides/(oxy)hydroxides nanosheets, showing the redox-active and redox-inert roles for the Ni/Co and Zn species, respectively, which can be deduced by various ex-situ techniques. Another interesting finding is that the redox-inert Zn species largely enhance the activity of Ni/Co redox-active species in the ABF3 materials, mainly owing to the promotion of surface electroactive sites, adsorption of OH?, and charge transfer of surface Ni/Co atoms by Zn-doping, which can be proved by ex-situ characterizations and theoretical calculations. Overall, this study reveals the structure–activity relationship and charge storage mechanisms of Zn-doping ABF3 materials for advanced ASCBs, showing a great impact on developing advanced electrochemical energy storage.  相似文献

A novel layered K(4)Ag(2)Sn(3)S(9) x 2KOH was synthesized solvothermally. A mixture of ethanol and HSCH(2)CH(SH)CH(2)OH was used for the synthesis. The HSCH(2)CH(SH)CH(2)OH plays an important role and appears to serve as a mineralizer for the solvothermal reaction. A layer comprises Sn(3)S(9)(6)(-) clusters linked by Ag(+) ions and possesses two types of 1D channels in which potassium ions are located. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic P2(1)/m space group [a = 7.8071(2) A, b = 27.3508(1) A, c = 10.5008(2) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 103.874(1) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees, Z = 4]. Its crystal structure, composition analysis, and IR are presented.  相似文献

Upon the electrochemical oxidation of tris(2,2′-bipyridyl) ruthenium(II) [Ru(bpy)2+3] and hydroxyl carboxylic acids, for instance, citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, and -gluconic acid, bright electrochemiluminescences (ECLs) were observed. Different luminescent reactions were presented depending on the applied potential. The light emission was mainly caused by the reaction between alkoxide radical ion and Ru(bpy)3+3below the potential +1.80 V (vs Ag/AgCl). The luminescence intensity obviously increased because of the more complex reaction process. The luminescence wavelength of 608 nm, which could be found either at higher potential than +1.80 V or in the potential range from +1.30 to +1.80 V, confirmed that ECL was caused by Ru(bpy)2+3*. The factors which affect the determination and HPLC separation of the four acids were also investigated.  相似文献

Three new enmein‐type ent‐kaurenoids, i.e., the two pairs 1 and 2 of 20‐epimers and the (20R)‐isomer 3 , besides the seven known diterpenoids 4 – 10 , were isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon serra. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques and X‐ray diffraction. The immunosuppressive effect for T‐lymphocytes proliferation induced by Con A in BALB/c mouse was evaluated for the isolates 1 – 10 . They all displayed a remarkable inhibitory effect, with multi‐glycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii as positive reference substance (Table 3).  相似文献
