Two New Ionone Derivatives from Rhododendron przewalskii Maxim

Two new ionone derivatives,named rhododendrone and rhododendronside,were isolated from the alcohoilc extract of the aerial parts of Rhododendron przwalskii Maxim.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.     

The Generalized West Decomposition of Operators and Other Compact Perturbation Problems

This paper introduces the concept of the generalized Riesz operators and the concept of the generalized West decomposition of a general operator which generalizes the definition of the West decomposition of Riesz operators, and proves that the following three statements are equivalent on a general Banach space： （a） Every generalized Riesz operator has the generalized West decomposition; （b） Every operator makes strong Stampfli theorem true; Every operator has Apostol＇s compact correction.     

Ising自旋体系的非平衡动态相变

在平均场理论架构下, 以含时金兹堡-朗道和Glauber动力学这两类动态模型为基础，研究 了受外场和温度共同驱动的Ising自旋体系的非平衡动态相变.确定了界定动态无序(动态顺 磁相P)和动态有序(动态铁磁相F)转变的动态相界.并根据动态序参量Q和Binder参数U随系统 温度t(r₀)、驱动外场频率ω和振幅h₀的变化规律，就上述两类模 型的动态相界上是否存在区分连续动态转变和非连续动态转变的三临界点这一引发争议的问 题做出了进一步分析说明. 关键词： Ising自旋体系 非平衡动态相变 含时金兹堡-朗道模型 Glauber 动力学模型     

等离子体横向刻蚀硅的特性研究

研究了用SiO2 +Al作掩模 ,SF6 +O2 混合气体等离子体对Si的横向刻蚀 ,其结果表明 ,在SF6 +O2 等离子体气氛中 ,Al是很好的保护膜 ,可以在待悬浮器件下形成大的开孔。因此 ,预计用这种技术 ,可以在Si片上集成横向尺寸为数百微米 ,具有优良高频性能的MEMSRF/MW无源器件 ,如开关、传输线、电感和电容等。     

橙皮素A的NMR研究

橙皮素A是从中药北沙参(Glehnia littoralis Fr. Schmidt ex Miquel)的正丁醇萃 取物中分离得到的一种8-O-4′-型异木脂素苷类化合物. 通过化学方法和波谱分析鉴 定了该 化合物的结构. 采用2D NMR技术对其NMR信号进行了全归属. DMSO-d₆代替CD₃OD作为溶剂，并利用重水交换，能准确读出偶合常数J_7,8值.      

Frequency domain transmission properties of multi-VIAS

TheS parameters of multi-vias in Multi-Chip Module(MCM) package are extracted by the Finite Difference Time Domain(FDTD) method combined with the Fourier transform and theory of network. The results demonstrate that excellent transmission properties are available at least below10GHz in Ceramic MCM(MCM-C) package and30GHz in Deposited MCM(MCM-D) package, and the transmission properties are not sensitive to the given distance between two proximate vias.     

Surface modifications of ITO electrodes for polymer light-emitting devices

Surface modifications were performed on the indium tin oxide (ITO) substrates for polymer light-emitting devices, using the different treatment methods including solvent cleaning, hydrochloric acid treatment and oxygen plasma. The influence of modifications on the surface properties of ITO electrodes were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), contact angle, and four-point probe. The surface energies of the ITO substrates were also calculated from the measured contact angles. Experimental results demonstrate that the surface properties of the ITO substrates strongly depend on the modification methods, and oxygen plasma more effectively improves the ITO surface properties compared with the other treatments. Furthermore, the polymer light-emitting electrochemical cells (LECs) with the differently treated ITO substrates as device electrodes were fabricated and characterized. It is observed that the surface modifications on ITO electrodes have a certain degree of influence upon the injection current, luminance and efficiency, but hardly upon the turn-on voltages of current injection and light emission which are close to the measured energy gap of electroluminescent polymer. Oxygen plasma treatment on the ITO electrode yields the better performance of the LECs, due to the improvement of interface formation and electrical contact of the ITO electrode with the polymer blend in the LECs.     

Characteristics of soft magnetic composite material under rotating magnetic fluxes

This paper reports the measurement of magnetic properties of the soft magnetic composite material SOMALOY^TM 500 in a square sample under different patterns of flux density with 2D magnetic excitations. The test system, principle of measurement, magnetic power loss calculation, and methods of correction for misalignment of H surface sensing coils are presented. The experimental results show that although nominally isotropic, the SOMALOY^TM 500 sample exhibits some anisotropy. The results are useful in the design and performance analysis of rotating electrical machines.     

计算抛物面天线支杆对方向图影响的简化方法

本文基于物理光学球面波展开法，提出一种计算抛物面天线支杆对其方向图影响的简化方法，文中导出了计入支杆散射的天线辐射方向图的解析表达式，并给出了支杆对其方向图旁瓣电平影响的计算实例，数值结果表明，本文所提出的新方法不仅计算结果精度高，而且所需计算机容量小，运算速度快，可应用于天线工程设计。
