本文报道了As(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅲ)两种离子对鲁米诺-MnO_4~-化学发光反应的协同抑制作用,据此拟定了测定微量As(Ⅲ)的化学发光新方法。该法灵敏度较高,检测限为6.8×10~(-9)g/ml As(Ⅲ),选择性也较好,同时线性范围宽(7.0×10~(-9)~3.0×10~(-6)g/ml),测定手续简便。应用本法测定工业废水中的As(Ⅲ),结果满意。 相似文献

以巯基丙酸(MPA)为稳定剂, 利用共沉淀法制备了水溶性的Ag掺杂的ZnxCd1-xS合金型纳米晶. Ag掺杂后ZnxCd1-xS纳米晶产生新的发射峰, 并且发光效率得到了有效提高. 通过改变纳米粒子中Zn/Cd比例可有效地调控ZnxCd1-xS∶Ag纳米晶的吸收带隙宽度, 同时可以在425~603 nm之间实现对ZnxCd1-xS∶Ag纳米晶发射峰位的连续调控. 相似文献

Semiconductor quantum dots (QD) are nanometer-sized crystals with unique photochemical and photophysical properties that are not available from either isolated molecules or bulk solids. In comparison with organic dyes and fluorescent proteins, QD are emerging as a new class of fluorescent labels with improved brightness, resistance against photobleaching and multicolor fluorescence emission. These properties could improve the sensitivity of biological detection and imaging by at least 10- to 100-fold. Further development in high-quality near-infrared-emitting QD should allow ultrasensitive and multicolor imaging of molecular targets in deep tissue and living animals. Here, we discuss recent developments in QD synthesis and bioconjugation, applications in molecular and cellular imaging as well as promising directions for future research. 相似文献

Reported is a novel and simple method for the preparation of polymer spheres bearing hemispherical surface bumps where one type of polymer chains concentrates. The method is used to produce spheres with a diameter between approximately 30 and approximately 500 nm. All-optical responsive nanomaterials, which can rapidly switch between two stable states, have been regarded as the next-generation memories due to their potential to realize binary information storage and implement on-chip, integrated photonic neuromorphic systems. Rare earth oxides are preeminent candidates owing to their extraordinary luminescent stability and narrow optical transitions. However, due to the lack of simple and effective optical switches, it is difficult to realize all-optical data storage, encoding, and retrieval by pure rare earth-doped luminescent nanoparticles. Here, a rapid and high-contrast of 104 luminescent switching of Y2O3:Eu3+ nanoparticle between the enhancement and quenching states is achieved by employing the strong light confinement and ultrafast thermal response of localized surface plasmon resonance. A self-encrypted all-optical memory is presented with optical information writing, encryption, reading, and re-writing, and a high-sensitivity synaptic response of emitters to frequency and light intensity flux, which can be harnessed to encrypt information flows and promote convenient and high-security information encryption. Such a convenient and secure plasmonic thermally assisted self-encrypting luminescent switch paves the way for constructing high-performance stimuli-responsive rare earth oxide crystals on demand and expanding their applications in various data encryption, anti-counterfeiting, and rewritable colouration devices. 相似文献

A new reaction-controlled phase-transfer catalyst system was designed and synthesized.In this system, heteropolytungstate [C7H7N(CH3)3]9PW9O34 was used for catalytic epoxidation of cyclohexene with H2O2 as the oxidant. The conversion of H2O2 was 100% and the yield of cyclohexene oxide was 87.1% based on cyclohexene. Infrared spectra showed that both fresh catalyst and the recovered catalyst do have completely same absorption peak, indicating the structure of catalyst is very stability and can be recycled. 相似文献
