Applications and Technologies of All-Solid State Blue Laser

1 Introduction Along with the matureness of laser diode (LD) manufacturing technology, the performance of LD has been improved greatly since 1980s, so various kinds of laser devices based on LD have been developed rapidly, especially the all-solid state lasers. After early experiments and researches, the all-solid state lasers have been commercialized successfully.

将共同进化遗传算法应用于临床营养决策优化中,虽然取得了一定成果,但算法中仍存在早熟现象、局部搜索能量弱等问题,为此提出一种改进的共同进化模型。算法使用新的子群体划分方法和交叉算子,引入精英保留策略、信息交换原则和小生境技术。通过对糖尿病营养治疗的仿真表明,改进后的算法在保证群体多样性和避免早熟现象的前提下,提高了算法的局部和全局寻优能力,且膳食配方中营养素达标率符合要求,满足专家建议的糖尿病饮食需求。     

Synthesis and optoelectronic properties of silole‐containing polyfluorenes with binary structures

2,5‐Bis(2‐bromofluorene‐7‐yl)silole was prepared by a modified one‐pot synthesis with a reverse addition procedure, from which novel silole‐containing polyfluorenes with binary random and alternating structures (silole contents between 4.5 and 25% and high M_w up to 509 kDa were successfully synthesized. The well‐defined repeating unit of the alternating copolymer comprises a terfluorene and a silole ring. Optoelectronic properties including UV absorption, electrochemistry, photoluminescence (PL), and electroluminescence (EL) of the copolymers were examined. The different excitation energy transfers from fluorene to silole of the copolymers in solution and in the solid state were compared. The films of the copolymers showed silole‐dominant green emissions with high absolute PL quantum yields up to 83%. EL devices of the copolymers with a configuration of ITO/PEDOT/copolymer/Ba/Al displayed exclusive silole emissions peaked at around 543 nm and the highest EL efficiency was achieved with the alternating copolymer. Using the alternating copolymer and poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorene) as the blend‐type emissive layer, a maximum external quantum efficiency of 1.99% (four times to that of the neat film) was realized, which was a high efficiency so far reported for silole‐containing polymers. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 自适应相位制中波同步广播及现场试验

在本试验中，采用智能同步广播激励器和ＣＣＴＶ传输的１ＭＨｚ标频，实现了中波同步广播同频保护率趋于０ｄＢ．并提出了自适应相位跟踪同步的概念。     

Enhancement of oxide break-up by implantation of fluorine inpoly-Si emitter contacted p+-n shallow junctionformation

In this study, it is demonstrated that the incorporation of fluorine can enhance poly-Si/Si interfacial oxide break-up in the poly-Si emitter contacted p⁺-n shallow junction formation. The annealing temperature for breaking up the poly-Si/Si interfacial oxide has been found to be as low as 900°C. As a result, the junction depth of the BF₂-implanted device is much larger than that of the boron-implanted device     

Pd-Ge contact to n-GaAs with the TiW diffusion barrier

Pd-Ge based ohmic contact to n-GaAs with a TiW diffusion barrier was investigated. Electrical analysis as well as Auger electron spectroscopy and the scanning electron microscopy were used to study the contact after it was subjected to different furnace and rapid thermal annealing and different aging steps. All analyses show that TiW can act as a good barrier metal for the Au/Ge/Pd/n-GaAs contact system. A value of 1.45 × 10⁻⁶ Ω-cm² for the specific contact resistance was obtained for the Au/TiW/Ge/Pd/n-GaAs contact after it was rapid thermally annealed at 425°C for 90 s. It can withstand a thermal aging at 350°C for 40 h with its ρ_c increasing to 2.94 × 10⁻⁶Ω-cm² and for an aging at 410°C for 40 h with its ρ_c increasing to 1.38 × 10⁻⁵ Ω-cm².     

Comment on "Outage Probability Analysis of a MIMO Relay Channel with Orthogonal Space-Time Block Codes"

We point out that a simpler expression could be derived for the outage probability considered by Chalise and Vandendorpe (2008). As a result, the computation of confluent hypergeometric function of two variables is not needed and the required computational effort is significantly reduced.     

Apparatus for High-Resolution Solid Hydrogen Matrix Isolation Spectroscopy and Its Application

Apparatus integrating a Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer and a mid-infrared difference frequency generation (DFG) laser spectrometer was built for the study of the matrix isolation spectrum in solid molecular hydrogen. A 3-cm-long molecular hydrogen crystal was grown in a liquid-helium Dewar, and its infrared absorption spectrum in the 1-5 μm region was recorded to test the system. The W₀(0) (ν=0←0, J=6←0) line around 2410 cm⁻¹ of solid hydrogen was investigated with the DFG laser spectroscopy. High-resolution matrix isolation spectrum of CO² co-deposited with hydrogen on a BaF₂ cold plate at liquid-helium temperature was studied.
