Optical properties of pure and RE doped KMgF3 crystals were studied. Thermoluminescence curves are independent of the introduced impurity for all dopant besides europium. Emission, radiation damage and TL are found to be significantly dependent on the types of Eu-dopant added to the melt: europium fluoride or oxide. An intensive high temperature TL peak at 390°C in KMgF3(Eu2O3) may be used as a dosimetric one not only for ionizing but also for UV radiation. 相似文献

A metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor structure has been developed for use in field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) as a voltage-programmable link (VPL). The structure relies on a combination of a refractory metal and aluminum as the lower electrode, and either a similar combination or aluminum alone as the top electrode. The insulator is prepared by means of plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). It comprises a sandwich of nearly stoichiometric silicon dioxide interposed between two like layers of silicon-rich silicon nitride. Conclusion The proposed model of formation of the reinforcing framework in the manufacture of an axisymmetric shell by the CPW method makes it possible to numerically determine the thicknesses and rates of filling the layers, reinforcement angles as a function of the main parameters of the technological process, geometry of the mandrel, and characteristics of the reinforcing filament. Formulas for shifts of gyrotron autooscillation frequency due to change of electron beam parameters are presented. The frequency shifts can be commensurable with the frequency band of the beam-unloaded cavity. The autooscillation frequency is most sensitive to the change of the magnetic field, less to the change of the anode voltage and least to the the change of the beam voltage. The first VLSI digital signal processor that performs both high-precision image backprojection and spatial histogram calculations at raster-scan rates as high as 30 MHz is described. Realized in 1 μm CMOS technology, this 13.3 mm×13.3 mm chip is designed to handle images as large as 1024×1024 12 b pixels. Loadable coefficients and a unified architecture allow this IC to be used with a variety of computed-tomography scanners for image reconstructions, including fan- and parallel-beam reconstruction. This chip also computes the forward Radon transform, which is a spatial histogram, permitting it to be used for iterative reconstruction algorithms.
