用红外光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)和热分析研究了饱和过渡金属锌的粘土矿物吸附半胱氨酸的机理;XRD结果显示吸附了半胱氨酸后的粘土矿物的d(001)方向的距离明显增大,说明被吸附的半胱氨酸进入了粘土的层状结构之中;饱和了锌的粘土矿物吸附半胱氨酸有两种方式,其一为弱相互作用,另一种强相互作用;后一种方式吸附的半胱氨酸与粘土的过渡金属之间形成了配合结构,结合力比较强,在热作用下,它们一直到395℃左右才分解;强相互作用吸附的半胱氨酸主要是以去质子的两性离子和阴离子形式存在于粘土矿物上,与过渡金属形成螯合的六元环结构。  相似文献

Calculation methods based on hybrid Density Functional Theory (DFT) with the basis sets of the B3LYP/6‐31+G(d)//B3LYP/4‐31G(d) method and the differential overlap (INDO) program were used to derive reasonable decomposition mechanisms of 1,4,5,8‐tetranitro‐1,4,5,8‐tetraazadecalin (TNAD) and 1,3,3‐trinitroazetidine (TNAZ) explosives. All possible decomposition species and transition states, including intermediates and products, were identified and their corresponding enthalpy of formation and Gibbs free energy of formation were obtained using polyparametric modification equations. INDO bond energy calculation results reveal the weakest bonding site for reference and determine where cleavage can occur easily. This work is concerned mainly with eliminating HONO (cis or trans form). The activation energy for trans‐form HONO elimination is lower than that of cis‐form HONO elimination in the initial steps of both TNAD and TNAZ decomposition, being 18.5 kJ/mol and 33.3 kJ/mol, respectively. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The cerium‐containing MCM‐41 (Ce‐MCM‐41) has been synthesized by direct hydrothermal method. The low‐angle XRD patterns revealed the typical five major peaks of MCM‐41 type hexagonal structures. The interplanar spacing d100 = 38.4 Å was obtained that can be indexed on a hexagonal unit cell parameter with ao = 44.3 Å which was larger than that of pure siliceous MCM‐41 (Si‐MCM‐41). Transmission electron micrograph shows the regular hexagonal array of uniform channel characteristics of MCM‐41. The BET surface area of Ce‐MCM‐41 was 840 m2/g, which is much reduced as compared to that of Si‐MCM‐41, with the pore size of 26.9 Å and mesopore volume of 0.78 cm3/g were measured by nitrogen adsorption‐desorption isotherm at 77 K. Along with the results, the synthesized Ce‐MCM‐41 exhibited a well‐ordered MCM‐41‐type mesoporous structure with the incorporation of cerium. Using Ce‐MCM‐41 as a support, the Rh (0.5 wt%) catalyst exhibited very high activity for the NO/CO reactions.  相似文献

Luminescent surface-modified CdSe semiconductor quantum dots (QDs), with nanoparticle (NP) size distribution in the order of 2-7 nm, have been synthesized for optical determination of cyanide ions. The nanoparticles have been functionalised with tert-butyl-N-(2-mercaptoethyl)-carbamate (BMC) groups and exhibit a strong fluorescent emission at about 580 nm with rather long fluorescence lifetimes (several hundred nanoseconds) in aerated methanolic solution. The observed luminescence emitted by the synthesized nanocrystals was tremendously increased by photo-activation under sunlight exposure. The functionalised QDs turned out to exhibit excellent long-term stability when stored in the dark (no significant changes in QDs luminescence emission intensity was observed even after two months from synthesis). The functionalisation of the NPs with carbamate ligand allowed a highly sensitive determination of free cyanide via analyte-induced changes in the photoluminescence (fluorescence quenching of intensity at 580 nm and lifetime changes) of the modified quantum dots (excited at 400 nm). A detection limit of 1.1 × 10−7 M (2.9 μg l−1) of cyanide ions was obtained, while the interfering effect of other inorganic anions (including NO3, Cl or SCN) was negligible even at 200-fold level concentrations in excess of cyanide.  相似文献

Three new phenyl glycosides, scrophenoside A ( 1 ), B ( 2 ), and C ( 3 ), and two new phenylethyl glycosides, scroside D ( 4 ) and scroside E ( 5 ), were isolated from the stem of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell (Scrophularlaceae), besides five known compounds. On the basis of spectroscopic evidence, the structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 4‐acetyl‐2‐methoxyphenyl 6‐O‐[4‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)vanilloyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ), 4‐acetylphenyl 6‐O‐[(E)‐p‐coumaroyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ), 4‐[(1R)‐ and (1S)‐1‐hydroxyethyl]‐2‐methoxyphenyl β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 3a and 3b , resp.), 2‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐4‐O‐[(E)‐feruloyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 4 ), and 2‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)‐6‐O‐[(E)‐feruloyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 5 ).  相似文献

Five new polycyclic Daphniphyllum alkaloids, macropodumines F ( 1 ) and G ( 2 ), 17‐oxoyuzurimine ( 3 ), and macropodumines H ( 4 ) and I ( 5 ), were isolated from the leaves of D. macropodum Miq ., collected in Sichuan Province, China. The structures and relative configurations of the new compounds – as well as of four known, related alkaloids – were elucidated on the basis of in‐depth spectroscopic and mass‐spectrometric analyses, by chemical derivatization, and by comparison of spectroscopic data with those of known compounds.  相似文献

Pt‐nanoparticles were synthesized and introduced into a carbon paste electrode (CPE), and the resulting modified electrode was applied to the anodic stripping voltammetry of copper(II) ions. The synthesized Pt‐nanoparticles were characterized by cyclic voltammetry, scanning electron microscopy and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques to confirm the purity and the size of the prepared Pt‐nanoparticles (ca. 20 nm). This incorporated material seems to act as catalysts with preconcentration sites for copper(II) species that enhances the sensitivity of Cu(II) ions to Cu(I) species at a deposition potential of ?0.6 V in an aqueous solution. The experimental conditions, such as, the electrode composition, pH of the solution, pre‐concentration time, were optimized for the determination of Cu(II) ion using as‐prepared electrode. The sensitivity changes on the different binder materials and the presence of surfactants in the test solution. The interference effect of the coexisted metals were also investigated. In the presence of surfactants, especially TritonX‐100, the Cu(II) detection limit was lowered to 3.9×10?9 M. However, the Pt‐nanoparticle modified CPE begins to degrade when the period of deposition exceeds to 10 min. Linear response for copper(II) was found in the concentration range between 3.9×10?8 M and 1.6×10?6 M, with an estimated detection limit of 1.6×10?8 M (1.0 ppb) and relative standard deviation was 4.2% (n=5).  相似文献
