Poly[[diaqua(N,N‐dimethylformamide‐κO)manganese(II)]‐μ3‐sulfato]

In the title complex, [Mn(SO₄)(C₃H₇NO)(H₂O)₂]_n, each Mn^II ion has a distorted octahedral geometry formed by three O atoms of three different sulfate groups, one O atom of a dimethylformamide ligand and two water molecules. The sulfate groups act as tridentate bridging ligands connecting the Mn^II ions into a two‐dimensional layer structure which can be regraded as a 4.8² network.

Complete structure determination of the astrophysically important nucleus Na below the proton threshold

The fusion–evaporation reaction ¹⁰B(¹²C, 2n) was used to make the first observation of in-beam γ decays from the astrophysically important nucleus ²⁰Na, lying adjacent to the proton drip-line. All states below the proton threshold in ²⁰Na were populated and identified in the experiment. These include new levels, previously unresolved levels, and states located with improved energy precision. The level structure of ²⁰Na, and its γ transitions, are compared to the mirror partner ²⁰F measured simultaneously in this experiment. In particular, a high degree of energy stability is found for all negative parity states. These results are discussed in the context of the nuclear shell model.     

采用级联原子滤光器的新型卫星激光链路系统研究

提出级联佛克脱型原子滤光器(Linked VADOF)的新构想。从理论上分析并计算了级联佛克脱型原子滤光器的透射谱。结果表明，级联佛克脱型原子滤光器将佛克脱型原子滤光器的多峰改造为单峰结构，具有比佛克脱型原子滤光器更窄的线宽和更高的噪声抑制比。将这种新型结构应用于激光信标锁频。该锁频方案提高了信标光频率的稳定性。在此基础上，给出了发射端采用级联佛克脱型原子滤光器锁频，接收端采用法拉第型原子滤光器(FADOF)滤光的新型卫星激光链路系统。外场初步联调实验表明了该系统的可行性。     

A low-power baseband receiver IC for frequency-hopped spreadspectrum communications

A baseband receiver IC which will be incorporated into a low-power frequency-hopped spread spectrum (FH/SS) transceiver for 902-928 MHz ISM band applications is presented. The chip performs noncoherent binary/quaternary frequency shift keying (FSK) demodulation, equal-gain diversity combining of dual antenna branches, and symbol and frequency synchronization. The chip also accommodates variable data rates from 2 to 160 kb/s, programmable hop rates, and tunable bandwidth Loop filters. The core area of the 1-μm CMOS chip is 3.9 mm×3.9 mm with a power consumption of 4.5 mW at 10 MHz from a 3-V supply. A baseband transceiver system utilizing this receiver chip for the prototype handset to demonstrate a point-to-point communication link is also described. Two XILINX FPGA chips were used to implement the remainder of the baseband transceiver functions, including frequency control logic for FSK modulation, acquisition control, data framing, symbol interleaving and deinterleaving, and interface control for data and voice     

鸟嘌呤和次黄嘌呤的铜络合物的吸附作用和伏安特性研究

本文研究了鸟瞟呤(Gua)和次黄嘌呤(Hxa)铜络合物在悬汞电极(HMDE)上的吸附作用和电极反应机理,溶液中形成的1:1络合物有强烈吸附性,通过分子结构的比较,推断出Cu~(2+)与Gua和Hxa的咪唑环N(7)和外环氧O(6)原子结合形成封闭的五元环。嘌呤环的π-电子有使分子呈平面吸附的趋势,但是Gua络合物分子优先取“倾斜”定向;随着表面吸附浓度增加,Hxa络合物分子存在从“平面”向“垂直”的再定向作用。本文测定了单层吸附浓度、包含的电量和每个分子占据的面积。络合物吸附得到S形等温线,它与Frumkin吸附等温线接近。本文还列出有关吸附参数B、a、△G_A~O和θ~*的计算结果。

添加尖晶石对氧化锌压敏电阻性能的影响

通过添加尖晶石（Ｚｎ７Ｓｂ２Ｏ（１２））改性研制出电位梯度为１００Ｖ／ｍｍ左右，压敏电压在８２～１５０Ｖ，通流容量可达１６００Ａ／ｃｍ２，漏电流＜２μＡ系列压敏电阻器，从而满足了国内电话交换机行业对８２Ｖ、１００Ｖ、１２０Ｖ、１５０Ｖ压敏电阻器的电性能要求。从工艺的角度解释了尖晶石对氧化锌瓷晶粒的作用原理，并分析了尖晶石的微观结构及粒度对瓷片电性能的影响。     

一种8毫米波变张角,半径突变多模圆锥馈源

我们研制了一种8毫米波变张角、半径突变的多模圆锥馈源。计算出其模比并推导出其辐射方向图公式;给出其在两个主平面——E平面与H平面上的辐射方向图和波束场分布特性的测试结果以及电压驻波比VSWR的测量结果;同时给出频带和旁瓣特性。分析与测试共同表明,在34.5GHz～37GHz频带里,该多模馈源的辐射图在大于24dB范围内获得幅度等化且不出现旁瓣,因此具有一定的应用价值。
