The segregation of P at grain boundaries is believed to be an important cause of temper embrittlement in steels. As an alloy element, Mo may reduce the embrittlement. However, the concentration measured by Auger electron spectroscopy at the grain boundary in 2.25Cr1MoV and 12Cr1MoV showed that the concentration of P increased with that of Mo, which indicates that Mo and P cosegregated to the grain boundary in Cr-Mo steels. 相似文献

The existence of solutions of a class of two-point boundary value problems for higher order differential equations is studied. Sufficient conditions for the existence of at least one solution are established. It is of interest that the nonlinearityf in the equation depends on all lower derivatives, and the growth conditions imposed onf are allowed to be super-linear (the degrees of phases variables are allowed to be greater than 1 if it is a polynomial). The results are different from known ones since we don’t apply the Green’s functions of the corresponding problem and the method to obtain a priori bound of solutions are different enough from known ones. Least-squares finite difference (LSFD) method, one of mesh-free methods, is used to solve slider air bearings problem through discritizing the generalized Reynolds equation into nonlinear systems of algebraic equations. Two approximation schemes for the linearization of these equations are presented and compared. And, some new techniques to search supporting points for the reference node in the mesh-free method were proposed and explored. Therefore, these improvements eliminate some potential limitation of the LSFD method previously published and further facilitate its employment in complex slider models. We report the effects of post-thermal treatment on the quality of 2-inch 6H-SiC wafer cut from a crystal boule grown by physical vapour transportation method. The full widths at half maximum of x-ray diffraction rocking curves measured on sites across the 2-inch wafer become narrower, indicating the quality improvement after a three-step post-thermal treatment. It is found that the most common defects such as micropipes and inclusions can be significantly reduced after the treatment. Our results show that the post-thermal treatment is an effective route to improve the quality of SiC single crystals. 相似文献

Unified analytical expressions have been derived for calculating the resonant frequencies, transimpedance and equivalent input noise current densities of the four most widely used tuned optical receiver front ends built with FETs and p-i-n diodes. A more accurate FET model has been used to improve the accuracy of the analysis. The Miller capacitance has been taken into account, and its impact on the performances of the tuned front ends has been demonstrated. The accuracy of the expressions has been verified by Touchstone simulations. The agreement between the calculated and simulated performances of the front ends is very good. The expressions can be used to investigate the performances of different tuned front ends in a very simple way and provide a good starting point for further computer optimizations of the front ends 相似文献

An adaptive optical sequence generation scheme has been described in a nonlinear optical ring which exhibits chaotic dynamics. The adaptation is based on avoidance of collisions between the ring output and signals from another source. It is shown that collision-avoiding sequences can be autonomously selected via chaotic mode transitions induced by the feedback of collision signals. Experimental results demonstrate that the method can be successful for various collision signal patterns with different periods and pulsewidths. The mechanism of inducing chaos with collision signals is examined both experimentally and with numerical simulations and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed adaptation method. 高亮度、长寿命的热场致发射(Thermal field emitter)阴极自七十年代中期已受到人们的关注和重视,历经十多年在理论分析、工艺制备和实验研究上做了大量工作之后,于1988年在电子束曝光机上的应用中取得了突破性进展。用晶向为(100)的钨和具有低逸出功的锆制成的(Zr/O/W)热场致发射阴极在四千小时的使用寿命下亮度值超过六硼化镧阴极一个数量级以上,最近的实验结果表明:在工件台上小束斑下能得到接近两千安培每平方厘米的束流密度,而且四十小时内束流稳定度接近千分之一。显然,这几个表征曝光系统综合技术性能的重要指标,说明多年困扰于各种电子束曝光系统(特别是高斯圆斑电子束系统)在高分辨率情况下生产率较低的技术难题已经得到了比较圆满的解决。 八十年代末期,当热场致发射电子源曝光系统的技术关键解决后,这项技术就成为技术发达国家,特别是美国和日本,在电子束曝光领域进行技术竞争的热点;九一年五月底在美国召开的国际三束会议上有关场致发射阴极和MEBES—4型机已经采用TFE的最新报道充分证实了这项技术在电子束曝光技术应用中的重要地位和发展潜力。 相似文献
