Abstract  

A new 4d–4f coordination polymer, [AgGd(pyzc)2(ox)·H2O)] (1) [pyzc = Pyrazine-2-carboxylate, ox = oxalate] has been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and power X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that it crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2 1 /c with a = 10.0746(1) ?, b = 18.642(1) ?, c = 8.0525(2) ?, β = 112.470(1)°, Mr = 617.34, Z = 4, V = 1505.6(2) ?3, μ = 5.732, F(000) = 1164. The Gd(III) ion is nine-coordinated by two O-donors and two N-donors of two different chelating pyzc ligands, four O-donors of two different chelating oxalate ligands, and one O-donor of another carboxylate group of one pyzc ligand. The compound represents a 3D microporous polymeric network constructed by gadolinium–oxalate chains and Ag-pyzc subunits.  相似文献

A constitutive model for thermoplastic polymeric materials and its finite element implementation are presented. The model was verified by both tensile and indentation experimental results. In addition, a five-step indentation scheme, which is able to separate time-dependent plastic deformation from elastic and visco-elastic–plastic deformations, was formulated to extract the complete list of parameters in the constitutive model. Four types of indentation tests on polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), following the five-step and other schemes, were performed. Experimental data were used to extract all the parameters in the model and verify the five-step test scheme. Good agreement between the experimental results and model prediction indicate that the five-step indentation scheme is a practical approach to determine the mechanical properties of thermoplastic polymers.  相似文献

The polyphenolic compound 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-beta-D-glucoside (THSG) has been shown to possess anti-inflammatory effects. Here, we examined the effects of THSG on experimental mice with colitis induced by acetic acid and whether the underlying mechanisms were associated with the PPAR-γ and NF-κB pathways. Mice were randomized into six equal groups: normal, colitis model, THSG (10, 30, 60 mg·kg(-1)) and mesalazine. The mice were administered 10, 30, 60 mg·kg(-1) THSG or 100 mg·kg-1 mesalazine or saline once daily by intragastric administration for 7 days after induction of colitis by acetic acid irrigation. THSG dramatically attenuated acetic acid-induced colon lesions, including reversing the body weight loss and improving histopathological changes. THSG apparently decreased the increase of malondialdehyde (MDA) which is a marker of lipid peroxidation. THSG appears to exert its beneficial effects on acetic acid-induced experimental colitis through upregulation of PPAR-γ mRNA and protein levels and inhibition of the NF-κB pathway, which in turn decreases the protein overexpression of the downstream inflammatory mediators TNF-α, IL-6 and COX-2. The effect of THSG 60 mg·kg(-1) on PPAR-γ mRNA expression was higher than that of mesalazine. THSG may thus be a promising new candidate or lead compound for the treatment of IBD.  相似文献

Accurate quantitative analysis of trace analytes in a complicated matrix is a challenge in modern analytical chemistry. An appropriate analytical method is considered to be one of the most common gaps during the whole process. In this study, a green and efficient strategy based on miniaturized matrix solid-phase dispersion and solid-phase extraction combined with capillary electrophoresis was first proposed for extracting, purifying and determining target analytes from complicated matrix, using Wubi Shanyao Pill as an example. In detail, 60 mg of samples were dispersed on MCM-48 to obtain high yields of analytes, then the extract was purified with a solid-phase extraction cartridge. Finally, four analytes in the purified sample solution were determined by capillary electrophoresis. The parameters affecting the extraction efficiency of matrix solid-phase dispersion, purification efficiency of solid-phase extraction and separation effect of capillary electrophoresis were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, all analytes demonstrated satisfactory linearity (R2>0.9983). What's more, the superior green potential of the developed method for the determination of complex samples was confirmed by the Analytical GREEnness Metric Approach. The established method was successfully applied in the accurate determination of target analytes in Wubi Shanyao Pill and thus provided reliable, sensitive, and efficient strategy support for its quality control.  相似文献

The study of meniscus effects on the directional growth of single crystals of potassium niobate (KNbO3) with a [110]pc oriented seed by the top-seeded-solution-growth technique has been described. The directional growth of KNbO3 single crystals has been illustrated for different crystallographic orientations of the crystal. Experimental results show that the shape of the solution flux meniscus, which is determined by a number of growth parameters, has a significant effect on growth rates on different 100pc, 010pc and 001pc type surfaces. Findings based on this work enable one to select a dominant growth direction and hence to engineer the geometrical shaping of resultant KNbO3 single crystals through careful control of growth parameters. Maximum crystal dimensions for the grown KNbO3 along [100]pc and [001]pc achieved in this work are 34.0 and 31.2 mm, respectively.  相似文献
