Selective bonding of pyrazine to silicon(100)-2x1 surfaces: the role of nitrogen atoms

The covalent binding of pyrazine on Si(100) have been investigated using high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (HREELS) and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Experimental results clearly suggest that the attachment occurs exclusively through the bonding of the two para-nitrogen atoms with the surface without the involvement of the carbon atoms, as evidenced from the retention of the (sp2) C-H stretching mode in HREELS and a significant down shift of 1.6 eV in the binding energy of N 1s. The binding mechanism for pyrazine on Si(100) demonstrates that reaction channels for heteroatomic aromatic molecules are strongly dependent on the electronic properties of the constituent atoms.     

A study on postsplenectomy changes of serum tuftsin level using a radioimmunoassay protocol

In this article, postsplenectomy changes of serum tuftsin level were studied on both human subjects and rabbits by using a self-established radioimmunoassay protocol. Antituftsin antibodies were raised in rabbits and roosters.¹²⁵I-tuftsin was prepared through an Iodogen method. The characteristics of the RIA were satisfactory with a detecting range of 0.5–100 ug/ml and the lowest detection limit of 400ng/ml. Serum tuftsin levels of splenectomized subjects were measured and compared with control groups. The serum tuftsin level from 30 postsplenectomy human beings was 406±179 ng/ml ( ± s) while that from a control group of 40 healthy blood donors was 557±256 ng/ml; the serum tuftsin level of 10 postsplenectomy rabbits was found to be 206±75 ng/ml while that of a control group of 10 normal rabbits was 318±96 ng/ml. The results showed that serum tuftsin level decreased markedly after splenectomy.     

Formal [4+2]-annulation of chiral crotylsilanes: synthesis of the C19-C28 fragment of phorboxazoles

A stereoselective synthesis of the C19-C28 fragment of phoborxazole A and B is described. The key step is an enantioselective [4 + 2]-annulation of a crotylsilane 10 with a propargylic aldehyde 11 affording a functionalized dihydropyran 12. A solvent-dependent stereoselective epoxidation of dihydropyrans is also documented.     

表面活性剂对铽—钛铁试剂体系纸上荧光的增敏作用及其应用

本文研究了9种表面活性剂对钛铁试剂体系纸上荧光法中Tb~(3+)特征荧光的增敏作用,并探讨了钛铁试剂-溴化十六烷基三甲胺体系纸上荧光法测定Tb~(3+)的最佳条件,Tb~(3+)的检测限为0.7ng。应用本方法成功地测定了中稀土分离富集物中Tb_4O_7的含量。     

铝（Ⅲ）—桑色素—含氧有机溶剂荧光体系的研究

本文系统研究了醇、酮等7种含氧有机溶剂对铝-桑色素络合物荧光反应的溶剂化效应。研究发现,上述有机溶剂对荧光体系均有增敏作用,以乙醇的效果最佳,使络合物的荧光强度增加6倍多。据此,本文建立了测定微量铝的高灵敏度荧光分析方法,线性范围为0～1.0μg/10ml,检测限为1.6×10~(-9)g/ml。用所建立的方法对化学试剂中的微量杂质铝进行了测定,结果令人满意。并对有机溶剂化效应的机理作了探讨。     

Norditerpenoid Alkaloids from the Roots of Aconitum hemsleyanum Pritz.var.Pengzhouense

In continuation of our studies on Aconitum hemsleyanum Pritz.var. pengzhouense, two new norditerpenoid alkaloids, pengshenines A(1) and B(2),have isolated from the roots of the plants and their strucures were elucidated by 1D-and 2D-NMR.     

Electroosmotic flow in a capillary annulus with high zeta potentials

The electroosmotic flow through an annulus is analyzed under the situation when the two cylindrical walls carry high zeta potentials. The analytical solutions for the electric potential profile and the electroosmotic flow field in the annulus are obtained by solving the Poisson-Boltzmann equation and the Stokes equation under an analytical scheme for the hyperbolic sine function. A mathematical expression for the average electroosmotic velocity is derived in a fashion similar to the Smoluchowski equation. Hence, a correction formula is introduced to modify the Smoluchowski equation, taking into account contributions due to the finite thickness of the electric double layer (EDL) and the geometry ratio-dependent correction. Specifically, under a circumstance when the two annular walls are oppositely charged, the flow direction can be determined from the sign of such correction formula, and there exists a zero-velocity plane inside the annulus. With the assumption of large electrokinetic diameters, the location of the zero-velocity plane can be estimated from the analytical expression for the velocity distribution. In addition, the characteristics of the electroosmotic flow through the annulus are discussed under the influences of the EDL parameters and geometric ratio of the inner radius to the outer radius of the annulus.     

甲基丙烯酸—磷脂酰乙醇甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物LB膜的研究

制备了不同摩尔比的甲基丙烯酸-磷脂酰乙醇甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物,研究了这种共聚物在水面的表面压力(π)-分子面积(A)曲线、共聚物制成的MOS LB膜的电容(C)-电压(V)特性及此LB膜的相变温度。     

阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量间苯二酚

研究发现，在硫酸介质中，Ｆｅ能催化Ｈ２Ｏ２与甲基红之间的裉色反应，加入间苯二酚后，间苯二酚又能灵敏地阻抑该氧化褪色反应，同时研究了该阻抑褪色反应的动力学条件，从而建立了一种新的测定痕量间苯二酚的方法。
