栅控电子枪理论新探

本文主要是利用电子光学静电透镜原理，研究栅网对栅控电子枪的影响，以及如何消除这种影响。结果表明，理论分析的结果与实验相符，对实际栅控电子枪的设计具有一定的指导意义。     

A BiCMOS limiting amplifier for SONET OC-3

This paper presents a Synchronous Optical NETwork (SONET) OC-3 155.52 Mb/s limiting amplifier, which is implemented in a 1.0 μm double-poly double-metal N-well BiCMOS technology. Composed of amplifier cells, a slicer, an output driver, and offset cancellation circuits, this limiting amplifier allows an input dynamic range of 36 dB (6 mV_pp~400 mV_pp) and provides a constant output 1 V _pp across a 50 Ω load for long-haul 40 km application. The active area of this limiting amplifier is 0.8 mm×3.0 mm. It consumes 130 mW from a single -5 V supply voltage     

多元整系数多项式因式分解的一种理论和算法

本文将ｔ（ｔ是大于２的整数）元整系数多项式看成为系数为ｔ－２元整系数多项式的二元多项式，建立了多元整系数多项式因式分解的一种新理论，进而得到了分解多元整系数多项式的一个有力的算法。     

Determination of low level85Kr and133Xe concentrations in the environment

This study was performed under the joint TRMC/INER program for the determination of low level⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe concentrations in the environmental air samples. Based on cryogenic adsorption of krypton and xenon on charcoal followed by chromatographic separation from other gases, the⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe recovered from 200 liters of atmospheric air can be determined by either on-line gas flow proportional counter or liquid scintillation counting. The recovery yields of krypton and xenon examined by using⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe tracers were nearly 100%. The minimum detectable activity of⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe by gas flow proportional counting is about 7.40 Bq. The method is satisfactory for environmental monitoring applications under abnormal conditions of nuclear facilities. However, for lower level environmental⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe measurements, the liquid scintillation counting method can be applied due to their extremely low detection limits (i.e. 0.107 Bq and 0.093 Bq for⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe, respectively). Using this method, the measurable limits of concentrations are 0.535 Bq/m³ and 0.466 Bq/m³ for⁸⁵Kr and¹³³Xe, respectively.     

Closed-form physical model for VLSI bipolar devices consideringenergy transport

A closed-form physical model is reported for VLSI bipolar devices considering energy transport. Based on the model, for a base width of 810 Å, the bipolar device, biased at V_cb=2 V, has a peak electron temperature of over 700 K, which results in a 5% reduction in the collector current     

聚合物分散液晶光栅的衍射特性的研究

报道了一种由聚合物分散液晶膜与具有周期性条状电极结构板结合的新型光栅器件，借助于聚合物分散液晶膜的电光特性，这种栅对入射光的散射或衍射取决于对其施加的电压，即它是电场可调的，实验结果显示出当驱动电压超过器件器件阈值电压时，衍射光的强度和衍射斑的可见级次被电场调制，而且它能入射光的线性偏振态变为椭圆偏振态。     

Gain-enhanced compact broadband microstrip antenna

With the loading of a high-permittivity superstrate layer and a 1 Ω chip resistor, a compact rectangular microstrip antenna with enhanced gain and wider bandwidth can be implemented. With the antenna size reduced to be ~6% that of a conventional patch antenna, the proposed structure can have an operating bandwidth of more than six times that of a conventional patch antenna, with an almost equal antenna gain level. Details of the experimental results are presented and discussed     

话音ATM交换的实现─—ATM论坛电路仿真系列建议

近年来，随着ATM主干网络的建设和发展，研究ATM对现有通信业务的支持方式和适配技术是目前ATM技术研究的热点之一。话音ATM交换在降低话音通信成本和简化网络操作环境等方面提供了大量的技术手段，并且支持在单一网络环境中的多种综合业务传输。ATM论坛制定了电路仿真系列建议，话音ATM交换的技术已经基本成熟。文章通过对话音ATM交换在实现和优化方面的技术进行分析，并提出一种基于NativeModeATM的话音通信方式。
