免疫珠技术快速检测腹泻性大肠杆菌

采用表面光滑玻璃珠作为载体材料，用1：40的腹泻性大肠杆菌诊断血清进行包被。可制成免疫珠。这种免疫珠能与腹泻性大肠杆菌发生特异性结合。经乳糖蛋白胨培养液培养，然后根据其产酸产气进行判断。能在18h内完成腹泻性大肠杆菌的检测。其灵敏度为样液中含有腹泻性大肠杆菌数必须大于10CFu／mL．该法简单、快速、易操作、灵敏度高。     

On the summability of the formal solutions for some PDEs with irregular singularity

In this Note, we consider some classes of nonlinear partial differential equations with regular singularity with respect to t=0 and irregular one with respect to x=0. Our purpose is to establish a result which is similar to the k-summability property, known in the case of singular ordinary differential equations. We can prove that, except at most a countable set, the formal solution is Borel summable or k-summable with respect to x in all other directions. To cite this article: Z. Luo et al., C. R. Acad. Sci. 多层频率选择表面的分析

本文利用矩量法和广义散射矩阵理论分析了多层频率选择表面的散射特性。通过引入广义波导概念,可以统一分析单元形状为任意的多层频率选择表面。作为示例,计算了几种不同结构频率选择表面的散射特性,结果与文献中给出的数据相符。     

Synthesis and characterization of white‐light‐emitting polyfluorenes containing orange phosphorescent moieties in the side chain

Two orange phosphorescent iridium complex monomers, 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium (III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐phenylquinoline‐N,C^2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐PIr) and 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium(III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐methylquinoline‐N,C^2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐MIr), were successfully synthesized. The Suzuki polycondensation of 2,7‐bis(trimethylene boronate)‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene with 2,7‐dibromo‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene and Br‐PIr or Br‐MIr afforded two series of copolymers, PIrPFs and MIrPFs, in good yields, in which the concentrations of the phosphorescent moieties were kept small (0.5–3 mol % feed ratio) to realize incomplete energy transfer. The photoluminescence (PL) of the copolymers showed blue‐ and orange‐emission peaks. A white‐light‐emitting diode with a configuration of indium tin oxide/poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)/PIr05PF (0.5 mol % feed ratio of Br‐PIr)/Ca/Al exhibited a luminous efficiency of 4.49 cd/A and a power efficiency of 2.35 lm/W at 6.0 V with Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.46, 0.33). The CIE coordinates were improved to (0.34, 0.33) when copolymer MIr10PF (1.0 mol % feed ratio of Br‐MIr) was employed as the white‐emissive layer. The strong orange emission in the electroluminescence spectra in comparison with PL for these kinds of polymers was attributed to the additional contribution of charge trapping in the phosphorescent dopants. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A New Pathway to Synthesize Cyclomercurated Ferrocenylimines Containing Heterocyclic Ring

The cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring were prepared by the condensation of cyclomercuration of acylferrocene with the appropriate heterocyclic amine.This procedure provides an efficient method for the synthesis of cyclomerucurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring which are difficultly synthesized by the conventional method.The reaction mechanism is proposed.     

Crystallization process of Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O glass

A crystallization study has been carried out for rapidly solidified Bi₂Pb_0.5Sr₂Ca₄Cu₅O_x glass. Glass transition temperature T _g, crystallized superconducting phases and microstructural changes were measured and analysed by differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The crystallization mechanism of the three superconducting phases — (2201) 20 K phase, (2212) 80 K phase, and (2223) 110 K phase — has been discussed, and a time-temperature-transformation diagram for the glass has been constructed.

Characteristics of aperture coupled microstrip antennas withvarious radiating patches and coupling apertures

A full wave moment method is applied to the analysis of aperture coupled microstrip antennas, in which all components of the electric and equivalent magnetic surface currents are considered. The electric current distributions on the rectangular patch for different coupling aperture positions are presented with their radiation patterns. The effects of the coupling aperture shape and size on the input impedance and radiation performance are also discussed. As an example of new radiators, slotted patches are studied, and it is shown that they can be used to achieve dual-frequency operation     

MIS型单晶硅液晶光阀

详细介绍了一种新颖、快速响应的金属－绝缘层－半导体构成的MIS型单晶硅液晶光阀的结构、工作机理、制作工艺和性能参数测试。液晶采用45°扭曲向列型混合场效应工作模式。所得到的光阀的极限分辨率为40lp／mm，口径40mm，最大对比度＞100：1，在930nm（△λ＝40nm）写入光灵敏度为20μW／cm2，响应时间为15ms。报道了该光阀在大屏幕投影显示中的应用。
