Electrical properties of high Curie temperature (1−x)Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-xPbTiO3 single crystals grown by the solution Bridgman technique

0.65Pb(In_1/2Nb_1/2)O₃-0.35PbTiO₃ (PINT65/35) (starting composition) single crystals were grown successfully through the solution Bridgman technique using PbO flux and PMNT67/33 seed crystals. Because of the composition variation, the final composition of achievable crystals is in a range of 0.32-0.34 with the corresponding T_c range of 265-269 °C. The (001) plates of as-grown PINT66/34 single crystals show high Curie temperature (T_c=269 °C) and rhombohedral-tetragonal phase transition temperature (T_rt=134 °C). Besides, good electrical properties with high dielectric constant (ε>3000), low dielectric loss (tan δ∼1.2%), high piezoelectric constant (d₃₃∼2000 pC/N) and large electromechanical coupling factor (k_t≈59%) at room temperature have been obtained on the (001) plates. The sound velocity, acoustic impedance and other piezoelectric parameters were also measured on the (001) plates in this study, which provide us more detailed information about PINT66/34 single crystals.

The primary investigation of optical-limiting effects of optical active phthalocyanine derivative TMBO-SiPc

The optical-limiting property of an optically active phthalocyanine derivative with different configuration in chloroform solution was measured at 532 nm with 10 ns pulses. The excited state absorption cross-section σ_ex of the derivative was determined with the Z-scan technique. The results showed that the phthalocyanine derivative possesses larger σ_ex than the ground state absorption cross-section σ₀, indicating that it is a material for reverse saturable absorption. And it is specially noticed that the change in the optically active configuration affects its optical-limiting property significantly.     

Envelop solitons in dusty plasmas for warm dust

A nonlinear Schrödinger equation is obtained for the warm dusty plasmas. The modulational instability of envelop soliton is investigated in this paper. Both the temperature of the dust grains and the charge variations of dust grains affect the instability regions of the dusty plasmas. It also affect the amplitude and the width of the envelop soliton.     

一种基于循环小波累积量的谐波恢复方法

循环统计量是乘性和加性噪声中谐波恢复问题的主要分析工具之一。本文在其基础上提出了一种新的理论与方法——基于循环小波累积量的谐波恢复方法。首先,提出了循环小波累积量的定义。然后,建立了基于一阶、二阶、三阶循环小波累积量的谐波分量的频率和相位的估计方法。在此基础上,采用了一种可调参数的小波,通过调节其参数来改善传统方法中频率分辨率低的缺陷。最后给出了模拟实验结果。     

五种氨基酸钆络合物的ESR波谱

迄今未见任何稀土氨基酸络合物的ESR波谱报道,本文在合成Gd³⁺分别与甘氨酸、β-丙氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸和天冬酰胺五种氨基酸络合物的基础上,测定了不同温度下,水溶液、粉末及分子筛吸附样品的ESR谱,讨论了络合物中晶体场强,对称性及成键特性。     

Shape Hessian for generalized Oseen flow by differentiability of a minimax: A Lagrangian approach

The goal of this paper is to compute the shape Hessian for a generalized Oseen problem with nonhomogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition by the velocity method. The incompressibility will be treated by penalty approach. The structure of the shape gradient and shape Hessian with respect to the shape of the variable domain for a given cost functional are established by an application of the Lagrangian method with function space embedding technique. Image Displaying Method of Ground-Based Millimeter Wave Radiometric Imaging System

The image displaying methods used in a millimeter wave radiometric imaging system have great influence on its imaging quality. In order to obtain high quality millimeter wave radiometric images, intensive studies on the image displaying methods are needed. This paper describes the image displaying method of Ground-based 8mm Millimeter Wave Radiometric Imaging (GMWRI) system and compares two different image displaying methods. The experimental results prove the unequal size element arc displaying method fits GMWRI system better.     

La1-xPrxMnO3(x=0.1,0.2)薄膜庞磁电阻性质的研究

一种新的庞磁电阻氧化物薄膜La1-xPrxMnO3(x=0.1,0.2)薄膜用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)方法生长在(100)SrTiO3单晶基底上.XRD结果显示薄膜具有很好的外延单晶取向.电输运和磁性质的研究表明薄膜具有显著的庞磁电阻效应(CMR)效应,其中磁电阻比率达95%(在5T的磁场下).X射线光电子能谱(XPS)的结果表明薄膜体系中Pr离子的价态为+4价,因此该薄膜很可能是电子掺杂的庞磁电阻体系.     

800nm激光泵浦掺Nd^3＋的氟化物玻璃光纤正向双程超荧光分析

从实验上探讨了掺Ｎｄ＾３＋的氟化物玻璃光纤正向双程超荧光基本特性，包括输入－输出特性、输出－带宽特性以及输出－波长（激发）特性。并给出了理论上的拟合公式，实验表明利用氟化物玻璃光纤有望获得性能优异的有应用前景的低相干度集成化光源。
