圆柱绕流尾迹中相干结构对湍流特性的影响

实验研究了圆柱尾迹中相干结构对湍流平均量的影响.用一个X热线在距离圆柱体y/d=4测量参考信号,用X热线和冷线相结合的三线探头测量从x/d=10～40的圆柱绕流尾迹中的速度和温度脉动,用条件平均的方法研充圆柱绕流近尾迹中的相干结构,并对相干结构对动量和热量的湍流输运过程的影响进行初步分析.结果表明:相干结构对尾迹中速度的横向脉动影响最大;相干结构对湍流参数的影响随x/d的变化明显.该工作还对相干结构引起的湍动能产生率变成负和逆温度梯度输运现象做了定性的解释.     

Key technology of D-InSAR at X-band for monitoring land subsidence in mining area and its application

In theory, land subsidence measurement results with high accuracy can be obtained by using the Differential Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar （D-InSAR） at X-band. In practice, however, the measuring accuracy of D-InSAR at X-band has been seriously affected by some factors, e.g., decorrelation and high deformation gradient. In this work, the monitoring capability of D-InSAR for coal-mining subsidence is evaluated by using SAR data acquired by TerrraSAR-X system. The SAR image registration method for low coherence image pairs, the denoising phase filter for high noise level interferogram and atmospheric effects mitigation method are the key technical aspects which directly influence the measurement results of D-InSAR at X-band. Thus, a robust image registration method, an improved phase filter method and an atmospheric effects mitigation method are proposed in this paper. The proposed image registration method successfully achieves InSAR coregistration, while the amplitude cross-correlation cannot properly coregister low coherence SAR image pairs. Moreover, the time complexity of the proposed image registration method is obviously slighter than that of the Singular Value Decomposition （SVD） method. The comparing experiment results and the unwrapping phase results show that the improved Goldstein filter is more effective than the original Goldstein filter in noise elimination. The atmospheric influence correction experiment results show that the land subsidence areas with atmospheric influence correction are more clarified than that of without at- mospheric influence correction. In summary, the presented methods directly improved the measurement results of D-InSAR at X-band.     

(±)-Glovanon和(±)-5-O-Methylglovanon的首次全合成及其抑菌活性研究

以廉价的异香草醛和2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮为起始原料,经过C-异戊烯基化、选择性甲基化、甲氧甲基化、羟醛缩合、去保护基、催化环化以及脱除甲基等步骤,分别以13.3%和23%的总收率首次完成了天然异戊烯基黄烷酮Glovanon(1)和5-O-methylglovanon(2)的全合成.合成的关键步骤是2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮的单C-异戊烯基化.所有新化合物的结构都经过1H NMR,IR,MS确认.抑菌活性研究表明,两种新合成的化合物对藤黄微球菌(M.luteus)和大肠杆菌(E.coli)均有良好的抑制作用.     

One-PCR-tube approach for in situ DNA isolation and detection

Traditional real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) requires a purified DNA sample for PCR amplification and detection. This requires PCR tests be conducted in clean laboratories, and limits its applications for field tests. This work developed a method that can carry out DNA purification, amplification and detection in a single PCR tube. The polypropylene PCR tube was first treated with chromic acid and peptide nucleic acids (PNA) as DNA-capturer were immobilized on the internal surface of the tube. Cauliflower mosaic virus 35S (CaMV-35S) promoter in the crude extract was hybridized with the PNA on the tube surface, and the inhibitors, interfering agents and irrelevant DNA in the crude extract were effectively removed by rinsing with buffer solutions. The tube that has captured the target DNA can be used for the following real-time PCR (RT-PCR). By using this approach, the detection of less than 2500 copies of 35S plasmids in a complex sample could be completed within 3 hours. Chocolate samples were tested for real sample analysis, and 35S plasmids in genetically modified chocolate samples have been successfully identified with this method in situ. The novel One-PCR-tube method is competitive for commercial kits with the same time and simpler operation procedure. This method may be widely used for identifying food that contains modified DNA and specific pathogens in the field.     

树枝状大分子聚酰胺-胺用于氨基酰化酶的固定化研究

以树枝状大分子修饰的硅胶为载体,戊二醛为交联剂,对氨基酰化酶进行固定化研究。考察了树枝状大分子的代数、戊二醛浓度、反应温度与时间对氨基酰化酶固定化效果的影响,并且考察了该固定化酶的最佳酶解条件。结果表明,随着树枝状大分子代数的增加,固定化的酶量随之增大,同时,固定后的酶仍然保持较高的活性。     

First Total Synthesis of(±)-Puyanin and(±)-4'-Omethylbonannione

A facile approach for the first total synthesis of two naturally occurring geranylated flavonoids, (±)‐puyanin ( 1 ) and (±)‐4′‐O‐methylbonannione ( 2 ) has been obtained with total yields of 27% and 17.8%, respectively. The key steps were regioselective cyclization of geranylated trihydroxychalcone and regioselective geranylation of 2,4,6‐trihydroxyacetophenone.     

Low Mach number limit of the compressible magnetohydrodynamic equations with zero thermal conductivity coefficient

The low Mach number limit for classical solutions of the compressible magnetohydrodynamic equations without thermal conductivity is, here, studied. A uniform existence result for the Cauchy problem in is proved under the assumption that the initial data are uniformly bounded with respect to the Mach number in and are well‐prepared in . Global existence of strong solutions of Navier-Stokes equations with non-Newtonian potential for one-dimensional isentropic compressible fluids

The aim of this paper is to discuss the global existence and uniqueness of strong solution for a class of the isentropic compressible Navier-Stokes equations with non-Newtonian in one-dimensional bounded intervals. We prove two global existence results on strong solutions of the isentropic compressible Navier-Stokes equations. The first result shows only the existence, and the second one shows the existence and uniqueness result based on the first result, but the uniqueness requires some compatibility condition.
