Synthesis and characterization of three novel [60]fullerene derivatives toward self-assembled nanoparticles through interaction of hydrogen bonding

[structure: see text] Three novel fullerene derivatives bearing a 2,6-bis(acylamino) pyridine unit as a hydrogen bonding motif displaying a dimerization tendency were synthesized and characterized by the cycloaddition reaction of alkyl azide to [60]fullerene. An SEM image of the dimerization system of compound 1 indicated spherical particles having a mean diameter of 15 nm with a rather narrow size distribution.     

A potent,water-soluble and photoinducible DNA cross-linking agent

Water-soluble DNA cross-linking phenol and biphenol derivatives 3 and 6 have been synthesized by a Mannich reaction. Both of them can cross-link DNA by photoactivation using visible light (wavelength > 400 nm). Compound 6 can cross-link DNA at pH 5.0 and 7.7, whereas no cross-link was observed at pH 10.0. Density functional theory (DFT) calculation indicated that 6 displays a twist structure. Therefore, it could bind to DNA naturally and has potent property to cross-link DNA after photoactivation.     

Structural analysis of monoterpene glycosides extracted from Paeonia lactiflora Pall. using electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry

Paeoniflorin standard was first investigated by electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-FTICR-MS/MS) using a sustained off-resonance irradiation (SORI) collision-induced dissociation (CID) method at high mass resolution. The experimental results demonstrated that the unambiguous elemental composition of product ions can be obtained at high mass resolution. Comparing MS/MS spectra and the experimental methods of hydrogen and deuterium exchange, the logical fragmentation pathways of paeoniflorin have been proposed. Then, the extracts of the traditional Chinese medicine Paeonia lactiflora Pall. were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC/ESI-MS/MS). By comparison with the ESI-FTICR-MS/MS data of paeoniflorin, the isomers paeoniflorin and albiflorin in Paeonia lactiflora Pall. have been identified using HPLC/MS with CID in an ion trap and in-source CID. Furthermore, using the characteristic fragmentation pathways, the retention times (t(R)) in HPLC and MS/MS spectra, the structures of three other kinds of monoterpene glycoside compounds have been identified on-line without time-consuming isolation. Thus an HPLC/ESI-MS method for the analysis of constituents in Paeonia lactiflora Pall. has been established.     

二叔丁基过氧化物分解产物的气相色谱法测定

采用气相色谱法考察了二叔丁基过氧化物分解温度与分解量之间的关系,研究了二叔丁基过氧化物分解产物的组成。实验发现：作为主要热分解产物的峰面积与二叔丁基过氧化物的量之间在２２．９１～１１４．９３μｇ范围内呈线性关系。测定未知浓度的过氧化物试样,有较好的精密度。     

中国梨木虱分泌物中氨基酸的分离与分析

利用离子交换色谱法分离了中国梨木虱分泌物中的氨基酸;利用毛细管气相色谱法对梨木虱分泌物中氨基酸的三氯乙酰了酯衍生物进行了分析。用标准样对照定性,内标法定量。分泌物中共检出13种氨基酸。     

肥皂霜中有机成分的分析

1 引言 肥皂在我国是一种传统的洗涤用品,作为商品除应具一定的硬度、耐用度和去污力等使用性能外,外观质量也十分重要,而肥皂是否冒白霜则是外观质量的一个重要标志。肥皂冒霜与低劣变质联系在一起,洗涤能力有所下降,这在一定程度上影响产品的销售市场。     

长波红外用准相位匹配材料研究进展

8 ～ 12 μm长波红外波段激光在红外对抗系统、测距和瞄准系统、痕量气体监测、频谱分析和无线通信等多个领域具有重要的应用价值.随着红外固体激光器的波长不断向长波长扩展,急需长波红外非线性光学材料.但是CdSe、GaSe、ZnGeP2、AgGaSe2、LiInSe2、CdGeAs2、BaGa4Se7等非线性光学晶体受长波红外透过率、非线性系数、热导率、泵浦源波长的影响,而通过发展OP-GaAs、OP-GaP、OP-ZnSe等性能优异的准相位匹配材料来实现长波激光输出有望克服上述材料的缺点.本文主要对长波红外用准相位匹配材料进行梳理,分别从材料性能、制备技术,以及激光应用等方面综述它们的研究进展并对其应用潜质和技术瓶颈进行分析.     

导模法生长大尺寸高质量β-Ga2O3单晶

以高纯Ga2O3为原料,使用自主设计的单晶生长炉,采用导模(EFG)法生长了2英寸(1英寸=2.54 cm)未掺杂的高质量β-Ga2O3单晶.研究了保护气氛对抑制Ga2O3原料高温分解速率的影响,对制备的β-Ga2O3单晶的晶体质量、位错和光学性能进行了测试和表征.结果表明,CO2保护气氛能够极大地抑制Ga2O3材料的高温分解,当CO2生长气压为1.5×105 Pa时,Ga2O3的平均分解速率低于1 g/h.(100)面β-Ga2O3单晶的X射线衍射(XRD)摇摆曲线测试结果表明,其半高宽低至29 arcsec,表明晶体具有较高的质量;对晶体(100)面进行了位错腐蚀,结果显示其位错密度较低,约为4.9×104 cm-2;傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测试结果显示,β-Ga2O3单晶在紫外、可见光透过率达到80％以上.     

ANOMALY INTRUSION DETECTION METHOD USING FOURIER TRANSFORM

A set of discrete points obtained from audit, records on a behavior session is processed with Fourier transform. The criterion of selecting Fourier transform coefficients is introduced, and is used to find a unified value from the set of coefficients. This unified value is compared with a threshold to determine whether the session is abnormal. Finally simple test results are reported.     

一种用于模数转换器时钟管理电路的电荷泵

采用0.13μm CMOS工艺,设计了一种用于模数转换器时钟电路的电荷泵。在共源共栅充/放电流源与其偏置电路之间增加传输门,有效地抑制了电荷泵关闭时产生的漏电流。同时,采用电流源提升技术,有效地提高了电荷泵充/放电电流支路的阻抗,抑制了沟道长度调制效应的影响,提高了电荷泵的电流匹配性。仿真结果表明,在1.2 V电源电压、20μA输出电流的条件下,输出电压的变化范围为0.13～0.93 V时,该电荷泵的充/放电电流失配低于1%。
