We classify all unitary modular tensor categories (UMTCs) of rank ≤ 4. There are a total of 35 UMTCs of rank ≤ 4 up to ribbon
tensor equivalence. Since the distinction between the modular S-matrix S and −S has both topological and physical significance, so in our convention there are a total of 70 UMTCs of rank ≤ 4. In particular,
there are two trivial UMTCs with S = (±1). Each such UMTC can be obtained from 10 non-trivial prime UMTCs by direct product, and some symmetry operations. Explicit

New solution processable 4‐(2‐hexyldecan)‐4H‐bisthieno[2,3‐d:3′,2′‐b]pyrrole and 4,4′‐dialkyl‐2,2′‐bithiazole‐based copolymers (PBTzDTPs) are synthesized with excellent FET performance. These novel copolymers have considerable potential in printable electronics as they have high charge carrier mobilities, excellent air stability, good solution processibility, and no requirement for post‐deposition thermal annealing, all requirements for this field of application. The thin film transistors fabricated from PBTzDTPs achieve field effect mobilities as high as 0.14 cm2 V?1 s?1 with current on/off ratios up to 106 without thermal annealing. In addition, the devices exhibit stable performance in air, showing no significant degradation over 60 days. Moreover, the polymers described here provide an excellent example of the systems in which higher mobility performance does not require higher crystalline, long‐range ordered structures. Such a system appears to be particularly promising for rapid fabrication techniques, where kinetic conditions usually prevent the development of long‐range order. 相似文献

The design variable tolerance effects on the natural frequency variance of constrained multi-body systems in dynamic equilibrium are investigated in this study. Monte-Carlo simulation is often employed for such investigations, but it is known to have serious drawbacks. Excessive amount of computation time needs to be consumed since a large number of evaluations are usually required for the method. Furthermore, the solution accuracy cannot be always guaranteed in spite of the excessive amount of computation time. In order to overcome such drawbacks, a method employing eigenvalue sensitivity information is proposed to obtain the variance of natural frequency in this study. In order to verify the accuracy and the efficiency of the method, some numerical examples of multi-body systems in dynamic equilibrium are solved and the results are compared to those obtained by an analytical method and Monte-Carlo simulation. 相似文献

Nano to micro-sized patterns were formed on a flexible polymer substrate using a flexible UV imprint stamp. A 6 in. diameter flexible UV nanoimprint template was fabricated using PVC hot embossing and DLC coating. Using the UV nanoimprint process with the DLC coated PVC template, nano to micro-sized patterns were clearly formed on the flexible PET substrate without a residual layer, due to the antistiction properties and high mechanical hardness of the DLC coating. By depositing a Cr layer on the imprinted resist pattern and lifting it off, Cr metal patterns were fabricated on the PET substrate. 相似文献

A method of designing high performance millimeter wave quasi-optical Faraday rotators (QOFR) is reported in this paper. First,
the dielectric and magnetic parameters for the ferrite sample are determined by fitting theoretical curves to the measured
data. These fitted parameters are then used in a precise numerical model to predict the rotation angle and insertion loss
of the QOFR. Finally, the parameters of the QOFR are optimized according to the requirements of devices. Examples are given
showing the performance of the QOFR with an isolation better than 20 dB and an insertion loss less than 0.6 dB from 75 GHz

Motivated by the anticipated advantageous performance of diamond kinoform refractive lenses for synchrotron X‐ray radiation studies, this report focuses on progress in designing, nanofabricating and testing of their focusing performance. The method involves using lift‐off and plasma etching to reproduce a planar definition of numerically determined kinoform refractive optics. Tests of the focusing action of a diamond kinoform refractive lens at the APS 8‐ID‐I beamline demonstrate angular control of the focal spot. 相似文献
