Surface topography of the {0 0 0 1} facet plane of as-grown 6H- and 4H-SiC crystals was studied ex situ by Nomarski optical microscopy (NOM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The surface polarity and the polytype of grown crystals largely affect the growth surface morphology of SiC{0 0 0 1} via differences in several thermodynamic and kinetic parameters. NOM observations revealed giant steps of a few micrometers in height on the {0 0 0 1} growth facet, and it was found that a morphological transition of the growth facet occurred when the growth conditions were changed. AFM imaging of the stepped structure of SiC{0 0 0 1} detected steps of height equal to the unit c-lattice parameter (c=1.512 nm for 6H-SiC and 1.005 nm for 4H-SiC). They are fairly straight and very regularly arranged, giving rise to equidistant step trains. Upon nitrogen doping, these regular step trains on the 6H-SiC(0 0 0  )C and 4H-SiC(0 0 0  )C surfaces became unstable: the equidistant step trains were transformed into meandering macrosteps of height greater than 10 nm. In this paper, we discuss the mechanism of macrostep formation (step bunching) on the SiC{0 0 0 1} surfaces through the consideration of the interplay between step energetics (repulsive step interaction) and kinetics (asymmetric step kinetics) on the growing crystal surface and elucidate how they affect the growth surface morphology of the SiC{0 0 0 1} facet.  相似文献

The asymmetric total synthesis of the marine metabolite, halicholactone 1, is described. The bisallylic triol 6 with three chiral centers at C8, C12, and C15 was constructed by [2,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement of the sulfoxide 18, which was prepared stereoselectively using the chirality of (diene)Fe(CO)3 complexes. Introduction of the trans-substituted cyclopropane subunit into 21 was successfully achieved using the modified regio- and stereoselective Simmons-Smith reaction. The use of RCM (ring-closing metathesis) methodology (4-->35) was pivotal for the formation of a nine-membered unsaturated lactone fragment of halicholactone 1. As this approach is flexible and stereoselective, other oxylipins could be synthesized by the protocol described herein.  相似文献

[1]Benzofuro[2,3‐d]pyridazines fused with 1,2,4‐triazole ( 6 and 7 ), 1,2,4‐triazine ( 8–10 ) and 1,2,4‐tri‐azepine (12) were prepared by the ring closure of 4‐hydrazino‐[1]benzofuro[2,3‐d]pyridazine ( 5 ), derived from naturally occurring rotenone. Compounds ( la and lb ) exhibited significant inhibitory activity against 12‐O‐tetradecanoylphorbol 13‐acetate (TPA)‐induced Epstein‐Barr virus early antigen (EBA‐EA) activation in Raji cells. In contrast, the fused [1]benzofuro[2,3‐d]pyridazines except 6c and 8 were quite inactive.  相似文献

A series of oligomer models of polyethyleneimine derivatives having pendant thymine bases were prepared by the reaction of carboxyethyl derivatives of thymine with oligomer amines using an activated-ester method. It was found that the hypochromicity values obtained from UV spectra and pKa values obtained from spectrophotometric titrations depend on the chain length of the oligomers and the thymine content of the polymers.  相似文献
