介绍了现代电子产品焊接质量的检测技术,以及用于检查焊点质量和组装板(SMA)功能的测试仪器的工作原理及测试能力.目前常见和广泛使用的焊接质量检测方法是人工目测检查,其主要问题是其主观性,只能用来检测电子元件的形状、尺寸、颜色、表面特征及焊点的外观质量;自动光学检测(AOI)可以在整个过程中发现和纠正缺陷,但只是外在的焊点缺陷;激光/红外线组合式检测系统、X射线检测系统可以分析焊点微米级水平的缺陷,能找出其他检测所不能可靠地发现的缺陷,包括空洞、焊点形状差和冷焊锡点等;另外,X射线检测系统能一次测试单面或双面电路,准确地定位缺陷,获取工艺参数,例如锡膏厚度等.  相似文献

可用性是构成弹炮结合防空武器系统作战效能、并影响其全寿命周期费用的重要因素,是弹炮结合防空武器系统战术技术指标的重要组成部分。本文分析了影响弹炮结合武器系统可用性的各种因素,建立弹炮结合系统在各种状态下的可用度数学模型,并且讨论了影响弹炮结合武器系统可用度的各要素之间的相互关系。以某型弹炮结合防空武器系统为例,对可用性进行了分析计算,应用证明模型的科学性。  相似文献

A series of compounds containing arylamine and 1,2‐diphenyl‐1H‐benz[d]imidazole moieties are developed as ambipolar, blue‐emitting materials with tunable blue‐emitting wavelengths, tunable ambipolar carrier‐transport properties and tunable triplet energy gaps. These compounds possess several novel properties: (1) they emit in the blue region with high quantum yields; (2) they have high morphological stability and thermal stability; (3) they are capable of ambipolar carrier transport; (4) they possess tunable triplet energy gaps, suitable as hosts for yellow‐orange to green phosphors. The electron and hole mobilities of these compounds lie in the range of 0.68–144 × 10?6 and 0.34–147 × 10?6 cm2 V?1 s?1, respectively. High‐performance, single‐layer, blue‐emitting, fluorescent organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) are achieved with these ambipolar materials. High‐performance, single‐layer, phosphorescent OLEDs with yellow‐orange to green emission are also been demonstrated using these ambipolar materials, which have different triplet energy gaps as the host for yellow‐orange‐emitting to green‐emitting iridium complexes. When these ambipolar, blue‐emitting materials are lightly doped with a yellow‐orange‐emitting iridium complex, white organic light‐emitting diodes (WOLEDs) can be achieved, as well by the use of the incomplete energy transfer between the host and the dopant.  相似文献

Two-dimensional(2D)magnets provide an ideal platform to explore new physical phenomena in fundamental magnetism and to realize the miniaturization of magnetic devices.The study on its domain structure evolution with thickness is of great significance for better understanding the 2D magnetism.Here,we investigate the magnetization reversal and domain structure evolution in 2D ferromagnet Fe3GeTe2(FGT)with a thickness range of 11.2-112 nm.Three types of domain structures and their corresponding hysteresis loops can be obtained.The magnetic domain varies from a circular domain via a dendritic domain to a labyrinthian domain with increasing FGT thickness,which is accompanied by a transition from squared to slanted hysteresis loops with reduced coercive fields.These features can be ascribed to the total energy changes from exchange interaction-dominated to dipolar interaction-dominated with increasing FGT thickness.Our finding not only enriches the fundamental magnetism,but also paves a way towards spintronics based on 2D magnet.  相似文献

The molecular geometries and dissociation energies of AnO (An = Bk–Lr) molecules were first obtained at thecoupled-cluster single-, double-, and perturbative triple-excitations [CCSD(T)] level of theory. Four hybrid functionals,B3LYP, M06-2X, TPSSh, and PBE0, were also employed in the calculations for the sake of comparison. In comparison ofthe CCSD(T) results, B3LYP, TPSSh, and PBE0 functionals can obtain more appropriate results than M06-2X and MP2.The analyses on molecular orbitals show that the 7s, 6d, and 5f atomic orbitals of actinide (An) atoms participate in thebonding of An–O bonds. The partial covalent nature between An and O atoms is revealed by QTAIM analyses.  相似文献

We investigate how the barb of bird feathers is changed along both the rachis and barb.To investigate the microstructures and the mechanical behaviors of barbs,a series of barbs are manually cut from an eagle’s primary feather to observe the cross sections.Aλ-like cross section with a tiny hook is observed at the right feet at each section.Afterwards,a measurement of the setup system is developed to evaluate the leakage ratio of a feather followed by a numerical predicting approach based on the CFD method.It is found that the air leakage increases linearly against the pressure,and the predicted results coincide well with the experimental results.Finally,the influences of leakage of the flight feather on both steady and unsteady aerodynamics are studied.  相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate that tomographic measurements can be performed for states of qubits before they are prepared.A variant of the quantum teleportation protocol is used as a channel between two instants in time,allowing measurements for polarization states of photons to be implemented 88 ns before they are created.Measurement data taken at the early time and later unscrambled according to the results of the protocol's Bell measurements,produces density matrices with an average fidelity of 0.90±0.01 against the ideal states of photons created at the later time.Process tomography of the time reverse quantum channel finds an average process fidelity of 0.84±0.02.While our proof-of-principle implementation necessitates some post-selection,the general protocol is deterministic and requires no post-selection to sift desired states and reject a larger ensemble.  相似文献

Heterostructure is an effective approach in modulating the physical and chemical behavior of materials. Here, the first-principles calculations were carried out to explore the structural, electronic, and carrier mobility properties of Janus MoSSe/GaN heterostructures. This heterostructure exhibits a superior high carrier mobility of 281.28 cm2·V−1·s−1 for electron carrier and 3951.2 cm2·V−1·s−1 for hole carrier. Particularly, the magnitude of the carrier mobility can be further tuned by Janus structure and stacking modes of the heterostructure. It is revealed that the equivalent mass and elastic moduli strongly affect the carrier mobility of the heterostructure, while the deformation potential contributes to the different carrier mobility for electron and hole of the heterostructure. These results suggest that the Janus MoSSe/GaN heterostructures have many potential applications for the unique carrier mobility.  相似文献
