Statistical copolymers 5 containing poly(2-dimethyloctylsilyl-1,4-phenylenevinylene) (DMOS-PPV) and poly[2-methoxy-5-(2′-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) have been synthesized using the dehydrohalogenation condensation route. The copolymers show a shift of photoluminescence maxima to longer wavelengths as the proportion of the MEH-PV unit increases. This trend is accompanied by reduced efficiencies and lower turn-on voltages in single layer electroluminescent devices. Light-emitting electrochemical cells (LECs) have been prepared using a blend of DMOS-PPV 1 with poly(ethylene oxide)/lithium triflate and the homopolymer poly[2-methoxy-5-(triethoxymethoxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene] (MTEM-PPV) 9 with lithium triflate. In comparison with single-layer devices which were fabricated using the homopolymers 1 and poly[2,5-bis(triethoxymethoxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene] (BTEM-PPV) 10 , the LEC devices showed lower turn-on voltages.  相似文献

This paper presents a fully integrated digitally controlled CMOS voltage amplifier. Operating at 3.3 V, this three-stage amplifier was designed and fabricated in an Austriamicrosystems (AMS) 0.35 µm process technology. The amplifier does not require any external discrete components to function and its gain value can be configured by providing digital signals to its control pins. The amplifier performs AC-coupling on the input signals to ensure suitable biasing for proper operation. The good stability of the circuit has been verified. Results obtained from simulations and experiments show that the circuit has a minimum bandwidth of 17.2 MHz. The circuit has been proven to execute well for the gain settings of ×1, ×10, ×100 and ×1000 with acceptable losses of 0, ?2, ?5, ?12 dB respectively.  相似文献

Electrical conductivity and optical properties of polypyrrole-chitosan(PPy-CHI) conducting polymer composites have been investigated to determine the optical transition characteristics and energy band gap of composite films.The two electrode method and I-V characteristic technique were used to measure the conductivity of the PPy-CHI thin films,and the optical band gap was obtained from their ultraviolet absorption edges.Depending upon experimental parameter,the optical band gap(Eg) was found within 1.30-2.32 eV as estimated from optical absorption data.The band gap of the composite films decreased as the CHI content increased.The room temperature electrical conductivity of PPy-CHI thin films was found in the range of 5.84×10-7-15.25×10-7 S·cm-1 depending on the chitosan content.The thermogravimetry analysis(TGA) showed that the CHI can improve the thermal stability of PPy-CHI composite films.  相似文献

This paper describes a newly-developed automated thermal system for detection of seeds on newly painted car shells. The system’s novel approach is to use thermal emission; previously applied techniques relied on light reflection strategies. The system is described beginning with analytical modeling of the underlying detection theory to verification on a pilot run in an automotive production line. Parker’s flash procedure, using a thermal detector, was performed to extract the thermal properties of inspected panels. New computer logic developed in-house for processing the acquired thermograms is also presented.  相似文献

The problem of radar backscattering from a half-space random medium is formulated in terms of a series solution to Dyson's equation for the mean field in the random medium. The renormalization method is applied to given an approximate solution through the use of Feynman diagrams. An improved approximation is then obtained by including two additional summations of infinite series of these diagrams. The results from this improved approximation are used to calculate the radar backscattering cross sections and compared with those of a previous paper (1980). For comparison with experimental data, a field of vegetation is modeled as a random medium with an average complex permittivity as well as fluctuations in the real and imaginary parts of the permittivity. The values of the average permittivity and the variance of the fluctuations are estimated by the use of dielectric mixture theory  相似文献

Separation of acetylene from carbon dioxide and ethylene is challenging in view of their similar sizes and physical properties. Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) in general are strong candidates for these separations owing to the presence of functional pore surfaces that can selectively capture a specific target molecule. Here, we report a novel 3D microporous cationic framework named JCM‐1 . This structure possesses imidazolium functional groups on the pore surfaces and pyrazolate as a metal binding group, which is well known to form strong metal‐to‐ligand bonds. The selective sorption of acetylene over carbon dioxide and ethylene in JCM‐1 was successfully demonstrated by equilibrium gas adsorption analysis as well as dynamic breakthrough measurement. Furthermore, its excellent hydrolytic stability makes the separation processes highly recyclable without a substantial loss in acetylene uptake capacity.  相似文献

Let be a compact connected semi-simple Lie group, let , and let be an Iwasawa decomposition. To a given -invariant Kaehler structure on , there corresponds a pre-quantum line bundle on . Following a suggestion of A.S. Schwarz, in a joint paper with V. Guillemin, we studied its holomorphic sections as a -representation space. We defined a -invariant -structure on , and let denote the space of square-integrable holomorphic sections. Then is a unitary -representation space, but not all unitary irreducible -representations occur as subrepresentations of . This paper serves as a continuation of that work, by generalizing the space considered. Let be a Borel subgroup containing , with commutator subgroup . Instead of working with , we consider , for all parabolic subgroups containing . We carry out a similar construction, and recover in the unitary irreducible -representations previously missing. As a result, we use these holomorphic sections to construct a model for : a unitary -representation in which every irreducible -representation occurs with multiplicity one.
