Controlled Growth Morphology of Porous Nanocrystal Iron Oxide by Electrodeposition

Fe(II) was deposited into the bottom of the mesopores of highly ordered large caged cubic mesoporous silica by electrodeposition. And the deposited Fe mesoporous silica thin film was treated by 1%―4% HF to remove the SiO2 template and then calcined. It was found that nanowire bundles, dendritic plates of porous iron oxide, dense parallel backbones of porous iron oxide were obtained at 1.4―-1.6 V and 0.08―0.1 mol/L electrolyte concentration after calcinations; the dendritic pattern of porous iron oxide film ...

石墨炉原子吸收法测定鱼中砷

本文讨论了应用热解石墨管测定鱼中砷含量的实验方法。选择HNO_3-H_2O_2试测进行前处理,于样品消解前加入镍为基体改进剂,使鱼中砷的加标回收率达97%,检出下限为4μg/kg。     

轴承滚珠等离子体浸没离子注入过程的数值模拟

 利用轴对称PIC模型对轴承滚珠等离子体浸没离子注入（PIII）过程进行了数值模拟，对归一化电势的扩展情况进行了研究。在滚珠批量处理过程中，为了避免相邻滚珠周围鞘层的相互重叠对注入均匀性造成不良影响，对滚珠在靶台上摆放的最小距离进行了数值计算，计算结果表明：在电压为－40kV, 氮等离子体密度为4.8×10⁹ cm^-3，脉冲宽度为10μs时，滚珠摆放的最小距离应大于34.18cm。分析了滚珠圆周方向注入剂量的分布情况，针对静止滚珠改性处理后剂量分布很不均匀的问题，通过旋转靶台使滚珠注入均匀性明显得到改善。利用朗谬尔探针测量了滚珠周围鞘层扩展的情况测量，模拟结果和实验测量结果相吻合，最大相对误差小于8.4 %。     

模拟硬件描述语言

分析了大规模模拟集成电路对模拟硬件描述语言的需求及基本要求。结合实例介绍了ＶＨＤＬ－Ａ，ＭＨＤＬ和ＭＡＳＴ三种主要的模拟硬件描述语言，表明采用ＡＨＤＬ语言可以提高模拟电路建模的抽象层次，推动模拟电路设计自动化进程。

Enzyme degradation, high performance liquid chromatography and liquid secondary ion mass spectrometry in the analysis of glycoproteins.

Analysis of small amounts of glycoproteins by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid secondary ion mass spectrometry (LSIMS) together with enzyme digestion has been investigated using fetuin as a model. Preliminary data indicates that 71% of the expected peptides were detected by LSIMS analysis of 200 pmol total digest. HPLC profiles of peptides and glycopeptides were obtained from 2 nmol of digest using a reversed phase (C18) column eluted in a solvent system containing TFA, water and acetonitrile. This has provided glycopeptides for subsequent oligosaccharide analysis. Strategies are reviewed for the chromatographic characterization of oligosaccharides following their release from glycopeptides by chemical and enzymatic procedures.     

Two new benzopyran derivatives from Gouania leptostachya DC. var. tonkinensis Pitard.

Two new benzopyran derivatives,1-[(rel 2S,3R)-3,5,7-trihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-2-yl]ethanone(1),and 1-[(rel 25,35)-3,5,7-trihydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-2-yl]ethanone(2),along with four known flavonoids,prodelphinidin C,prodelphinidin B3,(-)-epi-gallocatechin and(+)-gallocatechin,were isolated from the stems of Gouania leptostachya DC.var. tonkinensis Pitard.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic methods including HR-ESI-MS,1D and 2D NMR.Prodelphinidin C exhibited significant inhibitory activity forα-glucosidase.     

Comparable Studies of Adsorption and Magnetic Properties of Ferrite MnFe_2O_4 Nanoparticles,Porous Bulks and Nanowires

The spinel ferrites MnFe2O4 nanowires were synthesized by hydrothermal route,porous MnFe2O4 and nanoparticles morphologies were synthesized by sol-gel method with egg white.The structures,morphologies,magnetic properties and adsorption properties of these obtained ferrites with different morphologies were studied contrastively.Results show that the obtained samples exhibit ferromagnetic properties.This realizes convenient magnetic separation from solution when they are used in the treatment of organic dyes ...
