分布式实时数据库在输变电系统中的应用

本论文主要对分布式实时数据在输变电系统中各项事务管理和数据汇总处理等应用进行阐述.首先介绍了分布式实时数据库及其特点,接着,详细介绍了分布式实时数据库在输变电系统中的应用.分布式实时数据库的建立可以实现对国网山西省电力公司检修公司所有事务的处理和对所运营的各地区的变电站实时数据进行汇总和处理,同时为智能变电站网络管理系统的建立提供知识库数据和专家经验.为变电站的联网运行奠定基础.     

基于新媒体技术的运营管理模式

针对微博、微信、微视频等新媒体及移动互联网的快速发展给运营商带来的巨大冲击,分析了运营商目前在新媒体领域遇到的困境及应对新媒体挑战的思路,提出了新媒体分析技术的方法和步骤,举例阐述了新媒体技术在营销支撑分析中的应用,从运营管理的角度介绍了运营管理和投诉管理的功能实现,并给出了基于新媒体运营管理功能的系统建设方案及系统实施效果.     

红外探测器组网预警技术研究

通过对红外探测器组网的可行性进行分析和对其优化配置,数据接入与融合以及预警系统评估技术进行研究,为发展预警探测系统的集成实验提供了技术支撑,并为提升我国红外探测器组网技术水平提出了一些新的思路.     

中波红外火情遥感的大气辐射传输特性

分析2005年在广西武鸣机场进行的人工火情测量试验中获得的由BOMEM MR-154FT高光谱仪测定的火情光谱特征发现:在中波4.34～4.76μm光谱段的辐亮度比火情遥感监测常用通道3.5～4.0μm有更强的响应关系.用模拟计算方法进一步分析了中波红外光谱的大气辐射特性.分别对中波波段主要的吸收气体(水汽、水汽连续、二氧化碳混合、二氧化碳、一氧化二氮、臭氧和气溶胶)影响辐射传输的情况进行模拟计算;选择中国内陆地区18种大气廓线样本和4种大气模型,分别进行辐射传输计算,获得了3～5μm谱段分谱大气透过率和大气程辐射等,并比较了新选择通道(4.42～4.78μm)与传统通道(3.55～3.95μm)在地面和传输到大气层顸后辐亮度的变化情况,为今后应用新探测通道奠定了基础.     

An unexpected all-metal aromatic tetranuclear silver cluster in human copper chaperone Atox1

Metal clusters, such as iron–sulfur clusters, play key roles in sustaining life and are intimately involved in the functions of metalloproteins. Herein we report the formation and crystal structure of a planar square tetranuclear silver cluster when silver ions were mixed with human copper chaperone Atox1. Quantum chemical studies reveal that two Ag 5s¹ electrons in the tetranuclear silver cluster fully occupy the one bonding molecular orbital, with the assumption that this Ag₄ cluster is Ag₄²⁺, leading to extensive electron delocalization over the planar square and significant stabilization. This bonding pattern of the tetranuclear silver cluster represents an aromatic all-metal structure that follows a 4n + 2 electron counting rule (n = 0). This is the first time an all-metal aromatic silver cluster was observed in a protein.

Preparation and Characterization of Methyl Jasmonate Microcapsules and Their Preserving Effects on Postharvest Potato Tuber

Potato tubers tend to sprout during long-term storage, resulting in quality deterioration and shortened shelf life. Restrictions on the use of chlorpropham, the major potato sprout suppressant, have led to a need to seek alternative methods. In this study, the effects of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) solutions and MeJA microcapsules on sprouting and other key quality attributes of the potato tuber were investigated. The results showed that the MeJA solution was most effective at 300 μmol L⁻¹ according to TOPSIS analysis. To prepare MeJA microcapsules, the optimal formulation is with 0.04% emulsifier, 2.5% sodium alginate, 0.5% chitosan and 3% CaCl₂. Compared to 300 μmol L⁻¹ MeJA solution, MeJA microcapsules consumed a lower dose of MeJA but demonstrated a better retaining effect on the overall quality attributes of potato tubers. MeJA microcapsules are promising agents for the preservation of postharvest potato tubers.     

Faraday-Michelson system for quantum cryptography

Quantum key distribution provides unconditional security for communication. Unfortunately, current experimental schemes are not suitable for long-distance fiber transmission because of phase drift or Rayleigh backscattering. In this Letter we present a unidirectional intrinsically stable scheme that is based on Michelson-Faraday interferometers, in which ordinary mirrors are replaced with 90 degree Faraday mirrors. With the scheme, a demonstration setup was built and excellent stability of interference fringe visibility was achieved over a fiber length of 175 km. Through a 125 km long commercial communication fiber cable between Beijing and Tianjin, the key exchange was performed with a quantum bit-error rate of less than 6%, which is to our knowledge the longest reported quantum key distribution experiment under field conditions.     

Tomatidine-stimulated maturation of human embryonic stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes for modeling mitochondrial dysfunction

Human embryonic stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (hESC-CMs) have been reported to exhibit immature embryonic or fetal cardiomyocyte-like phenotypes. To enhance the maturation of hESC-CMs, we identified a natural steroidal alkaloid, tomatidine, as a new substance that stimulates the maturation of hESC-CMs. Treatment of human embryonic stem cells with tomatidine during cardiomyocyte differentiation stimulated the expression of several cardiomyocyte-specific markers and increased the density of T-tubules. Furthermore, tomatidine treatment augmented the number and size of mitochondria and enhanced the formation of mitochondrial lamellar cristae. Tomatidine treatment stimulated mitochondrial functions, including mitochondrial membrane potential, oxidative phosphorylation, and ATP production, in hESC-CMs. Tomatidine-treated hESC-CMs were more sensitive to doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity than the control cells. In conclusion, the present study suggests that tomatidine promotes the differentiation of stem cells to adult cardiomyocytes by accelerating mitochondrial biogenesis and maturation and that tomatidine-treated mature hESC-CMs can be used for cardiotoxicity screening and cardiac disease modeling.Subject terms: Heart failure, Embryonic stem cells, Stem-cell differentiation
