脱镁叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿素b的联合同步荧光分析法

建立了脱镁叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿素b的联合同步荧光分析法。方法简便快速。脱镁叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿素b的线性范围分别为0～400ng/ml和0～200ng/ml,检出限分别为1ng/ml和0.5ng/ml。

为了研究排球比赛中的二传最优过程 ,本文基于决策论的理论和方法建立了排球二传最优过程的数学模型 .通过对模型的分析研究分别给出了最大概率准则和最大期望准则下的最优传球方式 .本文所得到的结果对排球队的训练和比赛有一定的指导意义 .     

Synthesis,characterization, and micellization of an epoxy‐based amphiphilic diblock copolymer of ϵ‐caprolactone and glycidyl methacrylate by enzymatic ring‐opening polymerization and atom transfer radical polymerization

Amphiphilic diblock copolymer polycaprolactone‐block‐poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PCL‐b‐PGMA) was synthesized via enzymatic ring‐opening polymerization (eROP) and atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). Methanol first initiated eROP of ?‐caprolactone (?‐CL) in the presence of biocatalyst Novozyme‐435 under anhydrous conditions. The resulting monohydroxyl‐terminated polycaprolactone (PCL–OH) was subsequently converted to a bromine‐ended macroinitiator (PCL–Br) for ATRP by esterification with α‐bromopropionyl bromide. PCL‐b‐PGMA diblock copolymers were synthesized in a subsequent ATRP of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). A kinetic analysis of ATRP indicated a living/controlled radical process. The macromolecular structures were characterized for PCL–OH, PCL–Br, and the block copolymers by means of nuclear magnetic resonance, gel permeation chromatography, and infrared spectroscopy. Differential scanning calorimetry and wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction analyses indicated that the copolymer composition (?‐CL/GMA) had a great influence on the thermal properties. The well‐defined, amphiphilic diblock copolymer PCL‐b‐PGMA self‐assembled into nanoscale micelles in aqueous solutions, as investigated by dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Prisoner＇s Dilemma Game with Nonlinear Attractive Effect on Regular Small-World Networks

We investigate a spatial Prisoner＇s Dilemma game with nonlinear attractive effect on regular small-world networks. The players located on the sites of networks can either cooperate with their neighbours or defect. In every generation, each player updates its strategy by firstly choosing one of the neighbours with a probability proportional to .A^α denoting the attractiveness of the neighbour, where .4 is the collected payoff and ^α （-〉0） is a free parameter characterizing the extent of nonlinear effect. Then each player adopts its strategy with a probability dependent on their payoff difference. Using Monte Carlo simulations, we investigate the density pc of cooperators in the stationary state for various values of α and the rewiring probability q of the network. It is shown that the introduction of such attractive effect remarkably promotes the emergence and persistence of cooperation over a wide range of the temptation to defect for the same network structures. We also point out that long-range connections either enhance or inhibit the cooperation, which depends on the value of α and the payoff parameter b.     

微纳米加工技术在纳米物理与器件研究中的应用

物质在纳米尺度下可能呈现出与体材料不同的物理特件，这正是纳米科技发展的基础之一。要想探索在纳米尺度下材料物埋性质的变化规律及可能的应用领域，离不开相应的技术手段，微纳米加工技术作为当今高技术发展的重要技术领域之一，是实现功能人工纳米结构与器件微纳米化的基础。本文根据几个不同的应用领域，介绍了微纳米加工技术在纳米物理与器件研究领域的应用。     

Modulation of Spin Distribution and Spin Transport by a Magnetic Field in a Quasi-One-Dimensional System with Spin--Orbit Coupling

The distributions of spin and currents modulated by magnetic field in a transverse parabolic confined two-dimensional electronic system with a Rashba spin--orbit coupling have been studied numerically. It is shown that the spin accumulation and the spin related current are generated by magnetic field if the spin--orbit coupling is presented. The distributions of charge and spin currents are antisymmetrical along the cross-section of confined system. A transversely applied electric field does not influence the characteristic behaviour of charge- and spin-dependent properties.     

单级A/O程序HSMBR系统性能和亚硝酸型SND

采用单级A/O程序复合膜生物反应器(HSMBR)处理高氨氮废水,研究了在低DO浓度下系统对有机物、氨氮和总氮的去除效率.研究结果表明:在低DO浓度下,COD,氨氮的平均去除率分别为94.4%和92.8%.由于进水COD/TN比仅为2.01,则使得总氮平均去除率仅为69.4%,但是当系统亚硝化累积率从60.5%～67.1%提高到83.5%～86.4%时,系统总氮去除率提高了17.7%.另外,DO在0.5～1.0 mg·L-1时,TN去除率为69.4%,亚硝酸盐氮累积率在60.5%～89.5%之间,可见维持低DO浓度可以实现亚硝酸型同时硝化反硝化.     

Synchronization of Chaotic Storage-Ring Free-Electron Laser by Bi-Directional Coupling Scheme with the Coupling Strength Varied Periodically

We analyse the chaotic dynamics of storage-ring free-electron lasers and report a bi-directional coupled scheme with the coupling strength varied periodically to synchronize two chaotic storage-ring free-electron lasers. The period is the same as the period of system＇s external modulation. ,The possibility of synchronization is proven according to the Lyapunov stability theory. The results of numerical simulation are obtained. Both the numerical simulation and theoretic analysis show that two storage-ring free-electron lasers can be controlled in the synchronization in a short time with this method.     

聚乳酸类医用生物降解材料的研究进展

聚乳酸由于其突出的优点如生物相容性好、降解产物对人体无毒而倍受重视,并且在生物医学领域的应用中获得了很好的效果。本文对聚乳酸的合成及在医学方面的应用作了总结和评述,并对其在生物医学领域的应用前景作了进一步展望。
