Asymmetric [2,3]-rearrangement of glycine-derived allyl ammonium ylids   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The first examples of highly enantioselective [2,3]-sigmatropic rearrangements of acyclic allylic ammonium ylids are reported. Thus, a range of N-{2'-[(N'-allyl-N',N'-dialkyl)ammonium]}acetyl camphor sultams undergo rearrangement at 0 degrees C in DME solution with high diastereofacial control (up to 99:1 dr) to give allylglycines in generally high yield. The power of the method has been demonstrated in a rapid and efficient synthesis of (R)-allyl glycine.  相似文献

Linear solvation energy relationships and free energy of transfer data were used to evaluate the influence of the surfactant counter-ion on selectivity in micellar electrokinetic chromatography. It was determined that selectivity differences are dependent on the valency of the counter-ion but not the type of counter-ion. Monovalent surfactants, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and lithium dodecyl sulfate, have nearly identical selectivity behavior. The divalent surfactants, magnesium didodecyl sulfate and copper didodecyl sulfate also show very similar behavior. However, when the divalent counter-ion species is compared to SDS under similar conditions, significant differences are observed. Most notably, the utilization of divalent counter-ion species of dodecyl sulfate surfactants causes the micelles to become more hydrophobic and a weaker hydrogen bond donating pseudo-stationary phases. It is believed that the divalent counter-ions reduce the electrostatic repulsion between the surfactant head groups and therefore, increase the chain packing of the monomers in the micelle aggregates. This reduces the degree of hydration of the micellar palisade layer leading to a decreased ability of the micelle to participate in polar/polarizable and hydrogen bonding interactions with solute molecules.  相似文献

本文研究我国野生大豆(Glycine soja)种子贮藏蛋白基因的结构,并与栽培大豆进行比较,构建成野生大豆Glycine soja SH1和栽培大豆Glycine max子叶cDNA库。用已知含球蛋白glycinin Gy 4基因的克隆DNA λS 312为探针,从两个cDNA库中分离出6个克隆。其中两个克隆pWS 228与pWS 242含全长cDNA,克隆cDNA的限制酶图谱和cDNA与基因组DNA的Southern法杂交表明它们代表野生大豆球蛋白glycinin Gy 4基因家族的两种表达拷贝。pWS 228 cDNA的部分序列已测定并与栽培大豆相应顺序作比较。分子杂交还证明Ⅱ类glycinin基因家族的组编在野生大豆胚形成过程中的变动。  相似文献

The polar tensors of cis and trans-1,2-difluoroethylenes have been determined with new normal modes based in a reassignment of nu(7) and nu(12) bands of the trans isomers and frequency values corrected for Fermi resonances and phase shifts. The signs of the dipole moment derivatives (and its directions, for B(u) symmetry species) were considered to be those of MP2/6-31G** estimates. Root mean square errors calculated for the new tensor element values from each pair of isotopomers (trans-1,2-C(2)H(2)F(2)/trans-1,2-C(2)D(2)F(2) and cis-1,2-C(2)H(2)F(2)/cis-1,2-C(2)D(2)F(2)) show that the new polar tensor sets fit the isotopic invariance criterion better than previously reported sets. The accuracy of polar tensor transference procedures was tested by calculating the infrared intensities of trans-1,2-C(2)H(2)F(2) through the new polar tensors of the cis isomer. The resulting estimates are very accurate and also support the new band assignment, though the A(6) intensity remains still somewhat underestimated.  相似文献

Ethylene (C2H4) adsorbed on the stoichiometric and oxygen-rich RuO2(110) surfaces, exposing coordinatively unsaturated Ru-cus and O-cus atoms, is investigated by applying high-resolution electron energy-loss spectroscopy and thermal desorption spectroscopy in combination with isotope labeling experiments. On the stoichiometric RuO2(110) surface C2H4 adsorbs and desorbs molecularly. In contrast, on the oxygen-rich RuO2(110) surface ethylene adsorbs molecularly at 85 K and is completely oxidized through interaction with O-cus and O-bridge upon annealing to 500 K. The first couple of reactions are observed at 200 K taking place on Ru-cus: A change from pi- to sigma-bonding, formation of -C=O and -C-O groups, and dehydrogenation giving rise to H2O adsorbed at Ru-cus. Maximum reaction rate is reached for C2H4 chemisorbed at Ru-cus with O-cus neighbors on each side. A model for the first couple of reactions is sketched. For the final combustion, C2H4 reacts both with O-cus and O-bridge. Ethylene oxide is not detected under any circumstance.  相似文献

The covalent immobilization of DNA onto self-assembled monolayer (SAM) modified gold electrodes (SAM/Au) was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectrometry and electrochemical method so as to optimize its covalent immobilization on SAMs. Three types of SAMs with hydroxyl, amino, and carboxyl terminal groups, respectively, were examined. Results obtained by both X-ray photoelectron spectrometry and cyclic voltammetry show that the largest covalent immobilization amount of dsDNA could be gained on hydroxyl-terminated SAM/Au. The ratio of amount of dsDNA immobilized on hydroxyl-terminated SAMs to that on carboxyl-terminated SAMs and to that on amino-terminated SAMs is (3-3.5): (1-1.5): 1. The dsDNA immobilized covalently on hydroxyl-terminated SAMs accounts for 82.8-87.6% of its total surface amount (including small amount of dsDNA adsorbed). So the hydroxyl-terminated SAM is a good substrate for the covalent immobilization of dsDNA on gold surfaces.  相似文献

p-Azidotetrafluoroaniline (1) was synthesized in 65-73% yield by two different methods employing a stable carbamate intermediate. The first method trapped the intermediate isocyanate generated via a modified Curtius rearrangement with 2-methyl-2-propanol or 2-(trimethylsilyl)ethanol to form the stable carbamates 2d and 2e, respectively. Benzoic acid 2c was first converted to its acid chloride with PCl(5). Displacement of the chloride by NaN(3) in acetone/water formed the acyl azide. Thermal rearrangement followed by the addition of the appropriate alcohols provided the carbamates. The acid labile carbamate 2d was deprotected with HCl/AcOH to provide 1, while trifluoroacetic acid was required to deprotect 2e and afford 1. In the second path, 1 was synthesized in five steps from pentafluoronitrobenzene (3a) in 65% overall yield. Compound 3a was converted into 4-azidotetrafluoronitrobenzene (3b) with NaN(3) in 93% yield and was used without further purification to form 1, 4-diaminotetrafluorobenzene (3c) by Sn/HCl reduction in 85% yield. The mono-9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl (FMOC) derivative 3d was formed from 3c with FMOC-Cl and pyridine in EtOAc in 92% yield. Diazotization of 3d under anhydrous conditions with TFA/NaNO(2) and NaN(3) gave 3e in 87% yield. The aryl azide was formed with concurrent nitration of the 2-position of the fluorenyl system. The protecting group was removed with piperidine to afford 1 in 93% yield. Irradiation of 1 with 254 nm light in cyclohexane gave cyclohexylamine 11, diamine 3c, and azobenzene 12 as the primary products. The formation of C-H insertion product 11 indicates that 1 forms a singlet nitrene upon photolysis. Two heterobifunctional photoaffinity reagents iodoacetamide 9 and dansyl derivative 10 were prepared.  相似文献
