This work presents the optimal design of a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) diode structure to eliminate the back gate bias effect and to improve breakdown voltage. The SOI structure is characterized by inserting a silicon low doping buried layer (LDBL) between the silicon layer and the buried oxide layer. The LDBL thickness is a key parameter that affects the strong inversion condition of the back MOS capacitor of the new SOI diode. The optimal LDBL thickness in the SOI diode is 2.65μm.The LDBL shielding layer improved the breakdown voltage. 相似文献

We report the asymmetric total synthesis of (+)-blennolide C and (+)-gonytolide C isolated from endophytic fungi. The synthesis involved construction of a spirochromanone with a chiral quaternary carbon by the aldol reaction of o-hydroxyacetophenones and optically active α-oxygenated cyclohexenone, followed by cyclization under acidic conditions. Oxidative cleavage of the alkene moiety of the spirochromanone furnished the chromanone diester. Through treating the diester with a Lewis acid, the first total synthesis of (+)-blennolide C was achieved by deprotecting the oxygen functionality of the diester and simultaneous Dieckmann condensation. Total synthesis of (+)-gonytolide C was also achieved by lactone formation from the deprotected diester. 相似文献

Using a method developed in theory of double beta decay[1], we propose a new mechanism, namely the two-nucleon pion absorption-emission mechanism for pion double charge exchange reaction at low energies. The calculations are compared with the experimental data of the angular distribution at 50 MeV and the 0° excitation functions of the DCX reactions on 14C, 18O with energies < 130 MeV.
