Abstract— The Stern-Volmer constants for fluorescence quenching by tetramethylethylene decrease in the order DMC ≫ DHP > F-2 > 8-MOP. The same order was observed for the quantum yields of [2+2] cycloaddition reaction with tetramethylethylene on direct irradiation. In [2+2] photocycloaddition of F-2 with tetramethylethylene in ethanol, the ratio of quantum yields deduced from singlet and triplet states of F-2; φ3010, is about 5. The excited triplet state is the reactive state for the [2+2] photocycloaddition of F-2 with tetramethylethylene in solution but the excited singlet state of F-2 becomes very important in biological conditions.  相似文献

It is important to study an exponential-constant p-n junction because it gives a realistic approximation for many diffused p-n junction profiles. To calculate the space-charge layer capacitance for this junction we use an abrupt space-charge edge approximation with a correction which includes the effect of the mobile carriers at the edges of the space-charge region. In this approach the offset voltage voff is used in place of the built-in potential as obtained from the depletion approximation. An analytical model for the space-charge region capacitance for an exponential-constant junction is developed. This model holds well for zero bias, for small forward voltages, and for reverse voltages. It shows good agreement when compared with the Chawla-Gummel model. It is simple and gives a direct relationship between the depletion capacitance and the applied voltage.  相似文献

By direct calculation of rotation matrices of SO(3), we show how certain specific sequence of eight consecutive rotations of digital angles can yield a tilting of a facet mirror. We also design a detailed program specifically to tilt an array of mirrors from planar orientation to the required focusing orientation. We describe how to use the 8-step to realize the focusing of the mirror array. We have found, in our designed program, an important feature of row-sharing during the rotations for the columns and similarly the column-sharing during the rotations for the row. This feature can save a lot of operating time during the actual realization of the mechanical movements.  相似文献

While the market potentials and impacts of web-based e-commerce are still in the ascendant, the advances in wireless technologies and mobile networks have brought about a new business opportunity and research attention, what is termed mobile commerce. Commonly, mobile commerce is considered to be another new application of existing web-based e-commerce onto wireless networks, but as an independent business area, mobile commerce has its own advantages and challenges as opposed to traditional e-commerce applications. This paper focuses on exploring the unique features of mobile commerce as compared with traditional e-commerce. Also, there are still some limitations arisen in m-commerce in contrast to web-based e-commerce. Finally, current state of mobile commerce in Japan is presented in brief, with an introduction of several cases involving mobile commerce applications in today's marketplace.  相似文献

A simple and accurate model of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with a light load is presented in this paper. The light-load condition is always needed in integrated circuit manufacturing machines in order to achieve a fast, accurate and minimum overshoot response. The model proposed here can help a designer to specify the controller's specifications and also to verify the hardware of motor drives. The differential equations of the PMSM are handled by the macromodels in PSPICETM. Moreover, it is revealed that the PMSM system is operating in a 4-state mode rather than a 2-state mode. Experimental results are provided to verify the simulation results of this model. The heavy load condition is also simulated.  相似文献

A new mathematical formulation, called the pseudovorticity–velocity formulation, of the three-dimensional incompressible Navier–Stokes equations is presented as an alternative to the vorticity–velocity approach. For the model lid-driven cavity flow problem in two and three dimensions, combined with an explicit mixed spectral /finite different numerical scheme the proposed formulation is found to be efficient and very accurate as compared with the results available in the literature. In particular, the simulation results demonstrate an attractive feature of the present formulation compared with the vorticity–velocity approach, namely that the divergence-free condition of the velocity field can always be achieved on a non-staggered mesh.  相似文献

The Bethe-Salpeter equation for an electromagnetic bound system of spins (1/2—1/2) or (1/2—1/2) with unequal masses are solved in this paper. The approximate B.S. wave functions for these systems are given. Utilising these wave functions, the decay rate and branching ratio for Ξ0→(Σ+μ)+vμ are calculated with accuracy up to order O(α). The results are wΞ0→(Σ+μ)+vμ1.12(1/sec) and R=[wΞ0→(Σ+μ)+vμ]/[wΞ0→(Σ+μ)+vμ]4.7×10-7. Similarly, the process Λ→(pμ)+vμ is also discussed.  相似文献
