Fluorescent silicon quantum dots (SiQDs) are facilely prepared via one-pot microwave-assisted synthesis. The as-prepared SiQDs feature excellent aqueous dispersibility, robust photo- and pH-stability, strong fluorescence, and favorable biocompatibility. Experiments show the SiQDs are superbly suitable for long-term immunofluorescent cellular imaging. Our results provide a new and invaluable methodology for large-scale synthesis of high-quality SiQDs, which are promising for various optoelectronic and biological applications.  相似文献

Palladium(II)and chloride ions tend to form complexes in aqueous solution.Both theoretical and experimental(by UV spectrum)results indicate that there are four complexes formed in aqueous solution containing 3 mol/L hydrochloric acid and 20mmol/L PdCl2.This work evaluates the kinetics of electrochemical deposition of palladium on a Platinum electrode.For this purpose,palladium electrodeposition was investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry(CV),potentiostatic current-time transients(CTTs)and Tafel curve.By CTTs curves,the regions corresponding to the charge transfer control,mixed control and diffusion control were identified.In the diffusion control region,palladium electrodeposition mechanism was characterized as progressive nucleation with three-dimensional(3D)growth under diffusion control;as for the mixed control region,an adsorption(IAds),ion transfer(IIT),and nucleation and growth(ING)model were proposed to analyze the current-time transients quantitatively,which could separate the IAds,IIT and ING perfectly.  相似文献

The mitomycins, a family of bioactive natural products, feature a compact 6/5/5-fused polycyclic ring structure densely decorated with highly reactive and/or fragile quinone, amino ketal, and aziridine as well as carbamate moieties. It is this striking feature that has defeated numerous synthetic attempts towards these apparently small molecules, rendering them one of the most formidable targets for total synthesis. We herein report the first enantioselective synthesis of (+)-mitomycin K, a representative of G series mitomycins. The key step of this synthesis is an enantioselective oxidative cyclization catalyzed by a palladium/(+)-sparteine system that had previously been developed by our group. The robustness of this method bodes well for further applications in the asymmetric total synthesis of natural products, particularly those with characteristic 6/5/5-fused pyrroloindole skeletons.  相似文献

A novel, magnetically recoverable carbonaceous solid acid Fe3O4@C-SO3H catalyst for the conversion of carbohydrates to 5-ethoxymethylfurfural (EMF) was developed. The effect of the DMSO fraction in the ethanol-DMSO binary solvent on the distribution of the reaction products was investigated. The catalyst showed an excellent activity in the synthesis of EMF from fructose and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF). 5- Ethoxymethylfurfural was also obtained with a high yield of 64.2% in an ethanol–DMSO solvent system via one-step conversion of fructose. After reaction, the catalyst could be recovered by exposure of the reaction mixture to external magnetic field and reused several times without a loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

Mass spectrometry imaging of lipids using MALDI–TOF/TOF mass spectrometers is of growing interest for chemical mapping of organic compounds at the surface of tissue sections. Many efforts have been devoted to the best matrix choice and deposition technique. Nevertheless, the identification of lipid species desorbed from tissue sections remains problematic. It is now well-known that protonated, sodium- and potassium-cationized lipids are detected from biological samples, thus complicating the data analysis. A new sample preparation method is proposed, involving the use of lithium salts in the matrix solution in order to simplify the mass spectra with only lithium-cationized molecules instead of a mixture of various cationized species. Five different lithium salts were tested. Among them, lithium trifluoroacetate and lithium iodide merged the different lipid adducts into one single lithium-cationized species. An optimized sample preparation protocol demonstrated that the lithium trifluoroacetate salt slightly increased desorption of phosphatidylcholines. Mass spectrometry images acquired on rat brain tissue sections by adding lithium trifluoroacetate showed the best results in terms of image contrast. Moreover, more structurally relevant fragments were generated by tandem mass spectrometry when analyzing lithium-cationized species.  相似文献

The effect of substituents on the oxidation potential for the one-electron reaction of 1,4-dimethoxybenzene was understood with a theoretical calculation based on density functional theory (DFT) at the level of B3LYP/6-311+G(d). It is found that the oxidation potential for the one-electron reaction of 1,4-dimethoxybenzene is 4.13 V (vs Li/Li(+)) and can be changed from 3.8 to 5.9 V (vs Li/Li(+)) by substituting electron-donating or electron-withdrawing groups for the hydrogen atoms on the aromatic ring. These potentials are in the range of the limited potentials for the lithium ion batteries using different cathode materials, and thus the substituted compounds can be selected as the redox shuttles for the overcharge prevention of these batteries. The oxidation potential of 1,4-dimethoxybenzene decreases when the hydrogen atoms are replaced with electron-donating groups but increases when replaced with electron-withdrawing groups. The further oxidation of these substituted compounds was also analyzed on the basis of the theoretic calculation.  相似文献

The determination of seven arsenic species in seafood was performed using ion exchange chromatography on an IonPac AS7 column with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry detection after microwave assisted extraction. The effect of five parameters on arsenic extraction recoveries was evaluated in certified reference materials. The recoveries of total arsenic and of arsenic species with the two best extraction media (100% H2O and 80% aqueous MeOH) were generally similar in the five seafood certified reference materials considered. However, because MeOH co-elutes with arsenite, which would result in a positively biased arsenite concentration, the 100% H2O extraction conditions were selected for validation of the method. Figures of merit (linearity, LOQs (0.019-0.075 mg As kg−1), specificity, trueness (with recoveries between 82% (As(III)) and 104% (As(V) based on spikes or certified concentrations), repeatability (3-14%), and intermediate precision reproducibility (9-16%) of the proposed method were satisfactory for the determination of arsenite, monomethylarsonic acid, dimethylarsinic acid, arsenate, arsenobetaine and arsenocholine in fish and shellfish. The performance criteria for trimethylarsine oxide, however, were less satisfactory. The method was then applied to 65 different seafood samples. Arsenobetaine was the main species in all samples. The percentage of inorganic arsenic varied between 0.4-15.8% in shellfish and 0.5-1.9% at the utmost in fish. The main advantage of this method that uses only H2O as an extractant and nitric acid as gradient eluent is its great compatibility with the long-term stability of both IEC separation and ICP-MS detection.  相似文献

The inclusion‐complexation behavior of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) with the three polyamine‐modified β‐cyclodextrins (CDs) 1 – 3 was investigated in both solution and the solid state by means of NMR, XRD, and FT‐IR spectroscopy. The results showed that the apparent solubility of CoQ10 increased linearly upon addition of hosts 1 – 3 , giving AL‐type phase‐solubility curves. These hosts 1 – 3 were able to solubilize CoQ10 to high levels, up to 1.35, 1.52, and 1.44 mg/ml (calculated as CoQ10), respectively. The host 2 with a moderate‐length chain is the most suitable for inclusion complexation of CoQ10. Accroding to the ROESY experiments, the MeO groups of CoQ10 and the tether of 2 can be co‐included into the cavity of β‐CD through the induced‐fit interaction between host and guest. The binding ability of modified β‐CDs 1 – 3 upon complexation with CoQ10 are discussed from the viewpoints of the size/shape‐matching relationship and the induced‐fit concept between host CDs and guest CoQ10 molecule.  相似文献

A series of diamide derivatives containing α-amino acids were designed and synthesized. These compounds were evaluated for their insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella, Mythimna separate, Myzus persicae, and Tetranychus cinnabarinus. Most of the title compounds containing an l -phenylglycine skeleton were endowed with good activities at the concentration of 500 mg·L−1. Compounds ( R)-A6 showed a potential value for further optimization as an insecticidal lead with the LC50 value of 86.8 mg·L−1.  相似文献
