热氧化磁控溅射金属锌膜合成一维ZnO纳米棒

利用退火热氧化射频磁控溅射金属锌膜的方法在Si(111)衬底上制备了一维Zn O纳米棒,同时用多种测试手段对样品的晶体结构、表面形貌和光学性能进行了研究.XRD,SEM和TEM的测试结果表明,Zn O纳米棒为单晶相六方纤锌矿结构,呈头簪状向外发散生长,直径在30～60 nm左右,其长度可达几μm.PL 谱测试结果表明:在波长为280 nm光的激发下,在372 nm处有强的近带边紫外光发射和516 nm处的较微弱深能级绿光发射.说明合成的一维Zn O纳米棒的结晶质量和光学性能优良

Investigation on ultrafast thrid—order optical nonlinearity of metal（dmit）2／mnt）2 Charge transfer complexes

We have investigated the transient third-order optical nonlinearity of the solutions of Metal(dmit)2/(mnt)2 salts in acetone by employing femtosecond optical Kerr gate measurement at 830nm wavelength.An order of enhancement on the second-order hyperppolarizability is found for the above salts with central atoms of Cu and Ni.We have suggested an explanation for the enhancement based on the extension of electronic conjugation by the entring Cu or Ni atom.

Thickness decrease of a grafted polyelectrolyte membrane exposed to shear flow

The effect of the shear flow on the thickness change of a polyelectrolyte membrane grafted onto a glass substrate was directly investigated with a flow cell combined with a confocal laser scanning microscope. The membrane thickness decreased proportionally to an increase in the shear stress of the flow when the shear rate exceeded a critical value of 1 s^?1. The higher the ionic strength was of the fluid, the greater the thinning effect was. The correlation between the critical shear rate and the relaxation of the polymer in the gel membrane was examined. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Rapid syntheses of oligo(p-phenyleneethynylene)s via iterative convergent approach

A general and controlled bidirectional growth strategy enable a very rapid and efficient construction of oligo(phenyleneethynylene)s possessing functional groups such as methylthio and thioacetate groups at both ends. The strategy employs only one reaction type with good to moderate yields to grow the conjugated chains. The synthesis is efficient and can give 23 benzene rings and 22 carbon-carbon triple bonds in the conjugated chains. The compounds are fully characterized by ¹H and ¹³C NMR and UV/vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.
