The paper deals with the investigation of energy dissipated during processes of charging and discharging of nonlinear MOSFET capacitors. The analysis concerns the CMOS circuits. The effect of simultaneous change of gate-to-source and drain-to-source voltages of one transistor is taken into account. The temperature influence on nonlinear MOSFET capacitors and energy gathered by them is also considered. The theoretical assessment is compared with HSPICE simulation results (BSIM3v3 model) for 0.35 μm technology.  相似文献

 A variety of nonionic reactive surfactants have been prepared from block copolymer precursors. These precursors are formed from a commercially available polyoxyethylene glycol monomethylether as the hydrophilic sequence of the surfactant; this product is used as initiator of ring opening anionic polymerization of butylene oxide. Finally the reactive surfactants are obtained after proper functionalization of the precursor. The reactive surfactants are an inisurf with an asymmetric azo compound, a transurf with a thiol group, and a few surfmers with acrylic, methacrylic, styrenic and α-methyl styrenic reactive groups. These compounds have been engaged in styrene emulsion or dispersion polymerization. Several of them have been found to be useful for preparing stable latices. Laser flash photolysis with excitation at 248 nm was used to study photochemically derived changes of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) in aqueous solutions. Transient absorption spectra of solutions after photolysis revealed a broad band with a maximum of approximately 720 nm, which could be ascribed to the signal of the hydrated electron. The interaction of the hydrated electron with CMC was slow (<107 dm3 mol?1 s?1), but the OH radical, formed by the decomposition of H2O2, reacted with CMC at a high rate constant (9.5–11.0 × 108 dm3 mol?1 s?1). The rate constant of the reactions of CMC with hydroxyl radicals depended on the conformation of the macromolecules, which was determined by the pH of the solution. Transient absorption was recorded at a wavelength shorter than 370 nm for CMC solutions photolyzed in the presence of H2O2. As a result of OH attack, long‐lived radicals were formed on CMC. The recombination of macroradicals led to the formation of crosslinking bonds between side‐chain groups, and as a result of it an insoluble gel arose in low‐pH solutions. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Nuclear dissipation in capture reactions is investigated using backtracing, a new analysis protocol. Combining analysis procedure with dynamical models, the difficult and long-standing problem of competition and mixing between quasifission and fusion-fission is solved for the first time. The nature of the relevant dissipation is determined as one-body dissipation. At low excitation energy where shell effects are strongly effective, the shape of the mass distribution could be a powerful check of the nature and the magnitude of the dissipation.  相似文献

The application of ester-interchange reactions to the crystallization-induced reorganization of random to block copolymers, which was demonstrated in the previous paper of this series, was followed quantitatively in this investigation. Structural changes based upon dyad compositions in copolyesters of terephthalic acid and 2-methylsuccinic acid with ethylene glycol were determined by high-resolution NMR. Sequence length distributions so calculated were related to the effects of copolymer composition, catalyst concentration, and reaction temperature on the rate of the ordering process and to the effect of structure on crystalline properties.  相似文献

Polycrystalline samples of europium-doped K5Li2GdF10 have been obtained by a slow cooling of melted compound and investigated using spectroscopy methods. Luminescence from the 5 D 2 level of Eu3+ is found to be weak. Intense visible emission upon excitation into the 5 D 2 or higher energy levels has been attributed to overlapping transitions from long-lived 5 D 1 and 5 D 0 levels. A strong increase of the 5 D 0 emission at the expense of the 5 D 1 emission occurs between 5 K and 25 K without significant change of the 5 D 1 lifetime. To account for this, it is supposed that both the radiative and the nonradiative transition rates are temperature-dependent. Efficient energy transfer from the 6 G J levels of Gd3+ to Eu3+ ions has been evidenced by excitation spectra in the VUV region and VUV-excited luminescence. It is shown how to estimate the long-term average sound level, LAeqLT (for free flowing road traffic) from measurements of the hourly A-weighted equivalent sound level, LAeq1h. To estimate the parameters of the model which describe noise emission and attenuation, concurrent measurements of LAeq1h at two distances from the considered road are needed. A semi-empirical formula is derived for LAeqLT approximation. Also the uncertainty of this approximation is given as a function the distance from the road and receiver height.  相似文献

Supported metal nanoparticles are used as heterogeneous catalysts but often deactivated due to sintering at high temperatures. Confining metal species into a porous matrix reduces sintering, yet supports rarely provide additional stabilization. Here, we used the silanol-rich layered zeolite IPC-1P to stabilize ultra-small Rh nanoparticles. By adjusting the IPC-1P interlayer space through swelling, we prepared various architectures, including microporous and disordered mesoporous. In situ scanning transmission electron microscopy confirmed that Rh nanoparticles are resistant to sintering at high temperature (750 °C, 6 hrs). Rh clusters strongly bind to surface silanol quadruplets at IPC-1P layers by hydrogen transfer to clusters, while high silanol density hinders their migration based on density functional theory calculations. Ultimately, combining swelling with long-chain surfactant and utilizing metal-silanol interactions resulted in a novel, catalytically active material—Rh@IPC_C22.  相似文献

Sequential simplex methods are common and efficient optimization techniques applied in analytical chemistry. This study reports on the optimization of LC separation of coumarins using a variable-size simplex algorithm. The solvent systems consisted of methanol, water and tetrahydrofuran. Using an optimized method, seven standard simple coumarins and furanocoumarins derived from plants were successfully separated in one chromatographic run. The mobile phase at the point corresponding to the optimum consisted of 34% MeOH, 59% H2O and 7% THF. Applying a solvent mixture in this proportion permitted separation of all critical pairs, such as esculetin/scopoletin, scopoletin/umbelliferone, umbelliferone/coumarin and xanthotoxin/psoralen. The retention ratio factors k for coumarins at the optimum of the simplex algorithm lay in the range 1 < k < 4. The optimal conditions assigned to the coumarin standards were then applied to the plant matter: herb of the rue (Ruta graveolens L., Rutae herba), anthodium of the camomile (Chamomilla recutita L., Chamomillae anthodium), herb of the southernwood (Artemisia abrotanum L., Abrotani herba), and radix of the lovage (Levisticum officinale K., Levistici radix). The validity of the method was confirmed with respect to these samples.  相似文献
