IPTV助推数字家庭时代的到来

不同行业都在关注数字家庭的发展，但数字家庭发展缓慢的现状不容忽视。现阶段来看通信和媒体娱乐业务是数字家庭市场需求的重点，基于电信网络的数字家庭通过借助IPTV的音视频和增值应用业务可以顺应此要求。IPTV业务包括基本的音视频广播、点播、时移业务，以及信息服务、音视频通信、互动游戏、即时通讯、卡拉OK、远程教育等增值应用服务，非常适合数字家庭的发展需要，将使数字家庭的应用变得更为现实。未来，进一步推动数字家庭发展需要在易用性和业务创新两个方面取得突破，需要通过设备间的协同工作，为用户提供基于数据、语音、视频的三重业务新体验。     

介绍《电工电子实践课程丛书》--东南大学电工电子系列实践课程教改成果之一

本文介绍由东南大学组织编写，东南大学出版社出版的《电工电子实践课程丛书》的编写背景，每本教材内容的简要内容，特色与使用情况。     

Measurement of small-signal and large-signal responses of packaged laser modules at high temperature

In this paper, the pulsed injection method is extended to measure the chip temperature of various packaged laser modules, such as the DFB laser modules, the FP laser modules, and the EML laser modules. An optimal injection condition is obtained by investigating the dependence of the lasing wavelength on the width and period of the injection pulse in a relatively wide temperature range. The small-signal frequency responses and large-signal performances of packaged laser modules at different chip temperature are measured. The adiabatic small-signal modulation characteristics of packaged LD are first extracted. In the large-signal measurement, the effects of chip temperature, bias current and driving signal on the performances of the laser modules are discussed. It has been found that the large-signal performances of the EML modules depend on the different red-shift speeds of the DFB and EAM sections as chip temperature varying, and the optimal characteristics may be achieved at higher temperature.     

Analysis of Surface Plasmon Polariton Using Anisotropic Finite Elements

The anisotropic finite-element mesh is deployed in a vector finite-element method to numerically derive surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) more efficiently. The superiority of the anisotropic mesh lies in the fact that SPP modes, predictably, have a sharp field variation in the surface-normal direction, whereas the variation along the surface-tangent direction is comparably gentle. A case study on metallic fiber shows that the employment of anisotropic finite elements reduces the problem size by a factor of seven.     

Local chemical distribution and electronic structure of Ge1−xTx DMS single crystals (T=Cr,Mn, Fe)

The spatial concentration distribution and local electronic structure of ferromagnetic Ge_1−xT_x (T=Cr, Mn, Fe) DMS single crystals have been investigated by using scanning photoelectron microscopy (SPEM), X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS), and photoemission spectroscopy (PES). It is found that doped T ions in Ge_1−xT_x crystals are chemically phase-separated, suggesting that the observed ferromagnetism arises from the phase-separated T-rich phases in Ge_1−xT_x.     

Preparation and Characterization of a Cobalt‐Containing Mono‐Phosphine Ligand and its Coordinated Molybdenum Complex

A cobalt‐containing monodentate phosphine [(μ₂‐PPh₂CH₂PPh₂‐κ²P)Co₂(CO)₄][μ₂‐η²‐PhC≡CP(i‐Pr)₂] 2f , was prepared from the reaction of (μ₂‐PPh₂CH₂PPh₂‐κ²P)Co₂(CO)₆ 1 with PhC≡CP(i‐Pr)₂. It was accompanied by an oxidized compound, [(μ₂‐PPh₂CH₂PPh₂‐κ²P)Co₂(CO)₄][μ₂‐η²‐PhC≡CP(=O)(i‐Pr₂)] 2fo during the chromatographic process. Further reaction of 2f with Mo(CO)₆ resulted in the formation of a 2f ‐ligated molybdenum complex 4 , [(μ₂‐PPh₂CH₂PPh₂‐κ²P)Co₂(CO)₄][μ₂‐η²‐PhC≡CP(i‐Pr₂)‐κP]‐Mo(CO)₅.

短路过渡电弧焊电流信号的近似熵分析

依据近似熵的理论和算法，从非线性角度对纯CO₂保护气体条件下短路过渡电弧焊的电流信号进行了近似熵分析.通过对不同的送丝速度、给定电压及气体流量下电流信号的近似熵计算和比较，表明近似熵可以作为短路过渡稳定性的评判标准.近似熵越大，波动越小，焊接过程就越稳定. 关键词： 非线性 近似熵 短路过渡 稳定性     

Investigation of the Doughnut Effect in Cy3-Labeled Protein Microarrays using Scanning Near-Field Optical Microscope

We demonstrate the fluorescence mapping of protein microarrays by the technique of scanning near-field optical microscopy (SNOM) and confocal microscopy. Micron sized spots (300 μm) of human Immunoglobulin G (hIgG) protein with and without a Cy3 dye labeling have been fabricated on glass substrates by an immobilization method which makes use of calixcrown derivatives termed Prolinker. We have also tried to probe into the well-known “doughnut effect” observed in fluorescence images of proteins using the SNOM technique. The topographic and fluorescence SNOM images revealed that the number of proteins at the boundary of the spot were more than at the center in the case of the microarray spot which showed brighter luminescence at the edge than at the center in the confocal image.
