In this paper we propose a method for the integration of the synthesis of silver-tetracyanoquinodimethane (AgTCNQ) and the
fabrication of its devices within one step. The method was performed by electroplating Ag between gold coplanar micro-gap
electrodes in tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) solution. As soon as silver was electrochemically dissolved in the TCNQ solution,
it immediately reacted with TCNQ to form AgTCNQ and then deposited between Au gap electrodes. With the continuing of the reaction,
the Au micro-gap electrodes were connected by AgTCNQ to form Au/AgTCNQ/Au coplanar gap devices. With this electroplating technique,
series gap devices of AgTCNQ were fabricated, and the devices exhibited switching phenomena with good reproducibility. This
method integrated the synthesis of AgTCNQ and the fabrication of its devices within a single step, and should be also inspirable
for other charge transfer complexes.

Four new chiral 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-derived β-amino alcohols were synthesized from commercially available L-DOPA. A widely and continuously tunable optical parametric generator (OPG) pumped by a 1064-nm acoustooptically Q-switched diode-end-pumped Nd:YAG laser based on MgO-doped periodically poled LiNbO3 crystal with a multigrating structure (29.2-30.4 μm) is reported.A broad continuous signal spectrum of 1513-1700 nm is obtained by changing the crystal grating periods from 29.2 to 30.4μm and by tuning the crystal temperature from 30 to 180 ℃ simultaneously.When the average pump power is 1.82 W with pulse duration of about 70 ns operating at a repetition rate of 10 kHz,the maximum signal output power of the periodically poled MgO-doped lithium niobate (PPMgLN) OPG is about 210 mW corresponding to the idler and total powers of 118.4 and 328.4 mW respectively. 相似文献

An on-line monitoring system for radioactive wastewater was designed to discriminate the type and concentration of the radionuclides discharged from nuclear facilities. An HPGe semiconductor was used as the detector in the system for continuous monitoring by pumping wastewater. The minimum detectable activity for 137Cs was 0.4 Bq L−1 after 10 min of measuring wastewater with the system. The system can detect excessive radioactivity in the wastewater and quickly and effectively alert personnel. Based on the experimental measurements and the Monte Carlo simulation, the detection efficiency of the system was calibrated, and an efficiency curve was determined for the energy range from 50 to 2754 keV.
