CRYSTALLIZATION AND MELTING OF POLY（ETHYLENE OXIDE） CONFINED IN NANOSTRUCTURED PARTICLES WITH CROSS-LINKED SHELLS OF POLYBUTADIENE

Small fixed aggregates of a poly(ethylene oxide)-block-polybutadiene diblock copolymer(PEO-b-PB)in THFsolution were obtained by adding a selective solvent for PB blocks,followed by cross-linking the PB shells.Themorphologies of the nanostructured particles with a cross-linked shell were investigated by atomic force microscopy andtransmission electron microscopy.The average behaviors of the PEO crystallization and melting confined within thenanostructured particles were studied by using differential scanning calorimetry experiments.For the deeply cross-linkedsample(SCL-1),the crystallization of the PEO blocks was fully confined.The individual nanoparticles only crystallized atvery low crystallization temperatures(T_cs),wherein the homogenous primary nucleation determined the overallcrystallization rate.For the lightly cross-linked sample(SCL-2),the confinement effect was T_c dependent.At T_c(?)42℃,thecrystallization and melting behaviors of SCL-2 were similar to those of the pure PEO-b-PB diblock copolymer.At T_c>42℃,SCL-2 could form PEO lamellae thicker than those of the pure PEO-b-PB crystallized at the same T_c.     

A mesoporous template route to the low-temperature preparation of efficient green light emitting Zn2SiO4:Mn phosphors

Green light emitting Zn2SiO4:Mn phosphors have been prepared via a low-temperature solid-state reaction using mesoporous silica SBA-15 template. This mesoporous silica template method features low-temperature formation of phosphors and easy doping. The structure and morphology of the phosphors were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, and N2 adsorption/desorption techniques, which confirmed the single crystallinity, ordered mesostructure, closed pore channels, and elongated ropelike morphology. The luminescent properties were examined by photoluminescence spectroscopy at room temperature, and the results of fluorescence decay time measurements show non-single-exponential decay behavior and a decrease of the decay time with an increase of the Mn concentration.     

希土元素与三甲胺氧化物配合物的制备及光谱性质

尽管文献报道了三甲胺氧化物与Mn、Co、Ni、Zn、Cd、Cu等多种离子在有机溶剂中形成较稳定的配合物。但对其金属配合物的研究远不如芳香族杂环化合物那样引起人们广泛的注意。本文研究了它与希土元素形成配合物的合成和光谱性质。     

PIXE法分析共聚物中痕量氯

四氟乙烯和全氟4-甲基-3,6-二氧杂-△~7辛基磺酰氟在溶剂氟里昂-113(F-113)中进行自由基引发聚合反应时,共聚物(T-O)是否有链转移,可以通过测定所得共聚物中的含氯量来得以证实。我们首次应用质子X萤光分析法(PIXE)进行分析。结果表明,共聚物中含氯量小于1ppm,F-113溶剂并未发生链转移。同时,我们测定了已证明有F-113参与链转移反应的F_(40)试样,含氯量高达700ppm。

Controlling the size of nanostructures in thin films via blending of block copolymers and homopolymers

The effects of molecular weight and concentration of poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) homopolymer or symmetric short polystyrene-block-poly (methyl methacrylate) (PS-b-PMMA) diblock copolymer on the size of the nanostructures of its blends with symmetric long PS-b-PMMA diblock copolymer have been investigated by atomic force microscopy. By careful controlling of the film thickness, solvent selectivity, and annealing time, PMMA cylindrical microdomains oriented normal to the film surface were obtained in all thin films. With the addition of both low- and high-molecular-weight PMMA homopolymers, the cylindrical domain sizes increased although it was less obvious for the lower molecular weight homopolymer. In contrast to the homopolymer, adding the short chain diblock copolymer resulted in a decrease in the cylindrical domain size, which was ascribed to the reduction of the interfacial tension and increase in the stretching energy.     

超临界反应条件下Y型分子筛催化剂失活的研究

对苯烷基化过程中Ｙ型分子筛催化剂的失活进行了多方面的实验研究。结果表明，超临界条件下该催化剂的活性寿命比液相条件下长达四倍以上，借助色－质谱联用机分析两种操作的反应产物，发现含有多环物质，并且它们的种类和数量随条件而不同。根据热力学原理，建立了多环物在超蚧流体中的溶解模型，并以并四苯，并五苯和并六苯作为焦前物模拟物进行了计算。     

Size-controlled preparation of Cu2O octahedron nanocrystals and studies on their optical absorption

We report herein the size-controlled preparation of monodispersed cuprous oxide octahedron nanocrystals smaller than 100 nm. The method is based on the reduction of copper nitrate in Triton X-100 water-in-oil (w/o) microemulsions by gamma-irradiation. The average edge length of the octahedron-shaped nanocrystals varies from 45 to 95 nm as a function of the dose rate. The quantum confinement effect was illustrated by the blueshift in the optical absorption. In addition, the growth process was also traced by absorption spectra.     

Thermokinetics on the reaction of formation of Dy[(C<Subscript>5</Subscript>H<Subscript>8</Subscript>NS<Subscript>2</Subscript>)<Subscript>3</Subscript>(C<Subscript>12</Subscript>H<Subscript>8</Subscript>N<Subscript>2</Subscript>)]

The enthalpy change of formation of the reaction of hydrous dysprosium chloride with ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) and 1,10-phenanthroline (o-phen?H₂O) in absolute ethanol at 298.15 K has been determined as (-16.12 ± 0.05) kJ?mol^-1 by a microcalormeter. Thermodynamic parameters (the activation enthalpy, the activation entropy and the activation free energy), rate constant and kinetics parameters (the apparent activation energy, the pre-exponential constant and the reaction order) of the reaction have also been calculated. The enthalpy change of the solid-phase reaction at 298.15 K has been obtained as (53.59 ± 0.29) kJ?mol^t-1 by a thermochemistry cycle. The values of the enthalpy change of formation both in liquid-phase and solid-phase reaction indicated that the complex could only be synthesized in liquid-phase reaction.     

Enantioselective synthesis of 10-epi-anamarine via an iterative dihydroxylation sequence

[reaction: see text] The enantioselective syntheses of 10-epi-anamarine and 5,10-epi,epi-anamarine have been achieved in 13 to 14 steps. The route relies upon an enantio- and regioselective Sharpless dihydroxylation of either dienoates or trienoates to establish the C-8 to C-11 stereochemistry. A diastereoselective Leighton allylation established the desired C-5 stereochemistry. The route also relies upon a ring-closing metathesis to establish the alpha,beta-unsaturated lactones.
