There're about 10^{11} neurons in the human brain.Through the synaptic junction, neurons have formed a highly complex network.And it is really important to figure out the information expressed in the network, which will contribute to the resolution of the prevention and diagnosis of cognitive disorder of human beings. This paper uses the schizophrenia and healthy controlled subjects' fMRI data to construct the brain network model, in order to explores abnormal topological properties of schizophrenics' brain network based on graph theory. When studying the human brain network information traditionally by the basement of graph theory, it's all assure that the human brain network model has invariance, so it takes the whole period of time series data in constructing human network model, which is a kind static network. However, it's hard to ensure this because of the nonstationarity of fMRI functional time series data. Thus, when constructing human brain network model, we should take its time-variation into consideration, then construct a dynamic brain network. We can explore the brain network information better. In this research, we segment the time series data, using time windows, to constructing dynamic brain network model, then analyze it combined with the knowledge of graph theory, thereby reducing effects that the nonstationarity of fMRI functional time series data will have. Comparing dynamic brain network of the schizophrenic patients with normal controls subjects' in different level, the results show that there are difference in single node property, group network property of schizophrenic patients and normal control subjects' whole brain dynamic functional connectivity network. The discovery of these difference in network topological properties has provide new clues for the further study on the pathological mechanism of schizophrenia.     

依赖于一阶导数的(n-1,1)共轭m点边值问题正解的存在性

利用锥上的Krasnoselskii's不动点定理的推广定理,讨论了一类边值问题,给出了相应依赖于一阶导数的非线性n阶m点边值问题至少一个正解的存在性.对于n阶m点边值问题,给出了相应的Green 函数.证明了在非线性项厂满足一定的增长条件下至少存在1个正解.并且给出了一个例子来说明所获得的结果.     

长枝沙菜Hypnea Charoides次级代谢物的分离与结构鉴定

对采自中国南海的红藻长枝沙菜 Hypnea Charoides的次级代谢物进行研究 ,从中分离得到 4个化合物 ,通过核磁共振、质谱等现代波谱分析技术确定其结构为 :豆甾 - 5 ,2 2 -二烯 - 3β-醇 - 3- o- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖甙 ( Ⅰ)、1 - o-十六碳酰基 -甘油酯 ( Ⅱ )、棕榈酸 ( Ⅲ )、正二十四烷 ( Ⅳ ) ,这些化学成分均首次从长枝沙菜中分离得到。

More new exact solutions for a class of nonlinear coupled differential equations are obtained by using a direct and efficient hyperbola function transform method based on the idea of the extended homogeneous balance method.     

Relativistic Mean Field Study of the Z=117 Isotopic Chain

The properties of the Z = 117 isotopic chain are studied within the framework of the axially deformed relativistic mean field theory （RMFT） in the blocked BCS approximation. The ground-state properties, such as hinging energies, deformations as well as the possible α decay energies and lifetimes are calculated with the parameter set of NL-Z2 and compared with results from the finite range droplet model. The analysis by RMFT shows that the isotopes in the range of mass number A =291 ~ 300 exhibit higher stability, which suggests that they may be promising nuclei to be hopefully synthesized in the lab among the nuclei Z = 117.     

Elevation of the Power Factor of Co4Sb12 Skutterudite with Sm-Doping in High-Pressure High-Temperature Synthesis

A thermoelectric material Smx Co4Sb12 （0（ x ≤1.0） is synthesized at high pressure and high temperature leading to an enhanced power factor. The experimental measurements show that the SmxCo4Sb12 compounds exhibits n-type conduction. The absolute value of the Seebeck coefficient decreases with increasing Sm fraction. The resistivity increases with samarium content x from 0.1 to 0.2, but decreases dramatically when x changes from 0.2 to 1.0. The maximum power factor reaches 13.1 μW.cm^-1K-2 at x =1.0, which is larger than the data previously reported for the La-doped CoSb3 prepared at room pressure.     

微波消解ICP-MS测定鲜竹笋中7种微量元素

建立同时检测鲜竹笋中铬、铜、锌、砷、镉、汞、铅等7种元素的分析方法。竹笋样品在硝酸介质中经微波消解,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)检测,全定量法采集数据。校准曲线线性良好,相关系数在0.9937—1.0000之间;检出限为0.005—0.202μg/L;加标回收率在88.96%—110.5%;精密度RSD小于6.09%;国家标准样品西红柿叶(GSBZ51001-94)中几种元素的测定值都在标准范围内。该方法具有灵敏、可靠、快速、准确等优点,适用于竹笋中微量元素的分析测定。

基于GPRS与TCP的车载动态称重数据管理系统设计

在Visual C++的开发平台下,通过GPRS和TCP 2种通信方式,对正在行驶中货车的载货重量等数据进行检测和管理,同时将处理后的数据作为历史数据,保存到SQL server 2000的数据库中,以供用户的提取和查询,以及对数据的管理。     

互花米草定植的养殖尾水处理人工湿地中古菌群落的组成与分布

为探究凡纳滨对虾养殖尾水处理过程中互花米草湿地的净化效果和沉积物古菌群落的组成与分布,基于16S rRNA基因的高通量测序技术,从沉积物环境因子、古菌群落结构和多样性、环境因子与古菌群落间的相互关系进行分析.结果表明:互花米草人工湿地深层沉积物的古菌群落多样性显著高于表层和根际沉积物;门水平上,互花米草人工湿地优势古菌为泉古菌门、广古菌门和奇古菌门;纲水平上,优势古菌为深古菌纲、甲烷微菌纲和热源体纲;目水平上,互花米草人工湿地中含3种氨氧化古菌和7种产甲烷古菌.非度量多维尺度分析(NMDS)表明,互花米草根际沉积物与深层沉积物古菌群落差异显著(P<0.05),与表层更为相似.冗余分析(RDA)及Mantel检验表明,影响古菌群落的主要环境因子包括p H、铵氮(NH₄⁺-N)、总有机碳(TOC)和总磷(TP).相关性热图表明奇古菌门和其中的亚硝基菌纲与环境因子的相关性最强.氨氧化古菌群落与pH、NH₄⁺-N、总氮(TN)和TP呈显著相关(P<0.01),产甲烷古菌与环境因子则无显著相关性....
