新型氨基嘧啶环戊并[b]吲哚衍生物的合成及抗肿瘤活性

3-吲哚丙酸为原料,经环化、N-甲基化、Claisen-Schmidt缩合、环加成反应得到新型氨基嘧啶环戊并[b]吲哚衍生物。经¹HNMR、¹³CNMR以及HR-MS（ESI）表征。采用细胞增殖抑制实验法（MTT法）测定6a~6j对人肝癌（HepG-2）、人子宫颈癌（Hela）和人鼻咽癌（CNE-1）瘤株的体外抑制活性。6b对这些肿瘤细胞的抑制活性最好,其IC50值分别为大于50 μmol/L（HepG-2）、15.2 μmol/L（Hela）和14.8 μmol/L（CNE-1）,但均弱于顺铂。     

Experimental and numerical study on instability structure of the supersonic mixing layer (Mc = 0.5)

介绍了 “神龙一号”直线感应加速器物理设计的主要考虑。“神龙一号”加速器是一台电子直线感应加速器,由3.6MeV感应迭加型注入器、72个感应加速腔、脉冲功率系统、束流输运和聚焦系统、控制系统和真空、绝缘油、绝缘气体以及去离子水系统组成。能产生20MeV、束流大于2.5kA,脉冲宽度为60ns的强流脉冲电子束,X光焦斑均方根直径为1.5mm。

Intensity Moments of Hermite-Cosh-Gaussian Laser Beams

In this paper,attention is focused on the intensity moments of the Hermite-Cosh-Gaussian (HChG) laser beams from the zero-order to the fourth-order.The frequently used parameters such as the power in bucket (PIB),the beam width,the curvature radius,the far field divergence,the M2-factor,the Rayleigh length and the kurtosis are calculated in terms of the intensity moments.Figures show the influence of the mode index and the decentered parameter,which are the critical parameters of the HChG beams.Moreover,the center of the gravity of the radiation field and the symmetry are discussed along with the propagation axis.Finally,the power fraction within the beam width defined by the second moments is illustrated with numerical method.     

Ground-State Properties ,of C, O, and Ne Isotopes in Hartree——Fock-Bogoliubov Calculation with Gogny Interaction

Ground-state properties of C, O, and Ne isotopes are described in the framework of Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory with density-dependent finite-range Gogny interaction D1S. We include all the contributions to the Hartree-Fock and pairing feld arising from Gogny and Coulomb interaction as well as the center of mass correction in the numerical calcu/ations. These ground-state properties of C, O, and Ne isotopes are compared with available experimental results, Hartree-Fock plus BCS, shell model and relativistic Hartree--Bogoliubov calculations. The agreement between experiments and our theoretical results is pretty well. The predicted drip-line is dependent strongly on the model and effective interaction due to their sensitivity to various theoretical details. The calculations predict no evidence for halo structure predicted for C,O, and Ne isotopes in a previous RHB study.

一类变论域自适应模糊控制器

目前常用的自适应模糊控制器存在控制精度不高和调整时间长等问题.变论域自适应模糊控制器能够显著提高控制精度并缩短其调整时间,但其控制效果对一组完备的初始模糊规则的依赖,限制了其应用的范围.针对上述问题,本文提出了一种推理规则前件论域可变,后件峰点自适应的自适应模糊控制器.Lyapnuov综合分析法证明新的控制器具有全局稳定性,并通过仿真实验表明,新控制器不仅能够提高控制精度,而且较为合理地回避了对初始模糊规则的依赖性,扩展了变论域模糊控制的适用范围.
