建立了一种快速检测血液中二氧化碳结合力(CO2-CP)、葡萄糖(GLU)、尿酸(UA)含量的干式生化分析方法。筛选出合适的膜材料作为干片载体, 制备干片, 用干式生化分析仪检测干片, 建立了测定血液中CO2-CP、GLU、UA含量的标准曲线, 对所建立的方法进行加标回收实验、稳定性实验、批间、批内重复性实验、方法学比较。 此法制备的干片颜色梯度明显、显色均匀, 测定CO2-CP、GLU、UA的线性范围较宽;批间与批内变异系数均小于5%, 重复性良好;与临床湿化学检测相比具有良好的相关性, 相关系数大于0.99, 可应用于临床检测。 相似文献

伪装条件下的鲁棒人脸识别,目前在人脸识别领域被日益重视,并认为是难点问题之一. 本文采用非伪装建模方法,提出了一种基于局部相位量化特征提取与仿生模式识别理论的伪装人脸识别算法. 该算法采用了局部相位量化方法进行对伪装模式下具有较好鲁棒性的相位统计特征提取,进而采用仿生神经元构建高维几何覆盖形体,有效利用了不同类别人脸特征的连续性,从而避免了伪装模式的干扰. 在AR数据库及采用警用面部复合软件设计建立的伪装数据库上的仿真实验均表明,与现有主流算法相比较而言,本文所提识别算法在伪装条件下取得了较高的识别性能. 相似文献

以PAA为分散剂制备高固相含量纳米ITO水基浆料,研究了pH值、分散剂用量、固相含量对浆料流变性能的影响.结果表明:PAA对改善纳米ITO粉体的表面电动特性有显著作用,PAA的加入使粉体Zeta电位从-16mV降到-38 mV;高固相含量的浆料均呈现出明显的剪切变稀行为;浆料粘度随固相含量增加而急剧增大;最佳的PAA用量及pH值范围分别为0.06 mg/m2和10~11.55wt;固相含量的浆料在150 s-1剪切速率下粘度为0.38 Pa·s,以此为原料采用胶态成型技术制备出微观结构均匀的ITO陶瓷素坯. 相似文献

Na-A zeolite was successfully synthesized via the alkaline fusion method with oil shale ash as the raw material. The adsorption capacity of it was tested by removing Cu2+, Ni2+, Pb2+ and Cd2+ from aqueous solutions. The results reveal the maximum adsorption capacity of adsorbent for Pb2+, Cu2+, Cd2+ and Ni2+ were 224.72, 156.74, 118.34 and 53.02 mg/g, respectively. The effects of contact time and pH value of solutions on the adsorption efficiency of the zeolite were evaluated. Besides, The equilibrium adsorption data and the batch kinetic data were correlated with Langmuir and Freundlich models and the pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order models separately. The results show that the Langmuir isotherm and the pseudo-second-order equation were more suitable for the adsorption of Na-A zeolite for the metal ions. In addition, Thermodynamic parameters of the adsorption(the Gibbs free energy, entropy, and enthalpy) were also evaluated and discussed. The results demonstrate that the adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic under natural conditions and the synthesized zeolite was an effective adsorbent for the removal of metal ions from aqueous solution. 相似文献

In this paper, we investigate nonlinear the perturbed nonlinear Schrödinger's equation (NLSE) with Kerr law nonlinearity given in [Z.Y. Zhang, et al., Appl. Math. Comput. 216 (2010) 3064] and obtain exact traveling solutions by using infinite series method (ISM), Cosine-function method (CFM). We show that the solutions by using ISM and CFM are equal. We present a systematic light-cone QCD sum rule study of the exclusive rare radiative decay Λb → Λγ and rare semileptonic decay Λb → Λl+l- within the framework of the standard model. Although some light-cone sum rule (LCSR) studies on these rare processes can be found in different literatures, it is necessary to reanalyze them systematically for the reason that either the baryonic distribution amplitudes are improved or different interpolating currents for the Λb baryon may lead to quite different results. In addition, the rare process Λb → Λγ has not yet been analyzed by LCSR with the Ioffe-type current. Taking all these reasons into account, we perform LCSR calculations of both the processes with two types of interpolating currents. Our calculations show that the choice of the interpolating current for the Λb baryon can affect the predictions significantly, especially for the rare radiative decay process. 相似文献

We have calculated the nucleon effective mass in symmetric nuclear matter within the framework of the Brueckner-Bethe-Goldstone (BBG) theory, which has been extended to include both the contributions from the ground-state correlation effect and the three-body force (TBF) rearrangement effect. The effective mass is predicted by including the ground-state correlation effect and the TBF rearrangement effect, and we discuss the momentum dependence and the density dependence of the effective mass. It is shown that the effect of ground state correlations plays an important role at low densities, while the TBF-induced rearrangement effect becomes predominant at high densities. 相似文献
