<正>A new naphthoquinone compound named 7-hydroxyl-8-methoxyltrypethelone 3 together with two known compounds trypethelone 1 and trypethelone methyl ether 2 was isolated from cultured mycobiont of Astrothelium sp.The structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis as well as comparison with those reported in literatures.Compound 1 displayed significant antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis(ATCC 6633),and showed modest antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus col(MRSA)(CGMCC 1.2465),while compounds 2 and 3 showed modest antibacterial activity against Enterococcus faecalis 850E(CGMCC 1.2135) and S.aureus col(MRSA)(CGMCC 1.2465). 相似文献

Due to the excellent biocompatibility and the capability to load and release drugs, ordered mesoporous carbons (OMCs) have been highly prospective and valuable in drug delivery system. In this contribution, synthesis of OMCs with tailored pore sizes from 4.1 to 3.4 nm was achieved by employing SBA‐15 as template and furfuryl alcohol (FA) as carbon precursors. An array of OMCs with controlled structures and morphologies by incipient wetness with FA was analyzed by powder X‐ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Raman spectroscopy. The resulting carbon replicas retained the hexagonal symmetry of the silica templates SBA‐15 with p6mm space group, although the framework suffered shrinkage in the replicated process. The pore size distribution, uniformity and pore volume of the mesopores in the OMCs were affected by structural properties of the SBA‐15 templates as shown by N2 sorption and XRD pattern analysis. The process had the advantage that the textural parameters of the obtained OMCs were tunable simply by varying aging temperature of the silica template and the ratio of carbon precursor. 相似文献

To better understand the nature of reactive adsorption of thiophene on Ni/ZnO adsorbent, the effect of ZnO textural structure on the desulfurization activity was investigated. ZnO materials were synthesized by low-temperature solid-state reaction and the corresponding Ni/ZnO adsorbents were prepared by incipient impregnation method. The analysis results showed that the crystalline sizes of ZnO as-synthesized as well as the BET surface areas varied obviously with the calcination temperature. The activity evaluations indicated that the Ni/ZnO adsorbents prepared with ZnO possessed a favorable textural structure as active component exhibited good activity of removing thiophene. The evolutions of the main crystalline phases of Ni/ZnO adsorbents before and after reaction confirmed that ZnO played a crucial role in taking up S element and converting it into ZnS in the reactive adsorption process. It was concluded that ZnO with larger surface area and smaller crystal particles resulted in better desulfurization activity, which may be the main reason for the different activities of the Ni/ZnO adsorbents prepared with ZnO calcined at different temperatures. 相似文献

在pH=8.80的B-R弱碱性缓冲介质中,替米沙坦与偶氮氯膦Ⅰ染料反应形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变,最大吸收波长在558nm处,替米沙坦的浓度与溶液的变色程度呈良好的线性关系,从而建立了测定替米沙坦含量的光度法。在最大吸收波长处,替米沙坦的浓度在0~8.1×10-6mol/L范围内遵守比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε558为1.84×104L·mol-1·cm-1,检出限为8.63×10-7mol/L,研究了适宜的反应条件及影响因素。方法具有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性,可用于市售药品、尿液及血浆中替米沙坦的测定。 相似文献

N, B, Si-tridoped mesoporous TiO2, together with N-doped, N, B-codoped and N, Si-codoped TiO2, was prepared by a modified sol–gel method. adsorbance spectra (UV–vis) and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS). The N, B, Si-tridoped mesoporous TiO2 showed small crystallite size, large specific surface area (350 m2/g), uniform pore distribution (3.2 nm) and strong absorption in the visible light region. The photocatalytic activities of
the samples were evaluated by the photodegradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) aqueous solution. The N, B, Si-tridoping
sample exhibited much higher photocatalytic activity compared with other synthesized photocatalysts. The high activity could
be attributed to the strong absorption in the visible light region, large specific surface area, small crystallite size, large
