The phosphonium ylidic diesters, methyl and ethyl isopropyl and, methyl and ethyl t-butyl triphenylphosphoranylidene malonates, 1a,b and 2a,b , respectively, have the syn-anti conformation in solution, as in the crystal, and the bulkier alkoxy group is oriented towards phosphorus. The 1 H NMR spectra show that in 1a,b , the isopropyl group is oriented towards the face of a phenyl group, consistent with π shielding in the 1 H signals, and examination of the 1 H coupled 13 C NMR spectra allows assignment of the acyl carbon signals. Computed bond lengths and angles for isolated molecules are similar to those in the crystal, and the geometry and the NMR spectra indicate extensive ylidic resonance. Estimated partial atomic charges on the ester oxygens are more negative when they are oriented towards, rather than away from, phosphorus. 相似文献

It is shown that strains of the marine ciliate Euplotes raikovi are subtly variable in their production of secondary metabolites. Strains GA8 and 39W from Mediterranean and SB8 from Californian coasts produce the sesquiterpenoid epiraikovenal ( 3 ), while strains GA8 and SB8 also produce secoepiraikovenal ( 4 ), which play an instrumental niche-exploitation role and have also taxonomic significance. Comparison of 3 and 4 with raikovenal ( 2 ) and its putative biogenetic precursor 1 , which have similar roles in the conspecific strain Morl from Casablanca coast in the Atlantic Ocean, inspired us the first case of intramolecular tele-dienone-olefin [2+2] photocycloaddition, exemplified here by the transformation of 1 into ent- 3 . The catalytic enantioselective [3+2] cycloaddition between azomethine ylides and α,β-unsaturated aldehydes catalyzed by α,α-diphenylprolinol has been studied in detail. In particular, the reaction has been extended to the use of 2-alkenylidene aminomalonates generated in situ as azomethine ylide precursors. These reactions lead to the formation of pyrrolidines containing a 5-alkenyl side chain with potential for chemical manipulation. Moreover, a detailed and concise computational study has been carried out to understand the exact nature of the mechanism of this reaction and especially the consequences derived from the incorporation of the chiral secondary amine catalyst on the reaction pathway. 相似文献

A new molecular sieve, ITQ-38, containing interconnected large and medium pores in its structure has been synthesized. The rational combination of dicationic piperidine-derivative molecules as organic structure directing agents (OSDAs) with germanium and boron atoms in alkaline media has allowed the synthesis of ITQ-38 zeolite. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) has been used to elucidate the framework topology of ITQ-38, revealing the presence of domains of perfect ITQ-38 crystals as well as very small areas containing nanosized ITQ-38/ITQ-22 intergrowths. The structure of ITQ-38 is highly related to ITQ-22 and the recently described polymorph C of ITQ-39 zeolite. It shares a common building layer with ITQ-22 and contains the same building unit as the polymorph C of ITQ-39. All three structures present similar framework density, 16.1 T atoms/1000 ?(3). 相似文献

The deprotonation of the molybdenum allyl or methallyl complexes affords the bimetallic complexes [cis-{Mo(η(3)-allyl)(CO)(2)(μ(2)-pypz)}](2) or [cis-{Mo(η(3)-methallyl)(CO)(2)(μ(2)-pypz)}](2) (μ(2)-pypz = μ(2)-3-(2-pyridyl-κ(1)N)pyrazolate-2κ(1)N). The treatment of [1,1‐(PR3)2‐3‐(Py)‐closo‐1,2‐RhSB9H8] (PR3=PMe3 ( 2 ) or PPh3 and PMe3 ( 3 ); Py=pyridine) with triflic acid (TfOH) affords [1,3‐μ‐(H)‐1,1‐(PR3)2‐3‐(Py)‐1,2‐RhSB9H8]+ (PR3=PMe3 ( 4 ) or PMe3 and PPh3 ( 5 )). These products result from the protonation of the 11‐vertex closo‐cages along the Rh(1)? B(3) edge. These unusual cationic rhodathiaboranes are stable in solution and in the solid state and they have been fully characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy. In addition, compound 5 was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. One remarkable feature in these structures is the presence of three {Rh(PPh3)(PMe3)}‐to‐{ηn‐SB9H8(Py)} (n=4 or 5) conformers in the unit cell, thus giving an uncommon case of conformational isomerism. [1,1‐(PPh3)2‐3‐(Py)‐closo‐1,2‐RhSB9H8] ( 1 ), that is, the bis‐PPh3‐ligated analogue of compounds 2 and 3 , is also protonated by TfOH, but, in marked contrast, the resulting cation, [1,3‐μ‐(H)‐1,1‐(PPh3)2‐3‐(Py)‐1,2‐RhSB9H8]+ ( 6 ), is attacked by a triflate anion with the release of a PPh3 ligand and the formation of [8,8‐(OTf)(PPh3)‐9‐(Py)‐nido‐8,7‐RhSB9H9] ( 9 ). The result is an equilibrium that involves cationic species 6 , neutral OTf‐ligated compound 9 , and [HPPh3]+, which is formed upon protonation of the released PPh3 ligand. The resulting ionic system reacts readily with H2 to give cationic species [8,8,8‐(H)(PPh3)2‐9‐(Py)‐nido‐8,7‐RhSB9H9]+ ( 7 ). This reactivity is markedly higher than that previously found for compound 1 and it introduces a new example of proton‐assisted H2 activation that occurs on a polyhedral boron‐containing compound. 相似文献

The widespread use of poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) in the active layers of organic solar cells indicates that it possesses chemical stability and solubility suitable for such an application. However, it would be desirable to have a material that can maintain these properties but with a smaller bandgap, which would lead to more efficient energy harvesting of the solar spectrum. Fifteen P3HT derivatives were studied using the Density Functional Theory. The conclusion is that it is possible to obtain compounds with significantly smaller bandgaps and with solubility and stability similar to that of P3HT, mostly through the binding of oxygen atoms or conjugated organic groups to the thiophenic ring. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Biologically active peptides derived from complex bovine milk protein hydrolysates are of particular interest in food science and nutrition because they have been shown to play different physiological roles, providing benefits in human health. In this study, we used CE‐TOF‐MS for separation and identification of bioactive peptides in three hypoallergenic infant milk formulas. An appropriate sample cleanup using a citrate buffer with DTT and urea followed by SPE with Sep‐Pack® C18 and StrataXTM cartridges allowed the detection of a large number of low molecular mass bioactive peptides. This preliminary identification was solely based on the measured experimental monoisotopic molecular mass values (Mexp). Later, we evaluated the classical semiempirical relationships between electrophoretic mobility and charge‐to‐mass ratio (me vs. q/Mα, α = 1/2 for the classical polymer model) to describe their migration behavior. The assistance of migration prediction proved to be useful to improve reliability of the identification, avoiding misinterpretations and solving some identity conflicts. After revision, the identity of 24, 30, and 38 bioactive peptides was confirmed in each of the three infant milk formulas. A significant number of these peptides were reported as inhibitors of angiotensin‐converting enzyme, however, the presence of sequences with other biological activities such as antihypertensive, antithrombotic, hypocholesterolemic, immunomodulation, cytotoxicity, antioxidant, antimicrobial, antigenic, or opioid was also confirmed. 相似文献
