The microstructure, and the electrical and optical properties of undoped zinc oxide (ZnO) and cadmium-doped ZnO (CZO) films deposited by a sol–gel method have been investigated. The films have a polycrystalline structure with hexagonal wurtzite ZnO. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images indicated that the films have a wrinkle network with uniform size distributions. The elemental analyses of the CZO films were carried out by energy dispersive X-ray analysis. The fundamental absorption edge changed with doping. The optical band gap of the films decreased with Cd dopant. The optical constants of the films such as refractive index, extinction coefficient and dielectric constants changed with Cd dopant. A two-probe method was used to investigate the electrical properties, and the effect of Cd content on the electrical properties was investigated. The electrical conductivity of the films was improved by incorporation of Cd in the ZnO film.  相似文献

We present herein a new catalyst-free and solvent-free approach for the synthesis of allylic thioethers directly from allylic alcohols and thiols. The methodology allows the synthesis of different allylic thioethers in good to excellent yields under microwave irradiation. Theoretical calculations for the allylic carbocation helped to explain the regioselectivity observed when nonsymmetric substrates are used in the reaction.  相似文献

Some boundaries about the solution of the linear Volterra integral equations of the second type with unit source term and positive monotonically increasing convolution kernel were obtained in Ling, 1978 and 1982. A method enabling the expansion of the boundary of the solution function of an equation in this type was developed in I. Özdemir and Ö. F. Temizer, 2002.

In this paper, by using the method in Özdemir and Temizer, it is shown that the boundary of the solution function of an equation in the same form can also be expanded under different conditions than those that they used.

A novel solid phase extraction microchip with a boronic acid functional affinity monolithic disc was developed in this work. Vinyl phenylboronic acid–ethylene glycol dimethacrylate co-polymer monoliths, which have pore sizes up to 20 μm, were investigated for extraction of catecholamines using adsorption and desorption studies in a batch system. Desorption yields of greater than 90% were achieved for catecholamines at pH 3 and below. Monolithic discs were then formed in chambers in borofloat glass microfluidic chips using in situ UV polymerization. Adsorption on the monolithic discs was performed via electrokinetic flow, with catecholamines determined via laser-induced native fluorescence (LINF) detection following electrokinetic elution. Microchips containing the boronic acid functional polymer discs worked well for extraction of catecholamines, providing greater than 100 fold concentration enrichment. This study demonstrated that a solid phase extraction microchip, containing an easily prepared monolith disc, will be useful for boronate affinity extraction of cis-diol containing compounds.  相似文献

A finite difference method is used to solve a one-dimensional solidification problem with a periodic boundary condition prescribed at the bottom of the mold of finite thickness. The temperature distributions in the solidified shell and mold, the position of the moving freezing front, and its velocity are evaluated. Analytical results are obtained for the limiting cases and then compared with the numerical predictions to establish the validity of the model and the numerical approach. Interactive effects of the process parameters such as Stefan number of the solidified shell material, the mold thickness, the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity between the shell and mold materials on the evolution of the freezing front and its velocity are investigated in detail. The results show that the solidified materials with larger Stefan number grow slower than those with relatively smaller Stefan number. The impact of oscillating mold temperature boundary on the growth of shell thickness is particularly significant at earlier stages of the process and more pronounced for smaller Stefan numbers. Increasing mold thickness or thermal conductivity ratio between the shell and mold materials slows down the evolution of the shell thickness.  相似文献

ZnO films were prepared by sol–gel method and deposited onto glass substrates with spin coating system. XRD patterns and FESEM analysis were used to investigate the effect of deposition parameters such as spin speed and molar concentration on the crystallinity and surface morphology of the films. XRD patterns show that ZnO films are polycrystalline with type-wurtzite hexagonal structure. The film which is deposited at 4000 rpm and with 0.5 M sol has the best crystallinity. The FESEM micrographs showed that the surface morphology of the films was not significantly affected from the spin speed. FESEM micrographs showed that the crystallite sizes of 1000, 4000 and 5000 rpm are almost same. But 2000 and 3000 rpm have lower crystallite sizes than the others. Also, the amount of voids in the 1 M was found higher. The effect of spin speed and molar concentration on the optical properties of ZnO films was investigated by PL spectroscopy. The electrical properties of the ZnO films were investigated by using two probe methods in dark. The highest conductivity values were obtained for ZnO films prepared by 4000 spin speed and 0.5 M of concentration.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The aniline species incorporated into the acid-activated bentonite matrices leads to the decay of the skeletal stretches centered at 1041 cm?1 and the rise of new features in the phenyl ring frequency region, 1700–1400 cm?1, demonstrates clearly the influence of the acid activation on the Lewis sites necessary for coordination of aniline to bentonite. The exothermic DTA features at 507, 684, and 725°C indicate the release of both the clusters and the decomposed fragments of the aniline-clay composite, and the highly stable carbonaceous residue, respectively. The basal difference by ~1.0 nm and the much smaller surface area (33.8 m2/g) than that of the nonintercalated bentonite (129.2 m2/g) prove the presence of the tilted aniline species between the interlamellar grooves of the bentonite framework.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of high hydrostatic pressure (HHP) on the stability of red blood cells (RBCs) and platelets. Bovine blood cells (n=5) were treated with the pressure of 55, 110, 154 and 220 MPa at 25 °C for 5 min. Light microscopy, atomic force microscopy and flow cytometry studies revealed that RBCs were morphologically stable up until the 220 MPa pressure treatments, at which surface modifications were observed. The platelets were found to be less stable than RBCs. HHP application did not cause any significant change in the signal intensity, band area and frequency values of the infrared bands with the exception that a significant variation was observed in the area of the cholesterol band. No statistically significant variations were observed in the secondary structure elements due to HHP treatment according to the artificial neural network study based on the FTIR data.  相似文献

The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of the rotary inertia on dynamic behavior of linear viscoelastic cylindrical and conical helixes by means of the Laplace transform-mixed finite element formulation and solution. The element matrix is based on the Timoshenko beam theory. The influence of rotary inertias is considered in the dynamic analysis, which is original in the literature. Rectangular, sine and step type of impulsive loads are applied on helices having rectangular cross-sections with various aspect ratios. The Kelvin and standard models are used for defining the linear viscoelastic material behavior; and by means of the correspondence principle (the elastic-viscoelastic analogy), the material parameters are replaced with their complex counterparts in the Laplace domain. The analysis is carried out in the Laplace domain and the results are transformed back to time space numerically by modified Durbin?s algorithm. First, the solution algorithm is verified using the existing open sources in the literature and afterwards some benchmark examples such as conical viscoelastic rods are handled.  相似文献

Static and free vibration analyses of straight and circular beams on elastic foundation are investigated. The Timoshenko beam theory is adopted in the derivation of the governing equation. Ordinary differential equations in scalar form obtained in the Laplace domain are solved numerically using the complementary functions method.
